   Hate the Forced Ultra Wide Lens Capture. Whose bad idea was it to force the iPhone Ultra Wide lens to capture the scans now? PUT IT BACK! Text on small receipts is so blurry and low res now. HATE IT.

   Lied about lifetime purchase. Every time I update the scan Ace app, I see no new features; but my lifetime purchased Time Scan Premium Plan gets additional features stripped away. They lied about getting a lifetime plan.

   This app is awful. I was using this app for my business. I need screenshots of text messages. Used to be great. Not anymore. Constantly distorts images. Awful!! I can no longer use it.

   Useless. I truly regret downloading this app because all it does is freeze once you scan an image or document, and it doesn’t allow you to perform any edits to those documents. Really frustrating. Once I figure a way to move my saved scans to another app I intend to delete Scan Ace ASAP.

   Very Hard to Use. None of the documents that I print come out clearly anymore. Also, none of the documents that I try and send through email, text or AirDrop work. The product since it changed ownership has become very difficult to use.

   Very disappointed.. I have used tiny scanner for years and have always been happy with it, but every time it updates there's something changed and very hard for me to figure out. I cannot find directions on how to use the new updates. I even wrote to Customer service and never heard back! It is so frustrating! I have no problem when scanning documents, but with the last two updates I cannot attach and then open the scan in an email. I choose "share", then "email", and then "send". When I check the email of the person I'm wishing to send it to, it is in there, but cannot be opened and read. I'm so frustrated! Please help!

    Unable to contact Site. The latest version will not be able to upload to my Google Drive as there is a Security Issue. The contact email address given on the app is being rejected. Very disappointed.

    $10 a Month?. I purchased this product, April 21, 2017 for 499. Had no point was there a rental agreement for this product. I purchased it outright. Now I can’t use the product because they want to charge me $10 a month. Order ID was MKN7NJS0H6

    No longer works. I’ve been using the scanner for years since it was called Tiny scanner always worked perfectly. Tried to scan and email a document as usual and after four tries it still wouldn’t go through.

    Stay away. This app replaced tiny scanner and is a rip off. Takes your money to add premium plan and nothing works. Might as well take a photograph. No conversion to pdf.

    Was better in the past. This app was way better when it first came out. Auto detect grabbed the document boundaries far better and didn’t take multiple pictures of the same page.

    Buyer beware. Paid a one time fee about 5 years ago for the app . Now they charge me yearly!!!!! . I didn’t catch it until it was too late . There are better products out there for the fee they charge

    Basic app now over engineered. Used to love the basics of this app. Years later seems to have lost the basic functionality that made it the go to tool for simple doc management & sharing as it seems to have adopted features that make me think of Acrobat but in an overly animated way.

    From Best to Worst!. Bought this pro version of the app a long time ago. Seems they updated it and revoked all premium privileges, now charging on subscriptions only. No legacy app option, just thanking longtime support with making this once-excellent app a subscription disaster.

    SaaS Greed. I purchased this app long ago before they had a subscription model. At the time I had an Android phone, so that was with google. When I switched to an iPhone, it was the one of the first apps I purchased on the new platform. Over some update and name change, they decided to ignore that I’ve purchased the app and now require a subscription for some features. I am an app developer; I understand wanting to make money. However, you should honor your early supporters instead of conveniently ignoring their early patronage.

    Use to work fine. This app has been my go to for years, but I recently upgraded my phone and I can’t email the docs I scan. I submitted a request for help several days ago and have got no response. The fact that it has lost functionality and the lack of even acknowledgement of my request is why I have given only 1 star.

    Don’t update…. Features removed !. Was a great app, but now they charge a subscription for anything more than a ONE page scan. Way to kill a (previously) useful program! There are other strategies available other than destroying all the goodwill of your user base !!! Unbelievably cheap (and short-sighted) developer.

    Lost All My Folders. After an update I lost all my folders. Everything is unorganized now. Have to scroll thru hindreds of files to find date / month of what I need.

    DON’T UPDATE!. TagScan Pro -> TagScan SE -> Tiny Doc -> Scanner -> AI whatever?! Manhandling to convert fully paid Pro users to paid subscribers. Do NOT update longtime fellow supporters of TagScan. Instead, wait for iOS to incorporate these features for free. The native Notes app already scans to pdf, and Photos already does OCR.

    DO NOT UPDATE!!!. I bought this app several years ago and have enjoyed its simplicity through the years. For how often I actually need to scan something, it was a great solution. Just went to use the app and it prompted me to “update”, citing better navigation/tools/etc. This is a lie. As soon as the update finished, I can no longer use the app without opting into a monthly or annual membership. Keep in mind, I already BOUGHT this app. Now I can’t use it at all. So much for your great new Home Screen! Screw you guys. Super dirty, misleading, business practice. I will find another solution. I hope you go bankrupt.

    Do they use their own product at all?. Who thinks that if their customers have a bunch of files put into folders that the smart thing to do is to get rid of all of the folders, and make sure you can never sort the files back into them? I am convinced that the people programming this app have never used it themselves. Every update they make seems aimed at stripping customer utility right out of the app. This used to be an amazing app, with one of the best user interfaces available. It is virtually useless at the moment. Once you do scan your document, you cannot trust it will stay sorted in a folder you select, and the ability to forward the document to someone else (which is likely why you are scanning it in the first place) is made incredibly unfriendly now.
