   False marketing. My daughter fell for the “3 free trial if you sign up for an annual plan” trap…AGAIN. They apparently signed up earlier this year, forgot to cancel, and I got charged. Months later, she got the free trial offer again, so she signed up thinking she wouldn’t be charged. My card was charged immediately. Please be aware (and let your teenagers know) you will be charged even if the stupid ad says otherwise. This is highly unacceptable behavior for the App Store, find an app that doesn’t rely on forgetful/ignorant people/kids to make money.

   misleading app. I was offered a 3 day trial for the Pro benefits and when I clicked a button to accept this, I discovered I was charged $60 for a yearly membership with no way to get a refund. Misleading and upsetting.

   you have to buy everything. you can’t even take one picture , one video , one screenshot without having to pay for everything. If the app is 9+ then most likely children will download the app then since children don’t have money all the time or mostly then we can’t take pictures because of that. Even the 7 day free trial cannot be bought because everyone doesn’t have money like that.

    Never again. I paid for the whole year and somehow I can’t use the pro benefit. It keeps proposing to try the free 3days and even when I click on it, it says “you have already subscribed” but I can’t use it. Worst app.

    WORST APP, CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever used !. This app would just leech money off you and give you basic features that you can just find on a regular phone ! Don’t use nor purchase because they don’t care about you but only your money !

    Unable to use active paid subscription after I upgraded my phone from android to apple. My Issue was not resolved. I have an active paid subscription in my android phone that I am not able to use with my new apple phone. I upgraded my phone and cannot use it anymore. Terrible process where i am not able to log into my account from android to new apple phone. Solution was to pay for another subscription. Not acceptable solution. Disappointed with this app/ company/ customer service.

    DO NOT SIGN UP FOR FREE TRIAL. Signed up for a three day “free trial” just to see that I was charged $47.99. Made a refund request and was denied. Reached out to the customer support and was told they could not help me. This is completely illegal and I will be taking action.

    Fraud. I downloaded this app as a free trial. It didn’t do what I wanted it to do, so I cancelled the subscription without a few minutes of download. They charged me anyway.

    Scam!!. I selected to try the 3 day FREE trial and my card was instantly charged for a YEAR SUBSCRIPTION. I have video proof (screen recording) you can see I selected the 3 day free trial and yet immediately my card was charged. I looked for an email but this apps support didn't show one so at least I can warn others while I reach out to apple. Unacceptable.

    Worst app ever. OK, I got this app and I was using it for months and I loved it but then it kept saying that I had a virus and then I told my grandma about it and she said it was a virus told me to immediately deleted it. This game is trying to give me a virus so I just deleted it permanently. Don’t get this app. It’s horrible. I don’t know how people are putting really good reviews of this app it’s so bad don’t get this app It’s horrible. It’s the worst I’ve ever. had

    Disappointed with the update. Great app, but with this new update a lot of the free features are now under the subscription. Disappointed If new, advanced features were added, those should have been under the subscription, but what was originally created free should have stayed free.

    TRASH Scam!!. I selected the 3 free day trial, before I double clicked it said 0.00 would be charged today, then all of a sudden it’s trying to charge me $64.19! For what! I didn’t request a subscription! That’s a scam! I canceled the subscription not even 12 hours of having selected 3 free day trial. That’s very misleading and scam activity! To this day I still can’t download apps because that charge is still pending trying to charge me for it! Scam!
