   Has the developer gone out of business?. I have used Paprika for well over a decade. It’s an amazing recipe manager. Unfortunately it no longer works properly. It has a built-in browser for downloading recipes from the internet, but that no longer works. Thinking that there might be an issue with the app in my phone, u deleted it and then downloaded it again. I went to sign in and cannot. It’s not connecting to the paprika server. I fear that this developer is no more.

   Used to be Awesome. This has been my go-to recipe app for years with absolutely no problems. For the last month or so, it randomly will not import recipes - just get a spinning wheel. Contacted support - heard nothing. But then it did work for a few days. Then today, it is even worse. Getting “server maintenance” and “recipe can’t be imported from this site” and “not working.” It sticks in the spinning wheel for a long time unless you kill the app. Eventually it works but it takes up a long time. The app has also started kicking me out occasionally while having these problems. But there apparently is no support so I cannot recommend.

   Buggy lately. I have been using this app for a very long time with a five star experience. But lately, the app has been very buggy. It refuses to download recipes even after I clear the cash and does not sync properly between my devices.

   Love the app but…. Every time I try to use it lately it spins and says downloading but it does nothing. Eventually it crashes. Not sure if this is due to an Apple update or what.

    Would give 5 star if it allows batch import from pdfs and from safari bookmarks. I just purchased it and trying the functions, so far I like the concept that you can manage recipes, meal plans, grocery shopping all in one place. A few things can improve in order of priority preferences: 1. I like that they have a native browser where dozens of recipe websites to browse but I wish they would also allow to batch import bookmarks or bookmark folders from safari, and to allow import from PDFs so it’s easy to start using the app. There is “import recipe”in the setting, further clicking “browse” button takes to the file folder but it would not recognize any recipes saved in pdf format, so not sure what exactly can be imported. It is painful to have to navigate to 100 recipe websites which I’ve already bookmarked overtime on the phone, to be able to save them to the app. 2. For the phone app, the menu bar is hidden and requires to click the 3 lines, I wish they are permanent icons at the top or bottom of the screen for easy navigation. 3. There should be some common pantry items that you can easily browse and select so you can setup an existing pantry in a few clicks. 4. It would be great if the app comes with some existing recipes already loaded, so one can start using the app right after downloading. Hope these can be added to future updates and I’d gradly change my rating to 5 stars.

    Really. Links don’t work when pasted from instagram which is as far as I can tell the only reliable way to get recipes.

    Cannot Contact Tech Support. I have an issue with recipes not transferring from the Paprika 3 iPhone app to the Paprika 3 iPad app, iOS 26.4.1 version for both devices. I submitted two requests and received a message that my request was not submitted and to resubmit it. I did and received the same message, again, that I needed to resubmit my request. I would greatly appreciate someone reaching out to offer some help to resolve this issue. Thank You Very Much

    Recipes no longer import properly. Long time user/fan of Paprika, but… In the last 2-3 months all of my recipes that I import from websites look weird and don’t convert into grocery lists properly. Can this glitch be fixed?

    LOST MY RECIPES. Super sad. I have used previous version for YEARS. I upgraded by previously paying for V 3 on my iPad. When I was unable to transfer my recipes from previous version, I also purchased V3 for my computer. I have written to the support team twice with no response. All of my recipes are lost unless someone can please respond!

    Terrible app. This app does not do what it says you cannot save recipes from social media apps!! Would love to get my money back!!

    No way to add ingredients. I downloaded the app and added my first recipe. When I tried to add ingredients it showed none were available. I went to the pantry and add some items. Still was not able to add any ingredients to the recipe. I read the user guide and there is no mention of how to actually add ingredients to a recipe. The app is completely broken

    Disaster. Importing recipes from Instagram impossible. Went round and round in circles. Wasted $4.99 and pulled out my hair for over an hour 🤬 Had to give one star to upload review but this is a zero star app.

    Print function no longer works. Since the last update, the print function no longer works, regardless where I print it from. I have Paprika version three on my laptop, iPad and iPhone and all three results in a printed recipe that has the right margin truncated. Have reported this to the developer and received no response.

    Poor Importing. I guess they removed the ocr features which was the main reason I purchased based on what are featured but older reviews. I’m requesting a refund and feel l got a bait and switch.

    A Good Thing Gone Bad. Been using this app for years now. ALL OF MY RECIPES! ALL OF THEM. I’ve bought the IOS version. I’ve bought the Android version. And now. I cannot get ANYTHING now. ALL of my recipes - no access. I’ve emailed and emailed the developer. Nothing. Crickets. Years of favorite recipes. Brokenhearted. And they don’t even respond.

    Nonexistent customer service. I love this app for organizing my recipes and being able to sync across different platforms. But I recently purchased the full product after working on a trial basis and all of my recipe photos have disappeared. I’ve reached out twice for customer support to see how I can fix this issue, but have received absolutely zero response. It’s really disappointing.

    Cant paste or import anything anymore.. Nothing happened when allow to paste from website. I click allow paste, and nothing get imported. And there is no update for it. The UI is very hard to use. Please update this.

    IOS 26 Compatible?. I really love (loved) this app. Trying to use since upgrading to IOS26. Doesn’t seem to be working. Recipe doesn’t open after selecting Allow paste, and download option in lower right isn’t appearing except on the General page, which doesn’t allow that feature to work on that page. Anyone else having this issue?

    Eh…. Spouse bought it so we use it but it makes very dumb decisions and there are no settings for certain things. Sometimes, despite adding items with caps, it’ll randomly decide to make things lower case. And sometimes it adds the item name as the quantity. And I’d you try to fix it, the app will so helpfully put it back to what it wants - not what you want. I spend far too much time yelling at it to stop changing my items… The recipe part is cool though.
