   Got a new iPad and none of my recipes were included.. I am unable to delete your recipes and transfer the ones I have. I deleted the app and reinstalled but none of recipes came through. I don’t have a computer to transfer them over but I shouldn’t have to do that. Disappointed and upset.

   NO SUPPORT. I have an update stuck on my computer, because Apple is nowhere near IOS 26 update, since Apple is only at IOS 18.7. That is just the beginning of problems.

   Lost all recipes with iOS update. I’ve used this app for years. Updates have always worked seamlessly. The iOS 26 update lost all of my recipes. No I did not have them backed up because it seemed like a lengthy process to do so. I just want my recipes back.

   Where’s my recipes?. I absolute love this app but to my horror after updating my iPhone to iOS 26–the app is not accessible-all my cherished recipes along with it! PLEASE find the problem and fix it?!TIA

   Way too much!. This recent update you made, with more splashy, “juicy” neon colors and new format gives me a headache. I want a pretty and useful app, not a nightclub vibe. Calm it down! Way down!

   Very archaic, no backup. Had this app from many years ago, but it’s seriously outdated and archaic. There are many many many better apps available, I don’t recommend this app at all. Found out the hard way they do not back recipes up to the cloud, and all of my recipes collected over a lifetime were lost when I updated to a new version of the app. Unbelievably heartbroken and devastated to have lost all my recipes, this app is a joke.

   Won’t open, crashes. App crashes and will not open in up to date iPhone 14, or iPad Pro. Christmas in 2 weeks and I can’t get to my recipes.

   Used to be the best, not anymore. The file sharing no longer works between devices. Uploading from the web is also hit and miss. A 5 star app years ago is now 1 star. My problem is 457 recipes are in here so switching will be a mess.

    Totally upset. Most of my recipes are GONE! I don’t have a Mac, so your back up instructions are useless! Am I out of luck? I had a ton of recipes stored there I’ve used the app for years. And I had family recipes there. Can you help me get ALL of my recipes back.

    Customer Support unresponsive. Love the app but with upgrade lost all my recipes. Have reached out on facebook for help but no response. I am now unable to access recipes of which many were old family recipes. Terrible way to provide and app and tout its features. What a major disappointment.

    Syncing issues. Let me start by saying I do love the app, or I used to. I cannot sync to my husband’s phone or to my iPad. It’s very frustrating to have to input all the recipes again. Ugh. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG…

    Absolutely hate Version 6. Why do I have to jump through hoops to find my recipes. Over half the time the search bar fails to find my recipe by the name that it has been given. It takes MUCH more time to bring up a recipe than it used to. Stop trying to fix what isn’t broken. Terrible update.

    Recipe Link feature doesn’t work anymore.. I’ve used this app for several years now on both my iPad and IPhone. Over time, the Recipe Link feature has become “hit or miss” about connecting. Now, for the past several months, my iPhone won’t connect to any other devices with the Recipe Link feature making it difficult to keep my recipes synced. I also liked that I always have a back up if something happens to either device. If you only want your recipes on one device, and don’t mind doing occasional backups to a PC, this is great. Otherwise, maybe there’s something better out there. Using iCloud to sync between devices, maybe?

    Poor Customer Support. I have had this app for 6 years now. I’ve never been able to reach Customer Support. When you click on Contact or email a wierd page pops up about design. Can’t get my iPhone and iPad to link. Followed directions about Wi-Fi etc. If there is no support, what good is this app?

    Great app for iPad; not for iPhone. I have had Recipe box on my iPad for many years. Decided to load it on my phone to give me a backup of sorts. I lost all the years of collected recipes when the two devices synced. I’m hoping I can recover from a backup I made a couple of months ago. I wish there had been better instructions on how to avoid data loss.

    LOST EVERYTHING!!!. Just opened app...lost ALL of my recipes...they were replaced with their own recipes...HORRIBLE!!!

    Lost recipes. App worked great for a number of years. Opened it today and all of our recipes are gone. It looks like it did when we first loaded app. We have lost about 100 recipes. Print all your recipes to keep them.

    Recipe Box iPHONE. I have been using Recipe Box on my iPad for years and complaining no app for iPhone. So, now you have one, purchased it. HORRIBLE. No way to easily transfer my recipes. In fact cannot transfer any. Support links? Several I tried, one being Email (under construction) said Bad. That’s it-bad. Huge disappointment.

    No Support. I have been using this app for several years and it still seems to work OK, but some bugs are now appearing especially when searching for new recipes. The search window typing is white rather than black and is almost impossible to read. I have been unable to reach Support if it still exists. Looks as though the app has not been updated since 2015.

    How stupid can it be. I’ve been using recipe box for a long time. Had entered family recipes I can’t get again. My iPad is backed up regularly. Today I get on to look up a recipe and it says I’m about to use this version for the first time. It has reset to the original recipes. ALL of my recipes are gone! Ones my mother gave me, before she passed away! I hate this app!!!!!!!!!

    Dead App Don’t Download. If you want to move your recipes to a new app, I chose Recipe Keeper to replace this dead one. You can bulk email all your recipes from this app to yourself in a .rbox file then upload to Recipe Keeper. Transitioned beautifully for me.

    No update in 3 years???. Some features do not work, such as instant import, couldn’t search recipes the other day. Is the app being abandoned? I have lots of recipes on it. Would hate to lose them. Am thinking of transferring to another app
