   Account issues. I can not sign into my account despite resetting passwords numerous times. I think I stopped using this app because of log in issues. That's too bad, I'm in a position to recommend this app but will not.

   Glitched All Day. Had this app for 12 hours. It’s “loading screen” kept popping up over and over again. I’d have to restart the app every time I tried to add an item. I even tried deleting and reinstalling but it just kept doing the same thing. Hope it gets fixed. But I picked a different app to try.

   So frustrating!!!!!. Every day I go to pull it up and it makes me sign in and then you have to do all of these steps to check your a human and most times it won’t take your responses (silly games) and then it won’t let you in unless you try 2 or 3 different times. Will be cancelling! I don’t need to start my day each day being so irritated!

   Not great. Camera doesn’t work properly, free is almost the same thing only difference is the recipes and there isn’t much option. I didn’t know I was going to pay for the year for the camera not to really work and me to still have to do my own search and scan items instead of just “easily” snap a photo”. Disappointed to say the least

   What?. I’ve been keto for 3 months. I’ve kept myself under 20g of net carbs for the first two months and went up to 30g a week ago. Got this app to help track and it suggested I eat 1060 calories a day with 79g of that being net carbs. I weight 195 lbs.

   Paid version is NOT worth it. I purchased the paid version after using the free version, due to the claims of having more success loosing weight with the added features of the paid version. This is completely false and not worth it at all. There is nothing in the paid version that makes a difference. It is false marketing.

   Not free. It’s free to download but they want a monthly fee to use it. As a diabetic I have enough to pay for, wish I could find one that tells you straight up if you have to pay for its use.

    Does not function properly with ipad! Not worth the money, use FREE. App developer, please fix the camera for use with ipad. It is backwards and upside down, making it a pain in the butt to scan groceries. I will not renew paid until this is fixed. I tried several times to give feedback inside the app.

    Trying to cancel subscription. I no longer need this app and I’m trying to cancel my subscription. It shows I have a subscription in the app. However, it does not show any sort of subscription in Google play (which is who I have to cancel the subscription through). I tried to contact someone through the app and all I get is a blank screen when I try to send a message.

    Update sucks. It appears that you sent out an update and everything that has been put in this app to track has been deleted. 4 years of data and custom recipes all gone. You people suck and will never use this program again. You have caused unnecessary problems. You can take this app and stick it where the sun don’t shine.

    App only works occasionally. Almost every time I try to open the app. It just gives me a blank screen and I don’t see any other way to report issues. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading and updating and all the different things so I would give it zero stars if I could.

    no support. update: please clarify what you mean to ask for a human- the chat bot doesn’t work at all. it’s blurred out in the app and there’s no way to send a message. the app is also not syncing with the apple health data. the chat bot is blurred out in the app and there’s no way to contact support. the app logs 1/4 c of walnuts as 800 calories. totally inaccurate and no way to get support.

    Wouldn’t recommend it. I like how interactive the app is, but I tried to log for one day and all the macros were wrong, less protein than in the package, not deducting the dietary fiber and it seems like anyone can just create a product without verification

    Frustrating- zero stars. Meal planning- under create custom meal plan does NOT work especially when you select let me pick meals. It does not let you pick a date and it just closes out and the main logo picture appears. Went to Help and Support and contact support appears blank. I wanted help and can’t contact anyone and with that I want a refund and can’t contact anyone.

    Not good, too busy and small. I'm not sure why they felt they needed to pack as much data as possible onto one screen, especially since it's a small screen and then decide to charge you for everything? I've used this app for about five years and it's to the point where it is absolutely USELESS!!! There's so much data on the main screen and they're asking you for money in so many different places. It's impossible to just figure out what your macros are. There are way too many other apps with better visuals and easier to use. Wait to screw up what used to be good

    Zero Support. I canceled my subscription and turned off automatic renew the first day of my free trial and they still charged me. When I tried to reach support I got a blurry screen that didn’t allow me to send a message

    I liked old version. Haven’t used CM in a while, and am really disappointed in all the functionality. Takes a real trip to get through all the bells and whistles to find out nutritional value of a particular food. I suspect the additions are so they can (try to) get you to subscribe to their premium deal. I won’t.

    Have used for years. Paid the subscription for a year and have not gotten any different access to the app. Basically just paid money to pay money I guess. I can’t access any of the subscription services that I’ve paid for. No way to talk to anyone to get this resolved.

    App Poorly Managed for the price. Apps is not being updated frequent enough. Been 2 months since I was able to create a chart. Glad I cancelled my subscription. Still no fix for the chart issues.

    Data collectors. I just wanted a simple way to count carbs so I can start a keto diet. This dumb app won't let me do this without giving ALL SORTS OF INFO! Leave it up to ME to decide what to share! But no, they want a survey and all my personal info first. Deleting this app now

    It won’t log me in. Today, December 15, 2025, the app had signed me out making me log back in but now it doesn’t recognize my credentials. I’ve been using it for well over a year. The app on my iPad works just fine but the iPhone app doesn’t. I deleted it and reinstalled but to no avail.

    Reliance on their servers is a horrible idea. If their servers are having issues, or if I’m somewhere without internet connection, I simply cannot log any food.

    Suddenly won’t work without premium?. I’ve used this app for years and suddenly this evening I can’t enter my dinner without it popping up to become a Premium member!!! I was a Premium member years ago and I never used any of the features it afforded me so I just use the basic features which is entering my food to see my calories and macros. Now all of a sudden I can’t use the app without becoming a Premium member?!?!?! Then why call it Premium if it’s the only option?!?!? I’ll never pay again as it was useless for my needs.

    Very limited food database. The food database is quite limited and when you do find a food the nutritional data is often inaccurate. I wish I could get my 39.99 back. Buyer’s remorse.
