   Desktop access not working. I’ve paid for this feature and every time I reset my password, it CONTINUES to tell me there is a mismatch…THERE IS NOT! Pulling this data for taxes on a phone is a joke. Customer service never responded to any of my 3 or 4 inquiries. What a scam!

   No ability to recover account. Had an accident where I was trying to login to the Windows app version on laptop. Had the wrong email address on account. Went to change the email account and noticed it said to login in. Ended up having to delete the “new login” account but ended up erasing every single backed up receipt and all data. Haven’t been able to recover with any email address I have and haven’t heard from anyone since.

   Terrible app - save your money!. I really wanted to love this app. But there are just so many issues that are unacceptable considering how much they charge for the annual subscription. You write a note onto a receipt in the notes field, and you can’t even search by keywords later to find it. What’s the point? When you scan the receipts in, it assigns the date you scanned it in, and there is no way to sort by date on the actual receipts. So if you scan a bunch of receipts or invoices from August, they will show up as the date you scan them in in December. It’s very confusing and totally stupid. No way to export your data in any sort of meaningful way. Basically, your data is just trapped inside this app without the ability to even filter sort or search in any way that is actually useful. Once you purchase, and realize all of the downfalls of this app, all the time you wasted scanning receipts is gone in the wind. I have written them several times asking them to add these basic features and push them via an update, but nope. They refuse to give us any updates. We are stuck with this app the way it is. They simply don’t care. It’s a money grab. I’ll be cancelling my annual plan and continuing the neverending search for app that actually works, and isn’t over priced. 1/10 rating. Smh

   503 Service Temporarily Unavailable (not fixed ). I have not been able to open images ( photos of receipts) and contacted the customer service but there was no reply. I tried all kids of devices, email programs, and browsers. None of them worked. Please fix the issue asap. I need to bill

   Bad Customer Service. I love the app. But I went to purchase the pro version, and the app has locked me out. I have reach out to someone and received a cut and paste response and that is it for the last 48hrs. Problem is I have my receipt in the app and can’t print them. So I’m going to have to redo the last three months. So good luck!

    OCR doesn’t work more than 20% and never captures tax info. I’m not pleased with this app as I have scanned 245 receipts and wasted hours for terrible results. Glad it was a trialing

    Poor. I seldom if ever give a negative review to an App. I do know there are people working and App need to have a price. However, I bought this one by mistake (my fault), I didn’t realize they were charging $99 just a week later. The App is not worth 99$ at all, it is too simple, and what it give you is not much. A scan, and a total grouped in folders. That is not much, and doesn’t justify that amount of money. Moreover, I use the App to keep track of expenses in US$, I scan receipts in US$, but the app recognize that I am not in the US and converts the amount from another currency into US$. Absurd! The online version is also poorly done, a simple spreadsheet, nothing more. That again is not worth that money. There are other Apps that do the same with better interface for free. I paid, I shall keep it for a while not to feel too bad, then I shall delete it.

    5 star app with a 1 star Rating. Here’s why!. This app is actually fantastic.. for the most part. This is easily a five star app but I have to give it a one star rating in hopes that this company recognizes they are missing on a huge point. Return Receipts… Unfortunately if you scan a receipt that’s a return it keeps the number positive instead of negative so you can not accurately keep track of your “total” in specific folders. This is a massive miss for exporting when it’s tax season. It doesn’t seam that updating your app to reflect the negative symbol would be very difficult to do. Once this is corrected I would easily change my review to 5stars. Until then I highly recommend looking else ware and not spending any additional money on the subscription for this app!

    Ahh- something is wrong. I i’ve been using this app for almost a year now but no issues and today it is not working correctly, loading correctly, readings information on the receipts correctly and it saying I didn’t pay for it when I actually paid a lot of money to use the app so I’m not sure what’s going on. Ugh fixxxx this.. I was so hopeful. Typically I would write this five stars but it’s not working right..

    App is not free to use. This app is “free” with in-app purchases, this already made we weary but I downloaded anyway. You have a seven day trial period then you get locked out or must pay. Be warned I didn’t try the app in any other way so I can’t comment on functionality

    Expensive for a well working app.. If you love a functioning app and have lots of dough to burn, this is your guy. This app is way too expensive, in other words, highway robbery. Money burned like wildfire.

    Company became political. Loved this app until I got an extremely long email about our current president being no good for our country. Why would a business pick a side in politics. I guess they don’t want everyone’s business. Just the business of those who agree with them politically. So sad. Had to delete and find another receipt tracker.

    No good. They tell you the app is free and then after you download it then they tell you you get seven free days after that $99.99 a year false advertisement.

    Charged before trial period was over. I downloaded on 7/3 with the understanding I had 7 days to try it and than I would be charged for the membership. At this time I’m not sure that I’m 100% satisfied with it. I feel that the OCR is not great. Also I have not had the opportunity to test the comparability with QuickBooks

    Not user friendly. I just downloaded this app as I have a new business I want to keep track of- it's has been nothing but a headache for me. In signing in from other devices it will not let me or tells me my password doesn't match, I even upgraded to enterprise to invite my wife and she has no place to add the code, it makes her put in an email which the password says doesn't match. The monthly spending total does not show up, says zero. Overall unhappy and will be cancelling my subscription Immediately!

    Awful !!. Confusing app full of ads wanting me to pay ridiculous amounts of money to extract total, tax and vendor. It failed categorizing my receipt and also did not extract line items. Sorry but no go from me if I have to manually do the data entry.
