   Double billed for months with no way to cancel.. The app itself is pretty good. But there is no account tab under settings to cancel - and of course no one to call.

    Identification. Took a picture of my plant, just to see how good the app is and got wrong information. I know for a fact that my plant is an anthurium plant. It gave me some kind of flamingo plant.

    Inaccurate. According to this app that I never meant to purchase in the first place all of my plants and trees on my property are sick and dying. I will continue to use iNaturalist backed by Cornell Labs instead. Honestly wish for a refund.

    Not the correct plant!. You identified my Alocacia Amazonica as a Fiddle Leaf Fig! I just paid for a year’s subscription and I may want a refund. I had this same problem when I tried the 7 day free trial. My son raves about this app but I am not impressed so far.

    There’s a limit. The app works well. However, you can only identify a few plants freely. After that, it says you’ve reached a limit. Even if you delete and re-download the app, it won’t let you use the identifier any more. A scam

    WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. DO NOT DOWNLOAD! This app can’t identify or diagnose anything. I have tried to use it to identify my jalapeño plant and Red Ghost Pepper plant and it doesn’t exist in their data base. I decided to upgrade to premium for $69.99 thinking all the plants and species known to man would be available. I was surely mistaken and got robbed! Companies that develop apps like these should be shut down!

    I hate this game so much. Do not buy this game the ads are wrong. I tried it on my plants. It did not work, so make sure you review because it does not work. It won’t. It won’t even tell me what to do. And that girl when you text her there’s a texting thing. Guess what she does. She’s so frustrating.     TOTALLY DISSATISFIED.. No zone designation, no designation on invasive plant or not. No information on whether rabbits or deer will eat them. No width dimension. Wish I could get refund or partial refund. If company responds or show me what I’m doing wrong I’ll change rating.

    Just out to take your money. I paid for the year subscription for this app and when I upgraded my phone the app would not let me restore my purchase and the app designer did nothing to help or correct this problem. Even after I sent them my purchase receipt 🥺

    SCAM - DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app is predatory and a scam. You will be forced into a subscription to use the app. Subscription will say “free trial” but be automatically charged the fee. You can try to cancel within your trial period and still be charged said fee. Apple will not issue you a refund and say app denies claim while the app will say they have no authority and dispute with Apple. And that’s if their support actually gets back to you. I will be reporting to consumer affairs and my state AG. DO NOT USE - SCAM

    App useless for diagnosis. While the app is handy for identifying a plant, it’s totally useless for diagnosing a sick plant. For one sick plant for example, the app declared that it “might be due to overwatering or underwatering” and “might be due to environmental conditions”. About as useful as an umbrella to a fish. Did not keep it past the 1-week trial
