Awful. After writing so much information down that I thought was saved, I tried to place my cursor with great difficulty and it highlighted everything and wiped it. There’s no back button or option to restore what I lost and so I lost everything. So completely annoying. You need to add some type of option for this because none of the options currently bring it back without constant saving.

No widget. I’d give it 5 stars if it had a widget that stay pinned to your Lock Screen or screen so you can see clearly what you wrote for the day.

All Disappeared. I loved this app until a week days ago All of my note disappeared. Not a happy camper. I keep thinking they’re coming back but every day I check. Not gonna happen!

No longer a great app. I’ve used this app for years. Since 2015, actually. But over the last couple of months it has become very difficult to use. And it is not the phone because I’ve changed phones but am still unable to use it. I have an iPhone and have always used the app with an iPhone. I started using the app with an iPhone 8, just recently updated from the 12 Pro Max to the 15 Pro Max. The problems are with both of these phones and I only used 85% of the 12 Pro Max memory so it wasn’t a “lack of memory issue”. When I try to select text to copy, paste, or even change the text by typing, the cursor jumps around and will select text 2 or more entries off of what I selected or will only select part of the text but not give me the option to expand the selection. Then when I try to get back to the text I wanted it doesn’t respond correctly, causing me to have to get out and then back in. It has become very difficult to use. I’m so disappointed in the latest version that I moved my entries to another app and deleted this one today. It’s not worth the effort it takes to do basic tasks.

Was great until last update. Was great up til last update. Now you can no longer organize them the way you want orderwise and everytime you copy a letter the date is copied as well. Please revert to old layout asap!

Erasing notes. Recently the application hasn’t been saving the writing in the notes, I create a new note and I see the color of the new note in my notes list but none of the actual information was saved onto it.

I’ve been using this app for years with little issues, but I hate it now.. I wrote a lot of notes today and after about 4 hours, I decided to take a break and when I came back to the app, about 2 hours of notes are just gone! On top of needing to get rid of bugs like that, there need to be page jumping and sorting options within a note as well and the ability to make checklist options within a note. If I can somehow return to an old save state of the note, that would be great.

Get back in. I set my password up and face lock and I could not get in. When I first opened it when I downloaded it it was as great loved it very nice. But when I got out of it I couldn’t get back in. My password was correct it kept saying correct. I just deleted it. Not happy

Security lock function was removed. I used this app all the time to keep my passwords in order. After the last update, I am no longer able to lock the note. I have searched all settings and tried to make another note to lock and it does not allow. I need the privacy function of locking so no one is able to access my accounts information.

HUH?. I liked this except for not syncing across devices. As of today I can’t get a horizontal list of notes which I always had. This is on IPhone 8 Plus. Don’t see any option to get horizontal list back. Utterly stupid. And for whatever reason the font used for the beginning title of the note in the list is not the same as the body of the note and I don’t see any way to change it. It some thin lined squiggly font. If this isn’t fixed immediately I will delete this app.

Lost Notes. It’s not backed up under iCloud anymore. They store their own backup and was not notified before I lost 3 years of valuable and memorable notes.
