   Cancelled MULTIPLE times. I’ve cancelled this subscription multiple times and they keep charging me! My subscription has stated “inactive”’for months and I keep getting charged. I tried to use it once and it was useless and now I can’t get rid of it.

   Don’t download this app. It is a misleading app, they tell you that you can cancel it at any time, but when you start canceling it, it does not allow you to do so. They lie to you to charge you after the 3 days free trial

   Don’t waste your money. Identifies plants wrong and the only diagnosis I’ve ever gotten is a watering issue (but it doesn’t specify if it’s too much or too little water!)

   Took my money! No free trial. So I tried to start the three day free trial and then 799 a week and I push the side button to except the charge on my phone and instead of giving me a three day trial and then charging me 799 a week it immediately took $13 out of my account. So there was no free trial and it took almost 6 dollars more than it was supposed to. I’m getting ready to call but I believe that stuffed and I’m tired of apps thinking they can do that I want my money back and I’ll never get an app from this corporation again.

    Money grabber. You can “get the app free” but you have to sign up for an $8/week fee plan or a lifetime purchase (currently options to do that for both $50 and $200) in order to get the 3 day free trial. Knowing how hard it is when you can’t cancel these things it is too big of a risk. Passing!

    Not at all useful. This app works like sandwich or not sandwich app in Silicon Valley. Doesn’t detect the diseases. Gives contradicting info about sunlight. I purchased this app, used it on my plants and already 3 of them are dead. Try some other apps and let me know if they work for you.

    Total SCAM!!. There is no FREE TRAIL, Even if you cancel right after the subscription!!! they charged me $7.99 and I reached out and they never got back to me,, here’s my story: I had a 7 day trial down to three, it’s was July 21 they had in parentheses July 24 they will start the charge if not canceled will be charge, I had til the July 31, it was on my receipt in my email. Aug 3 they charged me and I canceled this the same day I signed up, and never received a email for it being canceled, but my subscription said it was to end on the 31st. Yet tho I never Authorized a payment to go thru and they took it anyway. I am having apple handle it now since the failed to contact me.

    Support poor. Doesn’t diagnose right.. I purchased a lifetime, use it immediately. There was no diagnosis unless I would pay for an expert I asked for a refund immediately. They had no record of my purchase. I sent them a receipt and didn’t hear anything. Sent it again . Nothing. Sent it too more times. Nothing. Each time replying to their support email.

    Keeps charging me. I used this app for a few days, decided I liked it! Helps remind this adhd brain to water my plants while also taking care of a newborn! Shortly after it renewed for another 7 days I purchased the lifetime figuring I’d keep using it. Well it charged me the $58 but has continued to charge me the weekly fee as well! App was helpful but not worth over $100!

    Scam. What a scam!! I purchased this app and from the first moment it finally downloaded, I’ve had nothing but issues. To make matters worse, I’m stuck with this garbage for a full year because there was absolutely no grace period to check if out. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS INFERIOR PRODUCT!!

    Horrible app. Not only does this app not help diagnose sick plants like it claims to, it will offer you a free trial & once you accept it automatically locks you in for a year subscription for $30 without your permission. And when you email customer support for an immediate refund they will tell you they don’t do refunds even though you never wanted the subscription/never use it. Scam of an app.

    Charged for renew without consent (like others). Like other customers, this app was not able to diagnose a problem with my plant. So I canceled within the free trial. I was still charged over $8 for a weekly renewal, a rate I would never have chosen given the lower alternatives. As others have noted, expect completely unethical business practices and massive hassle to get your money back.

    Scam for more money! No help at all. I have a basil outdoor plant with wilting leaves although I water I every day. I was hoping this could help. Zero help. Even for the simplest of problems you require a botanist at $19.99 then proceed to justify the cost by telling me it will cost more than a new plant. Which I paid $4 at Home Depot for!! Such a scam. Also this is not free. It auto renews after 7 days at $14/month

    Not a great app. I have been trying to get a diagnosis of my plant, I have been following the directions and suddenly the app goes to another screen with out allowing extra pictures and won’t let me out of the screen unless I close the app. I have found this to be be very frustrating and not worth the money!

    Overcharging me. I’ve been using this app since April and really like it, however! We purchased the “lifetime” option for $49 but also getting charged weekly $7.99. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. DO NOT BUT THIS APP.
