   Absolutely terrible yall need to fix this app. It deletes what i have written all the time and when i hit the back button or undo it doesn’t come back I’m highly annoyed I’ve put so much work into my stuff and it randomly erases my stuff can you please fix this i dont understand what’s going on.

   No. My child had nightmares with this app. It plays really creepy music and ask you for a personal information when you login. I do not recommend this. get any app besides this and it also says have you ever I can’t even say it cause I’ll get banned.

   DO NOT GET. DO NOT GET THIS APP!!! I have used this app for 4 years and at first it was great, but today the app just completely died. All of my notes, work, assignments, etc GONE COMPLETELY. At first, the app would not open at all. It would show a black screen and then close before showing the Home Screen, and this kept happening every time I tried to open the app. I restarted my iPad, troubleshooted the app, anything to get it to work and it didn’t. Eventually I deleted the app and redownloaded it and the app opened. HOWEVER everything was gone. Not single note, assignment, anything was there. 4 years of work gone in an instant. Whatever you do,do not get this app.

   Would not recommend. I have used this app for 2 years daily during my first years of college. It was a great app, didn’t have any issues except of some of the bugs that have this app. Recently it stopped working, deleted all the content i have saved on it including class notes, test reviews, important work, etc. A few days ago when i tried to use the app it just would go in a black page and send me to the home page of the iPad. I tried all the troubleshooting options to make the app work again but it didn’t work. I deleted the app and then redownloaded it, started again with my new notes and today the problem happened again. I can’t trust this app anymore; after paying for it I would expect better quality from it.

    Please fix lasso bug. I loved this app for a few weeks until the last feature quit functioning which is the entire reason I chose this app. I submitted a message to the developers but the issue issue persists.

    Doesn’t Work on Mac OS. App crashes whenever you try to do anything on Mac. You can’t even report it to the devs for them to fix it. You’re better off using Goodnotes or Notability.

    Good. This app started really great and helped me in my medical career but now everytime i exit a pdf and return to it the first page appears and this is really frustrating and time consuming because i want to see the page i lastly wrote on not the first one please fix this

    ALWAYS crashing, only great first few months. Could be amazing. Except it crashes every ten minutes with any use of any tool. (ie changing the color of your pen) Doesn't sync to other devices despite iCloud sharing being on, requires multiple attempts to upload a file from any other app, etc. There's so many issues with this app just don't get it, the more you use it the worse the issues get

    DELETES WORK DO NOT USE. This app regularly glitches and jumps around the text while typing often deleting whole sentences or even multiple paragraphs. It will do so randomly, but also if you click on a different tool while typing it may delete what you just typed and using the undo button does nothing and there is no way to get back all of your very important notes that you can’t take again. Don’t use this app. Save yourself some misery.

    Very sad and disappointed 😢. I was starting to love this app, I thought it was better than my previous app which I had for a very long time, but I never had issues with the other one like I just have with this one. Here is what happened, last night I had all my notes and information there on the app Element Note, the next morning all was gone!!! Just like that, I tried to put documents back, but nothing is working, it shows that the document or book is there but the pages are simply blank, is not showing any information or notes that I had. Most of my documents just disappeared on all my devices. I had 53 documents, now it says that I only have 8 and in those 8 the document won’t open and my notes are gone! 😔 so sad because I invested a lot of work with those notes. I think I’m going back to the previous note taking which it was Good Note and didn’t have any issues like this. I was just looking for something different and better improvements, but at the end wasn’t worth it! I prefer safe than more nice and cool tools.

    Inverted Color. When I import PDF, the colors changed. Yellow became blue. I tried on different app and its working fine, just this app. Not sure which setting to fix this.

    PDF importing issues. I want to love this app—the handwriting and pencil squeeze functionality is great. But I can’t for the life of me import PDFs. This is crucial to my work and its not functional. I paid for the full version and am regretting it and will go back to Notability if it’s not resolved.

    OCR handwriting index/search issues. The disappoinment of this app is that the real time indexing and OCR search for handwriting just doesn't work. It indexed the first five words in a notebook I set up and that was it. It doesn't even search and index the handwriting in the manual they provide. There's so many great things about this app but the most important feature I need just doesn't work.

    Could be great, but it’s not…. The handwriting is some of the best I have ever used and there’s a lot of nice features. But… They have no control over hold gestures and short cuts. The most recent update added a new color feature that’s so bad I can’t write e’s and o’s without opening this menu. Don’t even try to write slowly or draw, never going to happen. Just too scuffed to use. Maybe some day this will be better. But I’m going back to Notability. If I can’t write certain letters I can’t use this app.

    Freezes two minutes into use. LOST ALL NOTES. For a year this worked perfectly… today it decided to start freezing and when trying to reset the app, it deleted every single note I had. Very disappointing.

    Great app. DEVELOPERS - Please fix it!. The app is actually very good. I tried multiple note-taking apps before committing to this one. I find it intuitive and easy to use. I love the brush and color options. My favorite is the ability to easily use and add my own sticker packs. HOWEVER, it has recently started freezing up and has become completely unusable. I am begging the developers for help to fix this issue.

    App. Good app, but i had engineering notes that i really needed and within time of having the app (3-4 months) and it started to freeze and not let me use the app. I would have difficulty even loading up and there is no update or a way that i can contact so i can get it fixed. Very stressful that i lost my engineering notes and could not retrieve them because the app decided to freeze and erased everything.
