   What the heck?!. I am so annoyed!!! I freaking PAID for this subscription and used it for some EXTREMELY important records and now that there’s apparently some new “update” I can’t use the app and ALL my records are gone!!!!! What the hell?!? Seriously?!? It just shows the freaking loading screen and will NOT LOAD!!!! Do NOT USE THIS APP!!! Someone REALLY needs to reply to me as to how to access my account like right freaking now!!!!

   Don’t download - lost all my info. I purchased this app years ago, and found it very easy to use. My phone just did the iPhone update and now I can’t access my old data / information and it now wants me to pay for a subscription, even though I’ve already paid for the app, they offer a 25% discount. However, I still am unable to import the old data. The app isn’t that great to pay for it as a service, an excel spreadsheet works just as well.

   Would give ZERO stars. So my original app stopped working, I had EVERYTHING in that app. I had paid for the full access a when I try downloading this all I get is a “have a discount” prompt. Are you kidding me?! You all just screwed me so hard and you won’t even care. Lost me for good. I hope others ditch you too.

    Lost all info. I had the first fidget and I had paid for the upgrade and now I can't open the first fidget. It won't load. I can't copy my stuff. I can't imported or export it and I'm so frustrated. I had to start all over and now I can't even upgrade the new one. And no way to contact the developer.

    Discontinued free product without warning. I had my dates and amounts set here and they completely discontinued the free app and started a new app that was not free and did not have my info. Had to spend hours finding all of my info across different platforms to start a new budget. Very disappointing.

    Quick Money Grab. I’ve had Fudget on my phone for years but after that last update, it crashes every time I open it. I go to the App Store to try a reinstall and see the version I have has been removed for this new version which only allows 5 budgets for free when the previous on allowed 12+.

    This app stole my app.. I bought this app years ago and suddenly it failed and now it wants my to pay monthly it. What a scam. This was my purchased property and I demand it be restored or I will take legal action.

    Absolute TRASH!!!. I used this app for 5+yrs and suddenly TODAY I can no longer access anything because the app “upgraded.” Thank god I never paid for this because it’s complete BS to upgrade an app, not tell ANYONE, and expect users to magically pay for the new one WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO ACCESS/TRANSFER ANYTHING FROM THE ORIGINAL!!!!! Find something else PRONTO!!!!

    old lifetime subscription. this is really annoying because i HAD recommended this app to EVERYONE. i LOVED this app for budgeting but i’ll probably go back to pen and paper solely because they removed the lifetime subscription from the old app that i already paid for. funny, it’s a budgeting app that i’d have to add to my budget.. very disappointing

    Old version not supported on new iPad. Have used the older version for 5 years and when I switched to new iPad I lost all of my data because it is not supported. Looked at this new version and it doesn’t seem as good for my needs. Highly disappointed!

    Lost all data! No warning at all! BEWARE. Bought the original app, and paid for the pro version, and it just disappeared out of nowhere! The app just no longer works! I’ve been using this app since 2017 and all of my budgets and data are now lost! My “lifetime pro” version that I paid for is nonexistent now. Guess I’m in the market for a new budget app… AND a refund for my lifetime pro version that disappeared. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEVELOPER.

    Disappointed. I have used Fudget for a few years and loved it and never had to pay but had the option to upgrade. The new apple update occurred 12/11/25 and the app would not open so I thought it needed an update. Nothing showed an update was needed so I downloaded the newer version only to discover a subscription is now required. I never connected my accounts or did auto pay or any of the other features. Just wanted and used it for the budget layout. I deleted the app all together. So disappointed

    Lost All of My Data. I updated my iPhone and Fudget would not work. I installed the new app and signed in and all of my budgets are gone and I am being asked to pay more to use the program. I had multiple budgets in the old app and will now have to rebuild all of them. I feel bamboozled to say the very least.

    Unaware of the update. Fudget Classic was amazing. I had been using it for the past few years, and it always served as a great budgeting tool to help manage my finances. However, one day the app just stopped working. It froze on startup and never got past the orange backdrop with the Fudget logo. At that point, I thought deleting and redownloading the app would be the best option. I did exactly that, only to find that once I downloaded Fudget 2, I no longer had access to any of my budgets from Fudget Classic. I know there’s a way to save your budgets in a Dropbox folder, but we received no heads-up whatsoever that the Classic app would become inaccessible once Fudget 2 was released. An email about the change would have been extremely helpful. On top of that, the new subscription model, especially after having already paid for full access to Fudget Classic is not very appealing either.

    EVERYTHING IS A SUBSCRIPTION THESE DAYS AND I HATE IT!. I PAID for the full original! For my Apple devices and Windows. Now all of a sudden they don’t load. You want to make a new app for a money grab COOL but don’t make it mandatory. My app was working just fine then out of nowhere it doesn’t and I’m being told to subscribe. This is really getting out of hand.

    Don’t buy it fat and switch. I do like the app, but I bought budget Fudget a long time ago. They since changed their model and change the app to fudge plus and require a monthly subscription. My other app that I paid for is now dead and will not load. They said they would give me a discount on the new app, but I don’t want it I just want what I had
