   Unfortunately bad now. I’ve had this app for many years and even when I switched to other apps I’d come back to this one. The freezing now is unbearable I shouldn’t have to keep a backup app in case this one doesn’t load. Today, the alarm just didn’t go off, it’s happened before but I really needed to be up early to have my day set up properly, so this was my last straw

   Inaccurate. Not accurate at ALL to my sleep. Worked well the first day, then for the next several it showed me as being awake for hours and then like registered ten minutes of sleep at the end. Not how it went down.

    Terrible support. App lasts 5 or 6 days max and then freezes. You have to completely reinstall the app to make it work again. Offloading the app will not fix the freeze and the reinstall causes you to lose all of your saved data. Support never answers, just repeatedly sends you to the FAQ page. Paid $70 for a years worth of garbage…

    Not a good app. It worked for the first week the second week didn’t even track any of my recordings at all. It’s not worth the money. It’s a piece of garbage it’s a shame. You can’t get your money back, but I’m not renewing it. I’m canceling it. It’s a shame that I did it for a year. I should’ve did it for a month by month basis it started out beautiful but now it’s not doing anything last night the app turned off all by itself sent me a message that I have to keep the app open which is ridiculous because it was open when I went to bed your not supposed to be on the phone at night I didn’t even get the message until I woke up in the morning. I have the new iPhone 16 pro max which I keep up to date every month. Even the app updated 2 days ago it’s not working I think they need to update it again!!!!!

    was good. edit- it was working okay for a while and now has stopped even going off. it says you can have the screen locked, apparently not. it waits until I open it now and loads for 30 seconds and brings me to the set up alarm page. I went to report a bug and the same thing happened when I tabbed out for a second. I can't believe I'm paying for this. original- I've loved this app for years! but recently started using it along with another app and it works fine until the first time it goes off. I snooze it and tab out of it for a minute to finish the other app and it cancels the alarm and goes to sleep notes. so now I have to use my phones built in alarm as a back up which I hate because there's barely any sounds. I might have to try other apps now to see if they're all incompatible with this other app or if it's just this one.

    Useless. Maybe there should there could be some kind of an apple app where the watch tells you when you’re sleeping REM lately sleeping awake back to sleep not to tell me when I went to bed and when I woke up because I actually know that already don’t even need the watch for that

    Please fix. It barely ran and they killed it with pro version ads and promos, it’s dead, it doesn’t work, it locks it goes non responsive it’s become complete trash

    Worst sleep app I’ve tried. In 4 nights it says I have slept less than 2 hours. It tells you your phone needs to be plugged into a charger-that’s annoying. You have to tell it to start. No other sleep app needs to be told when I am going to sleep. It is supposed to wake you in the lightest phase of sleep during a timeframe. Not only did it fail to recognize a light sleep- I was awake and it didn’t go off. Instead it went off 17 minutes after my time range. The volume on the alarm ramps up way too fast. In about 5 seconds it’s very loud. You can’t tap a stop button to shut it up. You have to hold while it thinks. ‘Hold to stop’. I’m not trying to wake up the whole house! The wake up is jarring, not gentle. Here, let me wake you up late, require you to find your phone and hold for a few seconds while I ramp into concert level volumes. No TY. I should have stuck with the trial. Instead I tried a subscription. That was stupid.

    Ads for free version. IN A SLEEP APP!?. It’s one thing to limit features for a free version. It’s different when you also want to include ads in a app that really promotes sleep. Ads that scream through the speakers isn’t very calming! I get it, you’re going to tell me there is a trial. However I like to try out the free features before committing to any trial or subscription. Loud ads in a sleep app is beyond ridiculous free or not.

    Watch app is useless. Unlike other excellent sleep apps with stand alone watch apps Sleepzy’s watch app requires the iPhone to be bedside and plugged in. SleepWatch and AutoSleep monitor your sleep on the watch and then transfer data to iPhone after you get up. iPhone doesn’t have to be present while sleeping. This independence is a much better design.

    The Worst. Was never even able to use it. It just never opens in my iPhone 13. Of course, I was charged for the full subscription. Beware! Ended up subscribing to another sleep tracker app. This one is garbage
