   Scam to get your cash. Just as soon as I downloaded it and started install it and everything was fine it looked fine. Look legit but then I signed up for the seven day free trial just now and as soon as I signed up and hit OK it tried to charge my Cash App card 20 bucks $19.99. I uninstalled it and contacted Apple to report you! Thieves!!!

   So disappointed. I bought this when it was 4.99 and it was a great purchase. Now they want $80 a year, thanks a lot for being greedy, I hope you lose money and go bankrupt.

   Unusable. This app is unusable because it crashes every single time. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a ton of times and it’s always the same. They should give me all of my money back.

   Frequently crashes in newer version. I can’t seem to successfully load a photo and when I do, the second image that I take to do some overlay always cause a crash. Always. I agreed to the application, looked for updates, and power cycled my phone multiple times. Unfortunately I will have to cancel this subscription - used to be a great app

   Paid for premium took it away. I was supposed to be grandfathered in from my premium one time purchase of the app for like $15 a few years ago. Looks like they finally turned that off. I don’t use it often. Nothing has really changed at least what I use it for to be forced to pay again let alone monthly or yearly. It’s ridiculous. There’s plenty of other free apps out there that can do a majority of this stuff or paid apps that are cheap and one time purchase, like this app USED to be. Worthless now. Uninstalled after years of having it.

   Antes bueno ahora ya no. Me gustaba esta app la eh tenido por años pero ahora me a estado fallando mucho y es que ahora decidí pagar para obtener el servicio. Y justo cuando decido usarlo ya después de haber pagado esta app Yano funciona como debería o como cuando era gratis.ya terminado la edición a la hora de guardar los resultados.la app se cae y mi trabajado se pierde, gasto tiempo y ahora al parecer perderé mi dinero que mal arreglen eso por favor

   The App Doesn’t Work Correctly. The app crashed during use, I tried restarting my phone & off loading the app, issue was not resolved. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but had my saved projects deleted. The is no option to edit the size of the picture, I must save the edited image and edit in photo shop. Too much money for a poor app.

   This App Has Taken A Dive, Not Worth The Investment. It use to be my favorite and number one go to app. However, this last year especially, it has become LITERALLY unusable, it crashes constantly, often within the first 60 seconds of starting a project. It doesn’t save progress reliably, and when I reopen it, I’m either shown an unrelated old project or nothing at all. Unless you’re hitting “save” every 30 seconds, you’re guaranteed to lose your work. I finally gave up and bought Lightroom just to get anything done. This app is a waste of money in its current state. I don’t know what’s wrong. It use to be great but in its current state, I can’t recommend. Which is a total shame. I created so much content on this app in the past. But for $5.99 per week or $50 year?! Nope!!

    New Price is ridiculous. Loved this app and used it for years at the $30 a year. This year they decided to increase that to $80 a year. There are much better apps that offer way more for that amount or less. Super bummed with the price gauging.

    Was my favorite editing app. Pixomatic was my favorite editing app for years. I paid the lifetime premium and then now I switch phones it’s gone. The app is still there it won’t redownload. It forced this new app to avoid its past lifetime customers to pay again. All of my assets gone everything gone. Logging into my account doesn’t grandfather in my lifetime subscription. You guys became a money grab. I’m Very upset they didn’t keep their customers who were grandfathered in. Premium subscribed in for life like they stated. Disappointing.

    Price increase!!!!!. I’ve been using this app for a few years now and absolutely love it. But I just received an email today stating that they are increasing their price for their annual subscription from $29.99 to $79.99! Explain to me how you increase your price that high explain to me how that calculates to a $50 increase. I tell you the greed in these people nowadays knows no bound now it’s just a rip off not worth that much. And if a developer responds to this, don’t give me your sob story cause I know you’re making a lot of money off of this.

    Been a subscriber for years, but now... I’ve been a subscriber for many years, but I just got a notification stating the price is increasing from $29.99 to $79.99 a year?! Are you NUTS?! That’s a MASSIVE jump in price all at once! No way I’m going to go from paying $29.99 to $79.99. That’s just plain greedy. I loved the app but this is the most ridiculous jump I’ve ever seen. They’ve lost a loyal customer.

    Just Subscription Bait Now. I’ve had Pixomatic since 2018, and used it on dozens and dozens of projects over the years. Somehow it fell out of mind for a while, and now I’m back, only to find its brand identity has become selling you subscriptions. Used to be great, now just wants weekly paychecks from you. Deleted.

    Dramatic increases in price - be extremely careful. I downloaded this all in 2022 for a yearly subscription of $29.99. They snuck in a massive price increase to $79.99 a year and then automatically billed it. Of course I was actually charged $84.99 today. Not sure what the other $5 is for. I’ve never used the app so I admit I need to do more management of my app use. I’m the perfect target for these types of pricing schemes.

    I’m done with this app. This used to be my favorite photo editing app. Now I’m done with it completely. It seems like they make more and more features only available on the pro version with every update they put out. So greedy. PS I’m sick of every app requiring a subscription now 🙄

    When it works it’s great. Unreliable glitching is super annoying. This is a brilliant application that can make award winning work rarely if ever seen before. Unfortunately it is highly unstable and crashes 98% of the time rendering the app useless,and a waste of valuable time. I hav contacted tech and the situation has only regressed 😫I will try once again to get some respite. It’s simply too good to abandon when it works. I hope this can be resolved.
