It works mostly. It will train you for a 5k, but the app doesn't allow for it if you end up doing something else, then tap on it, and boom, you’re in a random spot in training. I do not recommend.

Wrong start and stop times. Apparently for years this app has been recording the wrong start and stop times in my Fitness app. It’s resulted in calories being tracked twice and wrong heart rate data, amongst likely other issues. Of course, none of the data can be manually corrected.
