   Ничего не работает!. Осторожно! Вам вообще не помогут! Ничего не синхронизируется! Добавить расход не возможно! Просто все зависло! Поддержка месяц пишет, что решает вопрос! Это ужасно Выброшенные деньги на ветер И возвращать не хотят

   Служба поддержки. Отвратительно просто. Деньги списали. Кнопка восстановить пароль не работает. Письма в тех поддержку не отправляются. Невозможно восстановить аккаунт. Никогда не пользуйтесь этим приложением

   I paid for a LIFETIME access, but now it’s gone. I paid for a lifetime access years ago. But now getting alerts to pay again. What’s the problem? This appeared when I opened your app on another phone with the same Apple ID. When I’m trying to write to support, it says that an error has occurred. Maybe here you can help me

   Просто убили приложение новой версией. Новой версией невозможно пользоваться. Ни тебе интеграции с банками. Я даже разобраться не смог где кнопка добавить расход. Абсолютно интуитивно непонятное приложение стало, а жаль подавало большие надежды

   If you want to save money, do not buy this application. I made an annual subscription, as a result, the money was withdrawn 4 times, but no new features appeared in the application. Refunds are also not possible for unknown reasons.

   ОТНОШЕНИЕ К КЛИЕНТАМ НА «0». После установки приложения и проблемами со входом , написал в техподдержку , предоставил платежные документы в ответ. Попросил вернуть переплату и решить проблему со входом. Техподдержка пропала , не отвечает. Написал второе письмо , опять пропали и не отвечают. ОТНОШЕНИЯ К СВОИМ КЛИЕНТАМ НА ПОЗОРНО НИЗКОМ УРОВНЕ. Ни проблему решить ни деньги вернуть.

    Все испортили. Забросили 2 версию программы, сделали ужасную 3 версию и как будто специально багами во второй версии заставляют перейти с нормальной, оплаченной 2 версии на убогую 3 версию и покупать ее еще раз!

    Subscription changes. I paid for lifetime access years ago and am now getting alerts to pay again. Not sure how to contact developers anymore. I don’t think they service this product anymore. I use this app daily. Ugh!

    Ужасно. После оплаты годовой подписки мне предложили скидку на вечную подписку, которая оказалась еще дешевле предыдущей. Разработчики мошенники и заставляют тратить больше денег, а также обязательно зарегистрироваться в их приложении, хотя тут простой фунционал.

    Bad experience. Use it for few years but sometimes. Now after I got new phone widget works just in Chinese. Technical support told we are not serving this app any more you can buy new version it’s better. But I’m not sure.... now.

    Not worth it. I have been using the original Coin Keeper app for almost 7 years, and have loved it. Today, I decided to upgrade to this version of the app, and decided to buy the unlimited premium add-on. I transferred my previous data from the old app I used, but it still was as if I’ve never used the app before— many additional categories were added that I don’t need, the organization of each category and icon was scrambled severely, and to make matters worse, almost half of the icons I can click on make the app crash. This isn’t what I paid $8 for, when I could find another app for free, or, do it all by hand. Please don’t waste your time with this app.

    Latest update is terrible. So everything was just fine, the app worked great, I had a paid version with lots of possibilities. Now why did I have update the app several days ago??? - who the hell knows!!! But now it’s terrible! I have adds with paid plans throughout my spending reports, and I have locks all over the place! Arrgghhhh!!! Pulling the hair out of my head...

    Old app was better. I have used coinkeeper for years. I had already paid for an unlimited pro version on the old app but it started using commas instead of decimal points and the language changed from English to German on it’s own. I switched to the new app which is not only ugly but forced me to pay 11.99 for a year subscription to access features I ALREADY PAID FOR. In addition, the new app crashes every single time I try to change the report period. This has gone from my most used app since owning an iPhone 4 to being deleted and replaced. Total garbage.

    Do NOT download!!!!. Looking for an app that my husband and I could share our finances and keep track of our bills. Thought I found the perfect one so I signed up for the premium version. The idea is great and the app works. It just doesn’t do what it is advertised as. And the app support is a joke! I don’t normally leave bad ratings, but I didn’t want anyone else duped like I was. Worst 11.99 I ever spent. And they don’t offer refunds. Maybe because they know EVERYONE would be asking for one once they saw what a crappy app this really is. It may be great for single people, but I need something to share with my husband. This doesn’t work for us AT ALL!
