   Too difficult. They should tell you before you sign up that you need a professional ig account to post directly rather than driving you crazy trying to log in to ig and it not working

   DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. I cancelled this back in April. It wasn’t the app for me. I’ve now been charged 2 more months. Every month I have email their bot and request a refund. They will continue to charge you. It’s impossible to cancel.

   Frustrated. This app will not let me log in with my business IG account. It keeps reverting back to my personal account and tries to make me change my personal account to business- I ALREADY have one!

   Lost all my work. Worked so hard on my project. I didn’t even get the chance to finish it. The app gave no option to save my work. Came back the next day and everything was GONE!!!!!!

   Unapproved Payments. Nice app for making collages but they charge you for premium when they say they will give you a free trial. I signed up for the premium version's trial, but my credit card was charged right after.

    Free trial?. Says to try it for free but you have to give cc info. If it’s free should not need to do that till after the trial period if I choose to use it. Might be good but I’ll never know

    Terrible customer service.. Look, the app is pretty good—though $80 is a bit steep. Customer service on the other hand is nonexistent. I was improperly charged—or perhaps properly, I wouldn’t know because after three separate attempts over the course of two months I still cannot get a response. It’s one thing to pay a premium cost for a high-functioning service. That, I can totally abide. But that’s sadly not the case here.

    This is a fraudulent site. This is awful - I did not purchase this and keep getting a monthly charge of $14.99 and that’s not even an option on the payment options. You can’t contact anyone, you can’t get help for this. This has been reported for theft by my bank

    Doesn’t Load. It let me make maybe 2 collages and now whenever I try to upload a single photo it buffers for ages. I haven’t gotten it to work since.

    Too complicated to use now. It used to be easy to use. You would just click how many pictures you wanted and it would narrow down the templates you can use based of the number of pictures. Way too complicated now

    Scam. Complete scam, be careful of the hidden charges they will not notify you of.. and they do not allow refunds so you will get blindly charged and they won’t even let you know until there is a charge on your card.

    No free trial. I signed up for what I thought was a free seven day trial. They give you two options, monthly and yearly. But here’s the problem they charge you right away. So instead of waiting for the seven day trial to end you have to pay first. so you ended up paying the monthly or annual fee upfront .Then it’s almost impossible to get a refund. They say you have to wait until the subscription becomes an active. And then you can go to manager your subscriptions to cancel. Since I signed up for monthly. I still had to pay for the first month even after I canceled.

    Terrible customer service. The app itself is fine but they charged me 2x. Once saying I was getting a promotional deal and then again 1-2 days later at the full price. Customer service was not helpful and took forever to respond then just told me the issue was resolved/ basically said they weren’t going to look into it any further.

    First project wouldn’t upload.. Trying it for the first time and the interface has not been great. It also froze both times I tried to upload a collage to my story.

    App doesn’t work. I just purchased a yearly subscription, and the very first project I created saves to my phone’s gallery as nothing but a blank white screen. I tried exporting it multiple times, and every single time it’s just a white image. I honestly don’t understand why I spent $40 on an app that doesn’t even perform its most basic function.
