   Scam. I bought this app, then canceled it and even received an email from someone saying it would be canceled. Guess what, they kept charging me. And it doesn’t show up under subscriptions so it makes it even weirder and more difficult to get it canceled. This company is a nightmare to deal with.

   help. so i bought the app and payed for it but how am i supposed to put the code in on my other phone if i would have to pay for it again on my other device?! is that just how it is that i have to pay 14$ for it? someone please let me know asap.

   Crappy Junk App. You can’t run anything else with sound while this app is running or everything sounds distorted. You can’t get movement notifications and you can’t hear the video on the main screen. Only if you go click on the hear every noise. The resting notifications are excessive as well. Not worth the money!

   Awful. Would be a great app if it didn’t stop monitoring every time I use it. The app then tells me the only way to restart is from the camera device. That defeats the purpose completely because if I was home to restart from the camera device, it wouldn’t need to be in use. Since I would, you know, be able to watch with my own eyes. Worst $6.99 I’ve spent. -10000000000/10

   Video doesn’t work.. I tried connecting to the monitor app while at work and it does not connect to video. I am on wifi at work and my iPad has wifi at home. Do not bother wasting your money.

   Doesn’t work as advertised. I got this app so I could watch my dog when I leave my house. But the video stops the moment I am away from wifi which makes it pointless. I reached out for help and got a couple of emails asking if my setting were correct, which they were. Tried using it many times over a week and in the end it just doesn’t do what it’s advertised to do. Very disappointed.

   Connection. It disconnected while I was away from home and I couldn’t get it back up, but when I got back home it showed it was on even though I couldn’t view it from my phone. Very disappointed

   Any idea about this error message ?. Any idea about this error message , I am not able to view the camera and I get this below error message : Unable to start the video on the dog station- it seems as if the dog station is on sleep mode or running in background mode . This is a restriction of IOS mode , it is not possible to use the camera when the device is in sleep mode

    $5 for each device? At least be up-front about it. After trying another app, found this one supported the Apple TV and watch, along with the usual iPhone and iPad apps. What the developers don’t tell you is that you have to purchase the app separately for each device. Sorry, if you can’t mention that right away, I’ll go elsewhere. Time to call Apple for a refund.

    Doesn’t work when you join a new WiFi. This app only works when I am at home or not connected to a different WiFi. When I get to work and my WiFi switches it “can not locate the dog monitor”. I feel like I just paid for an unusable app

    Works inconsistently, inaccurate. The app doesn’t seem able to stay connected consistently on the dog end. The sound output on the person end and dog end don’t typically work. It is often inaccurate (will say dog is resting when the dog is actually awake and barking). Not worth any money.

    BS App. 50% of time it tells me “connection error...restart dog station”. How do you do that when you’re an hour away. Stupid!

    Does the job, but notifications are awful. You cannot leave this app open without being inundated by constant noise and vibration. And these notifications are not because my dog is making noise, they’re from the dog being quiet and there being some inability to play audio through current source. Devs: please chill on notifications. I’d like to get one notification if my dog is making noise, that’s it. Right now I use this app by opening it, going to listen to all noise, check to see if my pup is making noise, then I quit the app so I don’t get constant annoying notifications and buzzes telling me nothing.

    Recorded someone else's house!. It was recording somewhere other than my apartment when on video mode and told me my dog was "resting" the entire time. I had the webcam from my computer to record the actual footage and she howled for 60 minutes straight! This app is worthless!

    Aweful app. Doesn't work over LTE like it says it does and I've checked all the settings. Won't install onto my Apple Watch. And it's overall not a well built app. Would really like to get my money back for it.

    Pretty bad.. If you love connection errors, limited video functionality, and non stop annoying messages telling you that this and that isn't working- this is the app for you! There's settings asking what video quality you want over cellular, but then it says it can't connect and there's a whole banner app explaining why cellular isn't supported. I'd be fine with these things if it was a free app, but for 4.99... yikes.

    skip it. Not only do you have to pay for this app, but also one for your desktop PC, so it doubles the purchase price. A bug forces notifications about an audio error until you restart the app, only for the error to occur again. The app will stop unexpectedly when running in the background, so your dog could be making noise and you will not know because the app has crashed. The audio sent to the dog skips and is unintelligible, so voice commands can't be sent. This occurs on both wifi and LTE. The only redeeming factor is the camera, for which there are alternatives for that don't cost nearly as much. Don't buy this.

    Works, but interferes with phone audio. This app works as intended, but I am unable to play any sound from my phone while monitoring my dog. Even when it is on mute. Music and directions audio either won't work or are very messed up and it is caused by this app.

    Great idea, but needs a little work. This is the app I have been looking for. Being able to be notified whenever my dog howls is extremely helpful and love that I can interact with her in real time. The only downfall (which is honestly a major one for me) is that you cannot use any other apps that play music while using it. I have a long commute to work so not being able to listen to music or podcast in order to keep this one going is super inconvenient and hopefully something that gets updated in time.

    Wish I could listen to music. The app seemed great but if I monitor from my phone and would like to know if my dog barked today, it means I cannot play music on my phone at any point without interrupting the monitor. I wish I could listen to music or a podcast and decline to get audio updates from the app.
