   Please allow login via password. Many pets have two parents that need to access the app for appointment scheduling, viewing vaccination information, etc. The not so ‘magic link’ makes this very difficult. Please provide a way to login via password as an option.

   What happened?. I got this app over the summer and it DID make it a lot easier to schedule appointments or ask my vet questions without having to call or come in, but now it’s useless. I’ve tried multiple times between July and now to use the app, and it never loads. I was hoping the update would fix that issue but it didn’t. Disappointed because this app WAS awesome and had great potential.

   Horrific Customer Service - Avoid at all costs!. They do not reply to customer service emails. Do not depend on them replying, or being of any help whatsoever! BAD BAL APP COMPANY!!

   Awful. Can’t enter anything. Tried to register all my pets and the app would not work after I waited so much time re entering

   App Crashes. The app worked fine in the past, but today when I went to send a message to the vet, it crashed as soon as it opened. I tried to contact the developer through their website, but when I submitted my comment, I got an error message.

   App keeps telling me to check my email. I got the “magic link” and it just keeps sending me back to the app download page. Tap open to open the app and it tells me to get a magic link again.

   Trash!!!!. This app is trash. It says i have an account already but won’t let me sign in. Just terrible!!!!

    cannot open. “I have tried multiple times to download your app from the Apple App Store, but every time I open the app, it shows ‘version not supported.’ I don’t understand why this is happening, as I always download the latest version from the App Store, so why is it still not working?

    App is garbage. My vet uses this company’s services. It allows me to create an account, but when I add my dog it requires you to enter the breed in the second step. But when you search for any breed, nothing comes up. And you cannot continue to the next step. When you tap on the link in the Apple App Store to developer support it takes you to a website and some other language to fill out a form. When you try to submit it just fails.

    not user friendly. i tried inputting my dog’s info. not only did it not accept neutered as an option, but there is no way to edit ANY of his information once input. I tried looking up how to edit pet info, and there’s nothing. These people don’t come across as someone you should trust your information with. Two years of being around and only one review on the app store? Hm.

    Clunky. Poor response. The app is clunky. Emailed them a couple of months ago to resolve an issue adding a credit card. Still not resolved.

    Worked Once. This app worked great for one month. Now it only lists two appointment types: Nail Clippings and Anal Gland Extractions. I just need a vaccine. Sort of useless at this point.

    Change email link does not work. I typed my email it too fast and missed a letter. There is a change email link but it does not work. I have uninstalled and installed the app several times but I have not been able to use the app yet.

    Notifications don’t work. I am having trouble with my messages getting to my vet and then when they actually do get to them I don’t get a notification that they have actually responded. Notifications are turned on in the app and on my phone. There needs to be a better way of communicating. The last app my vet had worked so much better.

    Freezes. I have to delete the app and then download it again just to get it to work. It constantly freezes to a white page.

    Clunky and not all features available. Able to add detail and documentation to the app but cannot access it or edit it afterward. It disappears until you add something else. Then you can see your previous entries but you cannot view or edit them.

    Very helpful. This app definitely makes interacting with my vet clinic much easier. The chat function is great and the diary is very useful. Seems just a bit buggy - it constantly shows red notification badges on the home and appointments icons at the bottom but when I open those screens there’s nothing new.

    Easy peasy. The app makes it very easy to see my pups appointments, health cards, and any other notes. Scheduling can be a bit tricky if the drop down doesn’t contain the reason for a visit but the vets information is readily available and a quick phone call away.
