Ads. Open app: ad. Exit off ad: it’s actually another ad. Log something: ad. Tap on anything: ad. Breathe: ad. I mean, seriously?

Garbage. I paid for the full access subscription. The app does not take into account verified information in its predictions. I confirmed ovulation every month with a test, entered the date into Clue, and the app will not use that information to adjust my predictions accordingly. When I asked why I was told the uses algorithms to predict, instead of real data. And getting a refund is like pulling teeth. Absolute garbage.

Incessant Subscription Mongering. Used to be a great app till it started going to a subscription request page each time I try to use it. Use euki instead.

Nope. Used to be good until now they constantly hound you to pay. They even hide the X to get out of the ads in the corner and make it a similar color to the background. Super scammy.

Literally untenable without subscription. I have seen other people mention this issue to clue in other reviews, and their response is basically 'suck it the eff up.' You literally cannot do ONE thing on this stupid app without a full page giant pop-up for clue plus. Everytime you open it, every time you log anything, giant ad. If it didn't take so long to transfer years of data to a new app, I would have deleted this thing long ago,

Too many ads for their premium service. Constant pop ups and ads asking me to upgrade. Can’t even open the app without having to click out of their own ad. Over it and done with this app.

Bad. Horrible

Cancelled free trial still got charged. Got a free trial a few months ago, cancelled after the first few days as the app wasn’t helpful for me. They charged me anyway

Unable to get a proper response from Clue. I am having issues getting an actual response from Clue in regard to a subscription. If Clue happens to see this review I would like to discuss my situation. I reached out through their website & social media and no response. I love Clue for 10+ years now and will continue to use it. It would be nice to have a better communication system and better cancelation forums.

paywall. u literally have to pay for everything on this app and the way it tracks sucks because it's so hard to edit how long my period lasts

Creepy and invasive. Just as the title says. Maybe good for people with OCD around their body but it asks for far too much personal info.

Has Gone Downhill. I started using Clue over a decade ago and quit tracking with it a couple years ago. I keep it on my phone because of all the data that they still have, but it makes me so sad to see how downhill it has gone. What once felt like an app that tried to empower its users now feels like its main purpose is to get their money. An app that used to center education and an easy to use experience is now impossible to use for even 10 seconds without encountering full-screen pop-ups asking you to subscribe. I might be willing to pay for the service if they weren’t so incessant about the experience for those who can’t or aren’t willing to pay being terrible (when it was quite the opposite in the past). The education they used to seemingly pride themselves on is now largely locked behind a paywall. Things I used to track that felt important to me (including breast pain as someone who had a scare at a young age) are now locked behind a paywall. Articles that were useful when I first started using the app as a young girl just starting to learn about her body are now locked. While I’m now an adult (who was considering using the app again as I begin trying to conceive and was quickly reminded why I stopped using it in the first place), it makes me feel a bit sad to think that the resource I once had in this app no longer exists for young people (or anyone of any age who maybe needs information that is more readily accessible without having to pay for it). Of course I understand most things have moved to a subscription model now, and of course things need money to continue running and developing, but it feels like every time I open this app they’ve locked something else behind a paywall, and there are somehow more ads asking me to pay for an app I’ve barely opened. What I notice is largely features that have existed for as long as I’ve been using the app continuing to be locked, rather than tons of new features (which feels more reasonable). But what bothers me the most is how much of the education is locked, that was once so helpful to me as a young person. It feels so against what the folks who designed this app once claimed they stood for, that it’s the reason I won’t even consider paying for it. It feels so disingenuous.

Not free. You get a one week free trial, after you enter all your personal info, of course.

Deleted during the month of June. Everything was fine until “pride month” They threw out a message - “not just women” have cycles and gave a discount to their app. What a disgrace and dishonor to women who have periods. I’m leaving the app. On top of that-there are SEVERAL articles for the LBGT Community. What happened to honoring WOMEN? If you’re a trans man and use the app then great. Use the app. But you’re ultimately a woman. So the women articles will still apply to you. If I would have known this app was going to tailor heavily to trans men, I would have never downloaded it in the first place. What a freaking joke of an app. An app for women but yet has articles for ”men.”

Pride month propaganda. I’ve been using Clue for years and years. I don’t appreciate a pride month pop up from a supposed “women led business” using inclusive language to say Clue is for “everyone with a cycle”. Just say women! I’ll be finding a new app.

NOT FREE. Be transparent

Why are we trying to make Money off of periods. I absolutely hate the fact that in order to gain full control and capability of your period, you always have to pay something, do I not pay enough just for simply being a woman. Like seriously, why are normalizing this.
- ★★★★★ads and subscription pop-ups
The constant ads. This app could be really great but the constant pop up offering the paid plan is so irritating.

Can’t use offline / too many adds. I left a review previously that if they don’t make the app available offline, then I will have to change apps. Unfortunately, they do not seem to care, and you can’t even open the app offline. This means if you are flying, in the backcountry, in a foreign country no wifi, you will not be able to see anything in the app. I would understand if certain features were unavailable or you couldn’t update offline, but you can’t open the app at all. Plus, the constant berating to pay for the app has gotten ridiculous. One more thing, they’ve deleted the info of when I had my IUD inserted more than 7 years ago… so now I have no idea when I need to remove it. I’ve had this app for more than ten years, and it makes me sad it doesn’t listen to the concerns of their users. It is too bad as I used to love this app.

LYING WITH PROMO. This app is not free nor is any of the period tracking apps even if it’s made by a woman it’s not free and y’all don’t even think about the fact that there are some people out here that don’t have four dollars every month to pay and just wanna track their cycle but hey, I guess it’s cool

Lost all my data. Years of tracking just gone. The audacity of asking for 40$ a year for an unreliable platform while they grab your health data
- ★★★★★features and data locked behind a paywall
Annoyed. I wish there was an app that will do all the things WITHOUT having to subscribe.. I was hopeful about this app. But uninstalling it.. just want to be able to track without having to pay for “more” to actually use the app. Disappointed

So great. I’m 13 and completely new at this stuff but this app has helped me with my period and it gives me accurate information about how my body might be feeling during and after my period. Totally recommend

My period. My period is not yet in Buh you have tick it
- ★★★★★features and data locked behind a paywall
They changed a lot. They bill you separately for every track, temperature, symptoms everything is on a different more expensive plan

Not what it used to be. I've used this app since I got my first period (so a long time) and in the beginning it was a great app and did what I needed it to do. But sometime in the past few years they started adding ads and locking certain features that didn't used to be locked. And now there's a prescription? What I'm most disappointed in is the ads I have to exit out of at least 2 to get to the apps main page every time I open the app which makes it very frustrating to use. And the ads are for the app itself ( which I'm already using) to pay for more premuim options.
- ★★★★★ads and subscription pop-ups
Too many notifications. This app sends way too many notifications. Total overkill.
- ★★★★★ads and subscription pop-ups
Frustrating. While it’s an okay app for period tracking, it’s nearly impossible to open this app without continuous popups. I despise when apps force our hand and this app is no different 👎

Şaka gibi. Acaba ergenlik çağında adet görmüş cocuklarda kullanabilirmi diye baktım 13 yaş kuralı varmış ne yazni insanlar 11,12 de adrt olamazmı bunu kontrol etmek isteyemezmi çok saçma bence
