   missed my appointment. i had an important appointment today and was not willing to spend so much money on waiting and getting there. for some reason, the app was not making me an account, no matter how many times i tried. new email, new username, new password, nothing worked. since the app was so old i didn’t mind calling. i called twice; first time they left me on hold for five whole minutes and the second time they didn’t even tell me how long until the car came. one guy called twice, saying he was outside, so i waited outside for 5 minutes before going back in. he called me again and said he was outside, but i didn’t see any cars. when i asked where he was, he was NOWHERE NEAR the location i told the person on the phone. it’s not the taxi driver’s fault, it’s the fault of the developers because i have no idea why it’s impossible to not just make an account, but even get a car as a guest in the first place. what a horrible experience.

   :(. llegué a mi destino desesperada, tanto que me desmonte antes de mi dirección y todo porque la conductora me trajo el camino entero escuchando su conversación por teléfono, y eso es sin contar que cuando llegó a recogerme se parqueo en el building que no era, y para dejarme tampoco sabía donde era aún viendo el mapa, y todo porque iba hablando por teléfono en alta voz con alguien… no juzgo que los taxista hablen por teléfono, pero si es molesto que monten un pasajero y sigan hablando por teléfono en alta voz y alto volumen como si con ellos no hubiese un cliente.

   Junk App. It constantly closing the app. It also cancels my car service after I place an order for pickup. This app works when it feels like working. I’ve tried everything by shutting down the phone, removing and reinstalling the app.

   Choferes violentos.. Definitivamente que no vale la pena viajar con esta compañía. Porque casi todos los choferes son violentos y hacen comentarios despectivos hacia los pasajeros. Tenemos que pagar altos precios y el trato es fatal. Urge una reunión y llamado a detener estas situaciones y actitudes. Otra cosa es que nos quieren cobrar más de lo que dice en la aplicación.

   Terrible. You can call a taxi and be forced to wait 20+ minutes for a driver. Then when the driver do accept, they just cancel and now you're late with no way of getting to work.

    Riciculous. Sometimes you wait forever and the car never comes, you are also not provided with the drivers information, and since the app is often freezing/not working appropriately, it will show you a time frame and sometimes the drivers don't bother to come. There should be a way for the customers to contact driver, it just makes zero sense as to why that's not an option.

    Price on app vs driver price. The price on the app and the price the driver asks for is vastly different. They claim the app price is incorrect like its your fault. When you call dispatch they say the same thing. Not fair at all. I’m someone who barely carries cash and makes sure I have around what the app says when I use it. However, it’s not fair when I get in the cab and get to my destination the drivers are saying a completely different price. Won’t be using again.

    Decent. It’s not at the level of the Uber app. Sometimes gives the wrong pick up information and it’s very frustrating when the driver has to call you because he can’t really find exactly where you are. On the plus side Diplo can be cheaper than Uber for certain rides. Also I have had difficulty getting a driver where Debit cards can be used for payment. Only Cash from what I can tell.

Very good app cheap better than Uber and Lyft I wasted so much money on Uber and Lyft and prices don’t change when it’s bad weather or during rush hour like Uber and Lyft the only problem is you can’t pay online they only take cash and you have to put the address in a few times to get a cab but it’s worth it because it’s very cheap
