   Still Got Bugs. I paid $9.99 to access five templates for a lifetime. I am only able to use ONE. The others only show partial information or the format cuts off your info on the right side. I reached out to the app’s moderators but received no response. Since the update, there is no change in the format.

   This app stole my money and didn’t provide!. I am only giving this a one star because it would not let me give it a zero star I downloaded this application because it looked very appealing with the types of resume templates that were available. So I was very excited I paid my $10 for the app and then I started filling out everything I needed to create my resume. After creating my resume I found the template that I enjoyed the most and I tried to save it or share it and nothing would happen. I have reached out three different emails to the support team to try to address this issue and at this time no one has responded back to me at all. I really wish there was a way to get my money back I am very disappointed that I have paid for this app I did not give me any product out of video essentially they stole my money.

   I wanted to put a zero (0) rating but failed to find the option. I downloaded this app, subscribed and paid in full so that I will be able to quickly generate my CV in time for a job opportunity whose application expires today. I wasted my time filling in the information only for the application to fail to generate my CV into either PDF or word document. I have been using waiting for the past 2 hours and it’s still loading. I then emailed my query and was told to wait for 72 hours for a response yet the job opportunity I am applying for expires in a few hours time. This app is a scam!!! I don’t care much about the money I paid but wasting my time is very bad!!! This app must be removed from apple app store because I downloaded it through my trust for the platform.

    Not sure how reviews are so high. I don’t know how the reviews on this app are so high. For $40 a year, I expect better. You can’t really format anything, no spacing in between paragraphs. One cover letter generation was off center with the right side of the page cut off. The template designs are ok but don’t utilize the space well - there’s too much open space. Makes the resume or cover letter look incomplete.
