   do not download. App is horrible. Wont load anything. All i see is a white screen, even after downloading back . Cant change my password nor username. Save your time dont download this app .

   Bad app. I’m constantly fighting with your app, having to sign on every day and let’s not forget all the buffering and glitches. Please fix your app for the last time because I’ve had enough to close my account and go somewhere else!!!

   No longer can perform a transfer from external account…. Transfer from external account has been disabled on the app. It asks for a date change if it can no longer happen in the same day and it doesn’t allow for this. I guess I’m going to have to blow through a lunch break to do a half hour phone call to accomplish what used to be a 1 minute task I could do whenever. Meanwhile, the app is useless to me without this feature.

   No more landscape display. 6 Sept, 2023 After recent update, lost the ability to display app in landscape on my iPad. M2 Pro 13.9 inch. Losing landscape is a real pain for those who use the optional keyboard. Since the keyboard only holds the iPad in landscape, not portrait, you have to undock the iPad now, and hold it in portrait mode to use the app. Huge loss, hope this can be restored soon. Also note that the example screens in the App Store no longer match the app itself.

   App Issues. Would like to give zero stars. Whoever was working on the app update must have quit and no one knows they need to finish it. Could someone please realize the engineer who was working on it didn’t finish the job. Very discouraging. You get the Belco web page. It says welcome new users. But where is existing customers login and if you can login you can’t transfer. You can only see accounts. Look forward to resolution soon.

   HORRIBLE FOR IOS. Don’t even waste your time if you have an iPhone. This app is incredibly glitchy. One it pulled a transaction 3x because it was glitching while I was submitting a payment. Errors EVERYWHERE. Belco staff has next to no experience or training with the app, so they can never help.

    Fix the logging in error. How long does it take to fix simply Error everyone over at Belco must be retarded

    Not competitive or current with current technology, smh. The skeleton is there for so much, but the app is very remedial. The provides account information & allows for transfers, but where is the check scanning/deposit option? If they are going to send out information about the ability, the app should at least have the capability... The app needs an update as well, the update was over a year ago. Lots of room for improvement!

    Fix the app Please. You should fix the app. You need to update everytime withdrawal happens it should update how much money still there it must show the balance right away. And also must show where & when you spend it. If you fix it I will give 5 stars. Plus the fact that my credit card and my Accnt got security breach fix that too. You send me a letter about it.

    Frustrating. This app no longer recognizes my device whenever it connects to a new WiFi or tower. I need to use 2 factor authentication and the email times out and I vent always take a phone call

    Great UI, App crashes at times. The green and red colors for deposit and deduction are no longer within the app. Hard to tell what is a deduction or deposit without reading the descriptions of the transactions so it takes away the convenience for the user.

    Missed the Green. My deposits used to show up as green and withdrawals as black. Now everything shows up as black. I contacted customer service and they told me a new upgrade made everything black. That stinks!

    I like it but now........ This app is great! However I’ve been having a problem logging into my account, it was working perfectly fine with the “finger print” addition but now that feature is gone and everytime I log in the authentication questions aren’t even the questions I picked, please fix this
