Missing edit. You can’t edit your daily log. If you make a mistake no way to fix it except reset the entire day and start over.
- ★★★★★simplicity, no ads or subscription
Simple and free. Good app to count macros, enter every value yourself. No extra stuff. For me that’s good. I only wish there was a predictive text feature for previously entered foods. Otherwise I find this bare bones tracker super helpful and can’t stand food apps with too many bells and whistles.
- ★★★★★missing food database and flexible input
Not for serious trackers. This app is missing SO MUCH, at least it seems that way to me. I have been tracking for years but the app I was using was discontinued. This app did not have a place for me to enter my weight, age, height, gender… all important information when tracking and calculating your macros. I know what my macros are so I input them myself (if you don’t know what your macros should be, this app is most likely not giving you correct info). This app makes you type in the food and it’s macros as found on the label. Most other apps have an extensive library of saved and verified macro info on products and most allow you to scan barcodes to easily input the info. Hard pass on this one. Deleted it.

App needs a minus button. Placing the food you eat, and the app saves them great. But when you add how much of that food that you ate that day , it changes the values of the saved items , and you have to do the research All over again 😣

No Edit Functionality!!. At first it seems like a great app until you dive into using it. First off, duplicating the macros and the calories as they appear on a product label cannot always be done. There's more to calories in a product than simply the math based upon the macros. Calorie need to be entered or edited separately from the macros in order to duplicate product labels accurately. Also, there's no way to edit food once entered into the day, you have to reset the whole day and start over, frankly that's just ridiculous and a sign of a poorly developed app.
- ★★★★★app fails to calculate and glitches on screen
Poor function. I wanted to like this app because it did get great reviews. After install ion this app was impossible to use. I intentionally use larger text because my sight is impaired, this app doesn’t account for enlarged text and the graphics are jammed together and overlapping. The app becomes impossible to use because of this and the app doesn’t respond. Now I need to uninstall and start over.
- ★★★★★app fails to calculate and glitches on screen
Really?. This seems useless. Doesn’t track or save or go day to day. Discouraging.
- ★★★★★app fails to calculate and glitches on screen
Doesn’t work. I’m logging my food but it’s not updating or tracking my macros
- ★★★★★app fails to calculate and glitches on screen
Downloading Error. I also had to delete app. It appeared that all 3 pages were on top of the other, on one screen. Looked promising in description but couldn’t read or make sense of app.
- ★★★★★app fails to calculate and glitches on screen
Need help from developer/ Customer Support. The app never listed price during the process. How much did I get charged? The app didn’t download properly: items on screen overlap and can’t be read. No menu. No instructions

Options shown NOT there. Not as advertised. Deleting app!
- ★★★★★app fails to calculate and glitches on screen
Thought this would be good. The letters run together and I can’t see half of the app screens. The faq is easy to read but for the rest of the app, images run together and input is not possible. Had to delete. Running IOS version 11.2.6.
- ★★★★★app fails to calculate and glitches on screen
Worthless App. Log food items, and it didn’t calculate anything. There is no tutorial or any help guide. Worthless app.
- ★★★★★app fails to calculate and glitches on screen
Doesn’t work for me. I downloaded this app and tried it on my iPad. Doesn’t work there at all. Then I tried it on my iPhone and it looks like it ought to work there, but when I enter foods, it doesn’t change the numbers of carbs, fats, calories…tried it several time, nothing. Maybe I’m doing something wrong? I entered the my goals, then food and hit save. Entered the next food then save, and again for the next few. Nothing happens. Calories left stays the same and there are zeroes in the fat, carb and protein columns.
- ★★★★★cannot edit or delete a logged food entry
To good to be true.. This was what I was looking for. But it’s fatal flaw is the ability to edit an entry. This makes the app worthless. You cannot change anything after you enter it. So don’t make mistakes. Fix this simple oversight.
- ★★★★★cannot edit or delete a logged food entry
Can’t edit. Once you add a food item for the day, if you make a mistake, you have to reset the day and start again. Would be great if I could edit the day. Also, how about a database of foods instead of having to enter everything?
- ★★★★★missing food database and flexible input
Needs more. Looks good, I like the minimalist approach. It needs to allow manual entry of values (slider OR enter manually). It needs a daily log that can be edited, entries deleted, entered again from recent history, etc. It needs a built-in database of common foods that can be combined into meals.
- ★★★★★cannot edit or delete a logged food entry
Cannot delete/edit an entry??. I couldn’t figure out how to delete or edit a previously entered record. This messes up my whole day if I make a mistake while entering. Really no editing???

