   Was good when it was. Now it sucks. Can’t log in specific dates. Says the date is past when it’s not. So dumb!

   They changed and lost 10 years of data. I’ve used them for 12 years and never had any issue. With one of the last updates, it kicked me out and lost ALL of my data. I emailed the company. I guess they got bought out or something and are rebranding? Anyways, they lost all my data. 12 years of data. And they can’t find it, can’t do anything about it. Track somewhere else

   TRASH. I’ve been using this app for over 10 YEARS and update just deleted ALL OF IT. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have medical issues and relied on this app to track this year after year. WTH update deletes years of data?! Trash. Thanks for nothing.

   Painful to Read. I’ve used this app for years (since about 2013) and through 2 pregnancies. It is a great tracker app that was simple and straightforward. However, this new update is bright and colorful but so much so that it is painful to look at. Please simplify your design or in the very least add other skin options including a dark mode version. Please listen to your audience and fix the problems addressed or else you will end up losing a lot of users. Update 10/13:: All of my information from over 10 years is gone with the newest update.

   Years of tracking lost.. Opened up my app after years of use including multiple changing of phones. This is ridiculous.

   Worst ever for older women. Useless I don’t want yo spend my time dealing with an app all I want is to log my periods while going through perimenopause but apparently a literal period tracking app can’t I am obviously going through perimenopause so it deletes all of my previous data after I have missed a period. I’ve dealt with it for over two years and I am over it. I’m not spending one single second doing anything else within your app it is a waste of time.

   Lost all my data. I’ve had this app for several years now I got a new phone and the app will no longer even open and it lost every bit of my information I’ve put in.

    nothing on the app works besides the tracker. don’t bother paying for premium none of the insights, tips, or recipes on this app are functional. I wish I had read the reviews more seriously before paying for a year long subscription, as some of them are 10 years old (probably when the app was last updated). nothing loads, their customer service is zero (I sent an unanswered email 2 months ago), and everything you can read is AI generated and riddled with spelling and grammatical errors. I’d rather use a government mandated cycle tracker than this joke of an app.

    Tried to force me to buy premium. Wasn’t able to use the app at all, even for basic tracking. Instead the app is stuck on an ad trying to force me to pay almost $70 and I don’t even get to try out what they want me to pay for. Greedy.

    Most frustrating app ever. Maybe it’s a generational difference (I’m a millennial). This app is THE WORST. LET ME JUST CLICK ON THE DAY AND LEAVE A NOTE. The fact that I have to click 3 different things to leave a note is ridiculous. Nothing is intuitive about this app. It’s just pure frustration and FYI, I’m not an idiot. How does this have good reviews? It’s not even possible.

    annoying. i’m trying to at least retrieve my information at this point so i can have my history since i’m pretty irregular in general apps are very important to me i haven’t opened the app in a week now the app won’t open

    Weekly insights no longer work. I have reached out to the app support various times and every week is the same thing, I am unable to see the new insights for my pregnancy tracker. I haven’t been able to obtain a refund either. And although they keep telling me they are working on it, there hasn’t been any change. Every week I am unable to access the information I am looking for.

    I lost all my info with the update. I cannot log in to my account. Why? I click on forgot password or reset password and nothing!!! I do not recommend this app.

    Bruh. Signed up for the lifetime subscription for 12.99 a few days ago and it didn’t charge then. Now it’s gonna try charging me and I won’t have anything in my account. I can’t find it anywhere in my subscription lists to cancel it either.

    Big Changes in Features. I have used this app since 2016. They have stopped showing me what phase I’m in, and when I’m fertile. They got rid of a majority of features. I even paid for a subscription to see if that got them back and nothing. What even is the point if I can’t see my phases and fertile windows?

    Lost years worth of data. Recently got a new phone, all of my data was transferred, and this app auto updates. With that update, it logged me out. I cannot re-secure my account. I have tried changing my password but it won’t even send me an email to do so. I have lost YEARS worth of valuable information that I have tracked. I am so upset. Now I have to start all over again on a different app.

    Deleted 10 years worth of data :(. I’ve been using this app for at least 10 years and it just deleted all of my data and made me start over like it is a brand new app.

    Deleted years of info. I’ve been using the app for almost a decade and I’m shocked and upset that I’ve tried to reference the app this week only to find that I’m being forced to create a new account and none of my years of information are saved. I’ve never had this information anywhere else so to lose all of this is such a loss. This is unacceptable.

    “or else you will lose all your data”. just read another review from 3 YEARS ago stating the same issue i had with being essentially forced to create an account. the pop up message is slightly threatening and makes the user panic and try to do what they can to not lose the data. so seeing that message, i went ahead and made an account, after 9 years of using the app. when i did so, all my data was removed from the app. i have been using this app since september 2015, i am a long time user of this app. i reached out to contact support asking if there was anything they could do to help, and it went back and forth spanning multiple days and i was asked to basically recite as many period dates as i could to try and help ‘relocate’ my entires. considering i used this app to track my period, that is the only place i have that information entered and i don’t just remember these dates off hand. i wish there was a better remedy for something like this since the point of an app like this is to click a button and forget about the rest. after them essentially letting me know there’s nothing they can do, i let them know how misleading it was and they ceased communication with me after that, not even an apology or anything. after coming on here to leave a review and seeing another person complained about this 3 years ago, and your team said they would try to improve, yet they didnt, it just leaves me highly disappointed. please do better

    INACCURATE FERTILE DAYS. This used to be an amazing app years ago! The redesign IS AWFUL! It had a flower on ovulation day and much easier to navigate with better icons. Now it lacks any visuals and it lags. It takes forever just to click to other tabs. Also the developers do not ask for feedback or incorporate it. No improvement has been made. It also told me my highest fertile day is ovulation day, but said THE DAY AFTER OVULATION IS LOW CHANCE! It’s clearly made by idiots. I’ll be using a new app. HORRIFIC CHANGES…
