   No what you used to be. Your software is becoming less and less efficient with every suspect improvement you field. It is truly frustrating

   Horrrible. The company is hungry an thirsty for money because no one use this service past the trial period please be careful when doing the trial run and make sure you cancel the subscription my subscription ended on may 25th and I honestly didn’t think nothing of it because I don’t use it soon as some money get on my Apple Card here they come snatching 54.99 on June 16 even after I told them it was a mistake and I don’t use it they refuse to give me my money back… you’ve been warn you don’t wanna by something from a app developer who handles customers like that on top of the pdf scan being trash.. only reason it has one star is because I couldn’t give it anything lower

   Adobe just sucks. That’s all there is to it. They let you use the app until you need to actually export anything from it and then they say, “not so fast! Surprise! Get a subscription”. Adobe does not value my time.

   Los documentos no se pueden arreglar. Solo utilize uno como prueba y salen horribles se ven falsos y coloque filtro para ver si funcionaba y no pude no puse el original por qué me dio miedo arruinarlo por completo deberían de mejorar la letra por qué no se puede escribir se borra y se ve el texto abajo se ve como manchado

   I can’t upload a photo or a pdf to the app. The worst app to scan the document. I can’t even pull my photos and upload them to the app or take a photo from the app. I had the premium account.

   THIS APP HAS MAJOR ISSUES!!!. I have used this app in the past with no problems, but today it refuses to open after repeated attempts to open it and this is after I have removed it and reinstalled it and then restarting my phone several times. PLEASE DO BETTER!!!

    Crashes way too many times. I’m always in the middle of uploading my pictures and it will just suddenly close. This happens like 2-3 times a month. It’s ridiculous. When I try to reopen it says error and send report or don’t. The only way for me to get it to work is deleting the app and reinstalling sometimes I even have to cancel my subscription and start over. I’ve cleared all my caches and did everything remotely possible on my side. So it has to be a glitch on their side. Please fix.

    Forced to sign up and lost all files.. We could just scan for free and they had the option to sign up and pay a memberships. Now there is no option, you are locked out of the app if you do jot log in and it forced me to delete the app losing all the scans i ever made. Thanks god i saved them all on my phone but if i had not i would har loat itall. It is really bad feom adobe and shameful. Developers tried to say that the files are saved securely but that is false. I am forced to log in and i did not need to or want to. There is no reason for it beside them taking your data. So i was forced to delete the app which erased all my files. Unless adobe saved all my files against my wishes and will. Because i refused to save them to the cloud. Their reply to this review is disgusting.

    Scanner is dog. The scanner absolutely sucks, get ready to basically draw on your paper in order for it to register and even then it wont work. This message was written out of pure hatred, ive never came across a more useless app. Its like this app is purposefully trying to make you angry. Its sucked ever since I started using it and it still sucks now.

    Continually Crashing App. I need this to work for my homework to get scanned into pdf, but often times when I open it, the app crashes. I restart my phone, I delete the app and reinstall it, and the same problem continues to happen. I hope they can patch the app to solve this issue.

    Makes an unusable pdf. This seemed easy until I realized the recipients and me never get the pdf… it’s only in adobe’s cloud.

    It’s so dog ahhh. It’s so hard to just get your pdf out of the app I shouldn’t have to pay to make the app do its one job I get paying for perks or no ads but wanting to make me pay just to save the pdf is crazy

    Signing x10 times. Signing in 10 times using the same process? Really? Figure this out. There’s absolutely no reason why a user should have to re-sign in 10 times when there have been no changes to account logins.

    Gatekeeping. Features work and then after updates they start gatekeeping features that were free before the Trial. Always money…always money. What happened to just buying things outright anymore?
