   No need for location. The app works well enough but it constantly interrupts you telling you it needs location turned on. There is absolutely no reason that it would need your location but it will interrupt you three or four times as you’re trying to submit a receipt telling you to turn on location service services which is incredibly annoying.

   Needs work. Receipts are constantly submitted onto tickets wrong from ABUKAI. The concept is good the actual results are not.

   Business. Thought this company was legitimate for business but it has poor customer service, signed contract since May and still has not delivered the product. They advised what the company “needs more time to develop” gives reason to believe this is fraud company and service. I do not recommend this for business contract for many users, not sure for personal.

   iPhone compatibility. I’ve used this program for several years and it has been phenomenal, however I recently was upgraded to an iPhone and this program no longer communicates with my work order system on the iPhone. This creates many more steps and a giant pain in the neck!

   Not honest developer. I just dowloaded the app and was trying to test it. Took a photo of an invoice, pressed to analyze it and that was it. Got the following message: You have used up the submissions in your free account which is limited to 12 report submissions (with up to 10 receipts each) per year.. They want me to upgrade to a paid version without letting me test it. Thank you, no!

   Use a different app. Pain in the you know what to use. Randomly duplicates receipts or loses them when you submit for approvals. Horrendous for international travel, the exchange rates are all over the place even when submitted moments after the charge took place. Do yourself a favor and use a better app.

   The worst performance ever. This monstrosity will take over 48 hours of crunching for a single expense report. An extremely inflexible and on intuitive interface. Gets stuck sorting data 80% of the time.

    POP UP HELL!!!. This app is unusable since it pops up a window saying turn on location services ever click. And Tips and tutorials oh my gosh... POP UP HELL!!! Yes every time I click to add an receipt or log in or process. I don't need to be told over and over and over again. And you don't need my location. That should be optional. Currently looking for a replacement app.

    Black hole. Tried to get my receipts In it and to get the report emailed. Failed to get the email. Receipt in the app are also not saved. Not worth the trouble.

    iPad and ios8. Poor. Simply doesn't work. Camera won't take a picture and you can't get out of the receipt entry via camera mode.

    I can't even start using this app. I tried to add my email address so that I could get reports sent to me, but I can't even get out of that screen. The only thing I can do is exit the app. I can't get back to the screen where you start using the app.

    This app does not truly save time!. This app costs you time because you have to snap pictures of the receipts, and wait 24 hours for the formatted results. Then, if you want to make sure it did it all correctly, you will review the formatted results. You then have to find a way to digitally sign the results which one cannot do easily from an iPhone without buying another app. Before Abukai, I snapped pictures of my receipts from my phone, entered them into a saved excel template on my phone that already had my signature in it and sent the receipts as PDF and the SIGNED excel doc to my boss right from my phone within 20 minutes. Now, I still have to review everything from Abukai AFTER waiting the 24 hour processing time and sign on a PC. THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE HASSLE AND TIME SINK. Sorry Abukai, right idea, but people are ALWAYS gonna check that their money got processed right which means they are ALWAYS going to take longer to use your app.

    Quality gone WAY downhill- now a useless product. I have used this app for over a year and in the beginning it was a great timesaver and reports would come back with very few if any errors. I was an advocate and referred many people to Abukai. Now every report has 4 or 5 errors in it. Foreign currency though clearly marked on receipts is routinely not captured. Dates are incorrect. Amounts are wrong. I have completely lost trust in this product and it now takes me more time to review for errors (or correct after expense reports have been kicked back) than it ever did to do the reports by hand. Also, suddenly and for no reason I could no longer login to my account online to fix these errors and lost access to all of my previous expense reports. Reports I have paid for upfront. I have called ABUKAI repeatedly to fix this problem and can never get a live person. I have left repeated messages and no one returns my calls. Their customer service is ABYSMAL!!! This is a great idea with worse and worse execution. Growing pains?? Who knows...I would save your money until they get it together over there!!!

    Not so good after update. Can no longer look at a receipt pic after the update. Now u must create an expense report to view. Not very useful for a quick review of a receipt.

    App for only very simple paper receipts!. The premise of the app is great in terms of just take a picture and it will create the expense report. However, it cannot handle multiple pages together - breaks them into separate receipts. Neither does it maintain the order in which pictures are taken. They are all jumbled up even when taking them and not just in the final report. Also does not import the picture from IPhone or other electronic options. Have to position over a screen to take one. For simple expenses, it is able to get the final bill amount but for others need a lot of modification in the final excel report. Overall, good to only take pics of simple receipts on the move but does not solve the whole purpose.

    So so. Might be fine for the casual traveler with simple expenses, but more complicated with splitting amounts or combining receipts doesn’t cut it. I have to look over every single number anyways. Easier for me to do it all manually.

    Not exactly 12 free reports.. It was not explained that the expense reports have a maximum amount of receipts. After you reach that maximum then it counts as an additional report.

    Don't Count on Cusotmer Service. I find the formatting of expense reports difficult. I put brief descriptions for my expenses on my reports (Per IRS) and the options Abukai provides leave no room for comments. E-mails to customer service elicit an automatic platform response and then...nothing. They have got my $99, but I am going to keep looking for a mobile expense solution.

    Owner. Works good to automatically turn my receipts into an excel spreadsheet but it randomly erases the notes I type in. So frustrating, it’s such a waist of time.
