   Confusing and inaccurate. The app is so confusing to use. Not user friendly at all.

   Need to pay. It’s one of those apps where as soon as you put all your info in you need to pay a subscription. No free version!

   Bugs. I have been a member and paid the membership fee for six months, but after one month, the app asked me to upgrade again. The app has several issues, such as incorrectly calculating ovulation dates. During the first cycle, the data matched another app, but from the second cycle onward, it started showing early ovulation dates, prompting me to use test strips a situation that feels like a scam. The other app provides correct peak time data that aligns with actual timings. Additionally, the app exhibits inconsistent ovulation dates, sometimes it shows date X, and other times, it displays date Y for the same cycle which is confusing.

   Beware... Premom charged me for a 6 month premium subscription when I originally signed up for just a trial period. I’m unable to get my refund and feel duped by this app. Will not be using this app in the future.

   Stopped working in the most inconvenient time. Terrible app, barely works. It kicked me out and won’t let me sign in nor explore as a guest. I use this mainly to understand the strips but this app is getting worse and I can’t see it being helpful anymore. I’m done trying.

   App is not loading. App is not loading for me. It is updated as well as the software on my phone. Really not great when I’m trying to log stuff as I’m trying to conceive.

    Predatory App. “Unlock your pregnancy guarantee”?? THAT is the notification you push out to people who use your app? This is so horribly offensive to those of us who have struggled with infertility and have had miscarriages along the way. It is so disgusting that you are preying on desperate people by saying you can “guarantee” a pregnancy. I can’t believe how tone deaf these app developers are to push something out like this as a “Valentine’s day special”. For those of you reading this, do yourselves a favor and download Fertility Friend for tracking and use digital OPKs instead of these terrible strips. I have found that Fertility Friend and the clear blue digital OPKs were much more accurate than anything Premom slaps their name on.

    Worst app ever. You pay for the app and then as soon as the subscription ends, you can’t access everything that you’ve already seen. It’s so stupid.

    OBNOXIOUS POPUPS. ALSO SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. This app has become increasingly annoying with all the nonstop popups. Now as of today 1/9/26 there are 4 popups in a row! Stop it. It makes me not want to use the app. ADDITIONALLY, They share your personal information. They claim, they don’t, but this text is in their privacy policy that you are forced to accept if you want to use the app. It is a LONG list, but here is a sample of what they say. Not only do they share your information, but they track you even when you leave their website and track what you are looking up after you leave it. “We may disclose your information, including Personal Information, to unaffiliated entities or permit them to access your information. For example: To our partners to conduct research using aggregate data. We may make aggregate data available to others, such as our research partners, to conduct research, help provide and improve our services and conduct studies.”

    Server is completely unstable. The app often freezes on starting page, then shows blank. Uninstall and reinstalling did not help and no content loads at all. It’s frustrating.

    Won’t open or load. I have been using for a while and I am trying to use but the app will stay on load screen. I tried redownloading it but now it won’t let me log in. Tried to submit a ticket but it just refreshes but doesn’t submit. I have a subscription

    Not working. This app clearly has some kinks that need to be worked out. It won’t work, I keep signing up and it’s not doing anything. I open it and it’s this blank white screen. Totally uninstalling.

    New requirements to allow selling your health information. Just opened the Premom app to log new info, and the app required me to give them permission to share my information with their affiliates. Feels like they’re taking advantage of women who want a baby. I will be deleting.

    Lots of App Issues and Pushes for You to Spend More!. Multiple app issues and being told by support that I should ask for help from a different department. Did that, they don’t respond. Go back to support and they ignore the message and tell me I’m wrong. I’m a nurse and tech savvy. When your app has issues just acknowledge it and help your customers.
