   Horrible. Had this app for years and I loved it. Now that it has this new update, I can’t get it to work anymore with any of my photos. Wish you didn’t make these changes now I will be canceling my subscription and saying goodbye!!!!!

You will cancel this app he will delete this app and it was still charge your card every month continuously even though you’ve canceled it and it’s taking off your Apple bill it comes right back on the next month. Worst app I’ve ever even opened charge me eight times and I’m cancel the stupid thing. It’s a dumb app. Do not buy total scam.

    What happened?. I like this app and suddenly cannot use it anymore. A huge ad appears on top of the photo while the change is taking place and there is no visible way to make the ad disappear after the photo is 100% complete. It’s useless to me in this condition. (This app is on my iPad.) Very unhappy about this recent error.

    Have to purchase Pro edition to open a photo. Have no idea how this works because they want me to pay for the Pro version before I can open a photo to edit. Why would I pay for something that I can’t see working? I won’t.

    I got jipped out of $10.41 for Pro!. I am seriously unhappy. I bought the Pro version last night, $9.99 for 3 months, with taxes it came out to be $10.41. I had no issues with using the Pro version last night & this morning. Then, when I tried to use it this evening, it began telling me I have to PAY FOR PRO AGAIN! I just paid for Pro less than 24 hours ago! This isn’t right, whatsoever, & honestly, feels scammy!

    Difficult to work with. I opened the app and didn’t find using the app intuitive. Looked for some help; found none. No tutorial or google accessible quick start guide. Canceled within 20 minutes. Not sure why it’s so difficult to place a “help” button or offer the quick start guide where it cannot be missed. Now the owners will say it’s all right there. Nope. I find it so prevalent that all the builders of these apps all assume everyone has there level of knowledge and design to that level. Hint...we don’t.

    Disappointed long-time user. I have had this app for many years. It has become useless. It will not be load photos, regardless of how long it is left open. What good is a photo app that will not load photos? Wanting more features, I purchased Visage Lab Pro. Worthless. Immediately crashes upon opening. Now, cannot file a report through the app, neither is it available in the App Store. I guess this is what happens when a newer version is created and they want you to purchase the newer version. They just let other products flounder. Very disappointed.

    Uninstalled within 10 minutes!. I just wanted the special effects to create some fun photos and this app is so stupid. Zero instructions, not intuitive, no drop down menus, confusing, wouldn’t grab a 2nd photo from gallery. Just completely lame all the way around. Got one picture of my grandson done and that was it. They took something that should have been easy and made it complicated. Lame!

    Photo retouch. I signed up for the free trial to retouch my photos and the app keeps saying it doesn’t detect a face so it won’t be retouched. Don’t have time for an app that takes money and doesn’t work. How do I cancel the app and not be charged? I’m uninstalling now. DO NOT CHARGE MY ACCOUNT

    Gets stuck in ads!. I was liking the effects they have to enhance pics but it’s slow and there’s a ridiculous amount of ads you have to deal with. I got my pic all done and it got stuck in an ad for a slot machine app and I lost my pic with all the work I’d done! What a waste of time!

    So disappointed. I as many I’ve read purchased the pro version a while ago and then all of a sudden the options I previously had were no longer there. I am no way paying a monthly fee. This is crazy. Okay so they want to make more of a residual income. No problem but honor the original customers if not just for the moral value. If you do that then residual and new users are almost guaranteed.

    Waste of Time. I purchased this app with the intention of editing a select photo. It told me that no faces were detected in my photo but that I could add affects if I wanted - which are basically just colored filters. When I did find a photo that had detectable faces - I literally noticed no difference in my image. Don’t waste your money