App Support Link Takes You To Routinist App. Timothy, Thanks for this app. Maybe I missed it, I was trying to file a bug on this app, but the App Support Link takes you the Routinist website. Didn’t see a place to log bugs for this app… Anyway, there’s an issue with the basic app functionality on the Add Food screen STR 1.) Enter Fat, Carbs, and Protein (Note the calorie count updated) 2.) Move grams slider Expected: Calories update as grams increase or decrease Actual: Calories do not update

It’s ok. It’s a free app and I do use it but I don’t find it intuitive to use at all.
- ★★★★★app fails to calculate and glitches on screen
It’s not even formatted right for iPhone. This app isn’t formatted right and doesn’t work on Apple products. I don’t know how it might work on other devices, but nothing fits the screen right and it’s glitchy. I would love to say positive things about it, but I didn’t g set to use it at all because of this, so I can’t. This is why they got three stars, but I can’t fairly give them a bad rating, but I can’t rate them well either. That’s the best I can do. Please fix this. If you do, I will try again and edit/change my rating. Thanks.

For totals only. This app is great for people who know what foods contain what macros and don’t want to keep a record after each day. If you need help figuring out what foods have so many macros, this is not the app for you. If you’re looking for any kind of record of what you input for more than a day this is not the app for you. If you are looking to erase any single entries(because of a mistake or any reason) without erasing the entire day, this is not the app for you.

- ★★★★★cannot edit or delete a logged food entry
Love it! But have one feature request. Could you add the ability to remove a food from the running total instead of having to reset the entire count? Thanks!
- ★★★★★cannot edit or delete a logged food entry
Good little app!. Only needs a way to edit errors in input…once you push “save” it’s there forever.
- ★★★★★cannot edit or delete a logged food entry
Small inconveniences. Overall the app is great to use because of its simplicity, unlike MyFitnessPal. A couple things I would add: - when you add a food item to your day, you aren’t able to edit that food item. For example: if you miscalculate a food item and add it to your day, you can’t click on the food item and edit the amount. Instead, the only option you have is to clear the whole day of your food items and read them. - another one is the slide bar for the serving amount only goes up to 3. You need to tap the “+” button multiple times to get to any number above 3 and it only goes up in .1 increments. Theses things are minor inconveniences that would make the app much better but overall the app is super straight forward
- ★★★★★simplicity, no ads or subscription
Simple, easy, free, no nonsense. I pair my use of this app with another very simple one that tells me nutrition facts for literally any food. This app has no signup or subscription, no goal weight, no exercise reminders. No nonsense. A simple tool for people who want to count. That’s it. Rated 4 vs 5 because the sliders are a bit touchy to use. Have a text box or just make the + and - fixed on screen, problem solved
- ★★★★★cannot edit or delete a logged food entry
Love this!. I would have given it 5 stars, but one thing is lacking in my mind-the ability to delete or edit a food saved. I keep making typos or enter wrong amount of servings and can’t see where I can delete those entries. Otherwise exactly what I need to count my macros without all the “stuff” that makes other apps to difficult to use! Thank you for this!!

Almost perfect minimalist keto. I love the simplicity of this app. I’m glad it doesn’t have any extra, unnecessary weight that the other apps have. However, it desperately needs one fix... The majority of keto dieters use net carbs. This app cannot do net carbs. There is really only one way to do this while maintaining the simplicity of the app... Allow the user to manually adjust calories instead of auto-calculating so that the user can enter NET carbs in the carbs slider and then compensate (fix) the calories that come up short as a result. It may seem like the better option would be to allow the user to choose if they want to count net carbs in the settings, and then give them a fiber slider if the feature is turned on. But that wouldn’t work because you would also have to account for sugar alcohols, and then different sugar alcohols behave differently when calculating net carbs. It would be a mess. So in my mind, this is not an option. So really, the best, cleanest solution would be to allow manual adjustments of calories. Give us a toggle switch to turn on or off manual calorie adjustments. Simple and just as clean as it is currently. This one little feature is making me question using the app as I currently have to ignore the calories completely and only enter net carbs in the carb slider. I have to use the macro goals ONLY, to know if I’m on track. Calories will always be lower than actual. Please fix this one little thing and your app will be perfect!
- ★★★★★simplicity, no ads or subscription
Finally something usable. Forget all the other Marco trackers on here. Although some do have functionality, MOST then are subscription based, and aren’t very usable or practical for the real world. All I wanted was an app that tracks macros, and calories. No BS ads, no subscriptions, no plans or feature restrictions. Seriously. This developer is basically just doing this out of the goodness of his/her heart, and for that I thank you. It’s pretty simple to use, it took me about 5 minutes to get the hang of it. It could probably be polished up a little on the appearance side of things, but again, for real world use you aren’t spending loads of time in this app anyway. Makes it easy to quickly enter what you’re eating (it can save foods that you input) and you can be on your way. I guess I should note that there are no “pre entered” foods or ingredients. You have to do all of that work yourself, but honestly after a week of use you’ll probably have everything you need for the most part.
