Hello, I’m not sure who the appropriate contact is, but I recently downloaded the app and selected the free 3-day trial, which stated that I would be charged $11.99 per month after the trial period. However, I was charged $9.99 immediately upon starting the trial. I did not intend to be charged at this time and would like to request a refund.

   new update. the new update is so bad! i cannot blur how i use to blur any more it’s like they changed the blurring settings or something! it’s so much stuff moved around now it’s like ugh i don’t wanna be on this app any more, sorry but it was nice having it i have to find a new one now.

   Privacy invasion. App may be good, but there is no reason for you to have my location or location of where photos were taken. You do not offer options to protect my privacy.

    Fraudulent behavior for subscription. I've requested immediate cancelation of the free trial and subscription of this app on July 8th after seeing the horrible and limited picture quality it renders after editing, and I have screenshots for proof. Somehow they still ended up charging me for a year of premium subscription AFTER I had already deactivated. I'm escalating this with Apple. Highly suspicious. Stay away from the developer!

I purchased this app only to censor out a photo or two because my editing software that I usually use doesn’t work like that and I haven’t once been able to pixelate because it’s premium only and that is the stupidest thing ever like do you expect me to pay 12.00 a year for something I hardly use???!!!!     Did not sign up and got charged. Don’t like these apps that turns out to have charged you without signing up. Just got an email asking me to renew an annual subscription. I have not used the app more than once and certainly not agreed to pay for it
