   Lack of style. This app has changed within the last month. Changed the original photo colors & adds features not in photos when creating a background

   Not what you think. Once you pay, what they don’t tell you is your limited how many photos you can edit via credits. Once credits are gone you need to wait to be rebilled to use an app you just paid for! Everything is basic and generic. Nothing special. AI does more for you than this, and doesn’t limit how many times you can do something.

   Disappointed. Not sure what is happening but the app is not doing what it used to supposed to as of late. In the model section, it keeps giving a message about an image can’t be generated. I am using the same wording as before, never having any issues, and now every attempt is resulting in an error message and using 32 credits per attempt. What is happening?!?!? My subscription was just renewed and I’m utterly disappointed that I can’t do my job properly in a timely manner anymore. I want my credits back!

   Deceptive waste of money. Paid for pro, keep getting told I’m out of credits as they want u to buy more things. Pro was pro, now it’s just basic called pro. Not to mention the ai gets confused and claims my photos I want to edit are against their content restrictions and my account will be suspended. WELL GUYS, IM ENDING MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR YOU!!! It’s not me, it’s definitely you!!

   Misleading.. I paid for the subscription and canceled not long before the end date was (maybe a little over a month? I paid for the year). Apparently they cut access to any capabilities before hand and wanted me to pay again. Annoying to navigate. Wasn’t super user friendly anyways. I’ll try something new!

   Terrible customer service and predatory behavior. I’ve been trying to get a refund and removal of this app since they charged me an annual fee after I canceled during the trial period. I’ve emailed them repeatedly. I canceled 24 hours before the trial ended and they still charged me. I don’t want the app. This is annoying and unprofessional!

    Just the problem. You need pro for everything it’s pretty annoying when you’re trying to like do something, but it always says would you like Pixelcut Pro that’s just annoying bro

    Worst use of ai I’ve ever used. Literally your app sucks and needs major improvements. I wouldn’t even be here if Photoroom’s batch prints were working, but even doing one photo at a time in Photoroom is better than touching your app. And you freaking have the Gaul to charge for this, wish I could sue just for my time back. Pls stop Or rethink what you’re doing.

    Horrendously bad - Technical Glitches Depletes Credits. I downloaded this app and paid for the $4.99/week with a free 3 day trial. I tried generating ONE ghost mannequin image from a photo of a skirt I wanted to sell. All I got was screen stuck with a spinning loading icon for about 10 minutes. I canceled the process and tried to start over. The same thing happened multiple times. I NEVER once got an image generated successfully. However, each failed attempt to generate an image used up “credits”. I found out that you have to buy credits IN ADDITION TO the subscription fee 💵💵💵 when a final attempt to generate an AI model wearing the skirt in said image resulted in an “insufficient credits” message and a notification that some credits would refresh in 8 days (conveniently AFTER my free trial expires). Don’t even waste your time on the free trial. This app can’t even perform the most basic function.

    Disappointing. I accidentally signed up for this and was charged 90 dollars. Decided that since I had already been charged I would try it. It does take the background out… but the backgrounds you can choose to add instead were pretty lame. To use the AI you have to pay even more. Not worth the money for this app

    Declining Value and Unresolved Account Issues After 5 Months. I have been a Pixelcut subscriber for five months, and the experience has steadily declined to the point where I can no longer recommend this service. The primary reason I signed up was the ability to create AI videos — a feature that was included in my plan at the time of purchase. After returning to the app recently, I discovered that this feature is now locked behind a $300/year Business plan. Removing core functionality from existing subscribers and placing it behind a significantly higher paywall is not an acceptable practice. In addition, my monthly credits have not been applied for the past four(4) billing cycles. My balance has remained stuck at 932 points despite my plan stating that I should receive 600 points each month. The app continues to display renewal messages indicating that credits will be added, yet nothing is ever deposited. I have reached out to support multiple times, and the issue remains unresolved.Between the missing credits, the lack of follow‑through from support, and the removal of features that were originally part of my subscription, Pixelcut is no longer delivering the value it promised. I hope the company addresses these issues, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app at this time.

    Disappointed. UPDATE 2026: I purchased the pro version of this app 4 years ago and was a loyal customer who used the app continuously until they decided to remove some of the features I paid for to add to “new plans.” I think $60 per year is pretty expensive but to get the features back that they removed my account in an attempt to force me to pay more, it would cost another $30. I’m not willing to pay $90 a year for any app when there are others out there just as good for less. Needless to say, I just ended my subscription.
