   Despicable account practice. These guys rigged their app such that, when I opened it, I subscribed to 3 day free trial, then a monthly charge of $6.99, without notice and without easy way to quit. PS: they have an option to opt out of notice of billings Now I have to spend time figuring out how to quit something I might need but never wanted or participated in the decision to rack up charges. This is intentional and terrible business ethics. It is clear they intend to abuse their customers. Despicable.

   Stop using in-app purchase. Of your app does not allow absolute no use if the user dont pay for, just make it a paid app, and not a fake in-app purchase one.

    Not My Idea of Customer Servive. I booked a rental with VRBO - except it is NOT with an owner, it is with a large corporation called Vacasa. It id 26 hours before Check- in , IN another country, & I still don’t have information on HOW to Check In. I asked but unlike an individual owner, the company has a policy of 24 hours before they give you the information- not before. My husband & I are Old, we leave home tomorrow at 5 am & THIS is unacceptable for us. Now? I get a credit card I don’t want or neeed from Wells Fargo in the mail. I’ll never use VRBO again.     Nope-nope-nope = spam. At the very first launch this app started with multiple pop-ups trying to install other apps & kept telling me that my device was infected! I downloaded a QR barcode reader & was inundated with spam immediately! DO NOT USE!!!

    This DOES NOT WORK. There are no clear directions — It will NOT FOCUS on the QR Code. The QR CODE is blurred and this App will not read it. It keeps asking me to get the Pro version and will not work in the free version. I can’t afford a zillion apps that ask for money… weekly, monthly or yearly. I would like apps that are truly free. Then if it is a really good app and if it offers some really good extra perks for a reasonable price I would be more inclined to find a way to budget it in if I was able to. I will NOT AGREE TO PAY with a “Free” trial of a few days. I could easily forget to cancel in time and then have to pay with automatic payments. My feelings are that: that is what the people who are offering these apps are counting on. Even if a person decided that they didn’t want it — if they missed the cut off date after (maybe 3 days, maybe a week, maybe a month) then they would have to pay for at least one cycle — or more if they didn’t get on the ball and cancel immediately the app developers would get that money. Multiply that times 1,000,000 gullible people. “The rich get richer and the poor get poorer” I would put 0 stars if this review would let me. This is the first review I have ever done. Most of my apps work and many work extremely well and I share my satisfaction with my friends to encourage them to try those. If anyone knows of a good QR Code Reader that is truly FREE and works well please let me know.
