   Don’t do it. First off the day to expire goes until 5 pm yet it made me pay and still isn’t working I’m very disappointed and still fax doesn’t work

   Scammer. I would give this app zero stars if I could. I downloaded it for what I believed would be a one-time need and never knowingly signed up for a subscription that renews every two weeks. I never used the app after downloading it, yet I was still charged. When I requested a refund, it was denied despite the fact that the service was never used. The subscription terms were not clear to me, and the frequent automatic renewals feel designed to catch people off guard. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this app. Check your subscriptions carefully if you download it.

   It really is a scam. Takes 2 to 3 minutes per page or sometimes more. So you send a fax it says sending and you can watch the dots. Then it will say recipients machine isn’t receiving.. for 10 freaking dollars a week, it should work flawlessly. But it can’t, won’t, and never will, fax anything. because it’s a freakin scam.

   Doesn’t work. Sent a 12-page fax. It took way longer to send than advertised. Shows a confirmation, but the business said they’ve never gotten got nothing. This app does not work as described.

    Don’t Waste Your Money. App is able to send fax but receiving fax is another story. After waiting a week for a fax I tested the number they assigned me and of course it doesn’t work and the fax report gives a “no answer” error code. Contacted customer service and yet ghosted with no reply or refund for an app that does not do what it says it does.

    Charged me even after I cancelled my subscription. I was charged for a renewal several days after I canceled my subscription. I reported the charge to apple who denied my claim. I appealed the decision and they denied it again and told me to contact the developer, Fax. I contacted them via their customer support email. Then they told me they could not help me, and to contact their in-app support chat, even after I deleted the app. I reinstalled it only for the in-app chat support team to then tell me to report the charge to apple. They have no way of using you a refund if you’ve been incorrectly charged, even after cancellation, apparently, so I’ve been charged for another month by this company without a refund. It was a lot of frustrating back and forth for two days, only to be told that the app developer cannot issue any refunds for anything downloaded via the App Store. Extremely frustrating. I will not be using this developer again. If anything, don’t use the App Store to download the product.

    Free to Download, Not Free to Send!. This app was working fantastically until my final step. I was able to create a cover sheet, and easily capture my documents without having to upload/resend them. But as soon as I clicked the “send” button, this app wanted to charge me $10 before it would actually send my fax! So, it’s really NOT FREE to use, and I’d give this app zero stars if I could. If they’re gonna charge you, they could at least warn you.

    POS APP. This POS APP is impossible to to use. I tried to send a fax with a cover page but the page is too short to add a 2 inch paragraph and I find no way to cut and paste a pre written statement. It’s totally hogwash. I canceled immediately. Now I will need to see if it get refunded $30+ for trying to send ONE TIME TWO PAGE FAX. Besides, WHO BUT THE U.S. Government uses FAXes anymore. Total waste of three hours compiling and completing a USDA Form with a cover letter. Yes! You could say I a little PO’D.

That’s very disappointing and feels unfair to customers. I do Not recommend this app at all Be careful , especially if kids have access to your phone

    Typical app doesn’t tell you about paying. Went through scanning everything and getting ready to send my fax only to have it then tell me I need to subscribe and pay. No thanks. Deleted and undownloaded immediately. Just say it up front that you have to pay.
