   overpriced for bad quality clothing. I have no idea what happened to cider but they have absolutely lost their minds with the prices. This is basically a SHEIN variant fast fashion site. I mean the quality of the clothes is absolutely terrible but unfortunately it’s some of the only place I can get plus sizes. I tried shopping there after not shopping since last October and was shocked to see some of their dresses are $80+ and basic tops are going for $40+ !? I’ve bought multiple dresses and shirts from there and the quality is absolutely terrible for what you’re getting. Not shopping here anymore.

   Delivery service really sucks. Change the logistics company.. I ordered many times and the flash shipping never coming in time!! They ship out so quickly but it always delays at the final step at local warehouse. I think the problem is your logistics company. On the top of that, the delivery service itself is really bad. Last time, the delivery guy stole my leggings and required me money to get it back. He knew my name, home address and my phone number. He called and texted me directly and required money!! I felt so scared and unsecured. It could cause another crime and I really don’t want it to be happened to someone else. Please take it seriously and you really need to change the logistics company.

   Buyer Beware !!! Poor quality.. Cheaply made expensive plastic and ill-fitting clothing. Basically another SHEIN. Updated 2026: I gave them another chance and please don’t waste your money. You can follow care instructions perfectly and things still shrink. I bought a shirt that smelled so badly of sulfur no matter how much I washed it that I never wore it. Tbh you all owe me like $1500 for everything I’ve wasted on your absolute garbage clothing app.

   Terrible customer service and no package. I spent way over a month waiting for my package that constantly said it was out for delivery but still never received my package. There was also an issue with my “contact information” which was all correct and supposedly prevented delivery the first attempt. I tried to get into contact to see what was wrong or what to do and nothing. It said it was out for delivery again and nothing. Contacted again about where my package was and nothing. Got an email stating it has been delayed and gave a new delivery date that came and went with no package. Nothing. The lack of customer service and help towards clients is ridiculous and I hope that I am able to get my refund for the dress that was suppose to be for my wedding.

Horrible in general would not ship my products to the right address after putting my address when purchasing it said they would deliver my jacket since it got withold but never delivered and delivered my other package to the wrong house horrible website would recommend to not shop here in general would buy something else

   AI Models. Went ahead and deleted the app before buying anything bc I saw a (very obviously) AI model used in an ad on Cider’s FB page. Absolutely insane to make clothes that are 99% plastic, up-charge for sizes above 12, and then have the audacity to act like you’re still too broke to pay real people (or even just take pics of the clothing itself). If they care that little, I can’t imagine the corners being cut in the making of the actual clothing itself.

    Zero stars. Cider used to be one of my favorite places to shop because their clothes were cute and affordable, but the quality has seriously gone downhill over the past year. I recently ordered 7 pairs of pants and 5 of them were made very poorly. One pair was literally falling apart, and the others weren’t true to size at all. The other four pairs had uneven leg lengths — one leg was noticeably shorter than the other. Completely unwearable. They requested photos and measurements which I sent per their request. When I reached out to customer service and asked for a refund (and even offered to send everything back), I was told I’d have to pay a restocking fee — which feels ridiculous considering the items were defective and not as described. To make things worse, they only offered me 70% of my refund and gave it in coupons instead of my original payment method. The coupons were split into small amounts, making it almost impossible to use them toward a single purchase. It honestly felt like a tactic to avoid giving a real refund. The cherry on top? That all the coupons have an expiration date. Customer service reps are polite, but that doesn’t matter much when the company refuses to stand behind their products. Really disappointed. I won’t be shopping here again.

    Doesn’t work. Just downloaded the app and it won’t work. Keeps saying my login isn’t working correctly (says that upon opening app, I haven’t even had a chance to login OR create an account) and won’t let me even see items. Sent a report and ran a diagnostics check and neither did anything. Very disappointing.

    Shipping. Their flash shipping is falsely advertised. My order is already 5 days later than advertised and estimated to arrive and customer service didn’t help me at all or give me a refund.

    steals data to hike prices. at first, prices will be low to reasonably normal for what it is (fast fashion). quality varies by how popular the product is. however, i noticed that over these past few months, almost ALL the items i see (shoes, ruffle shirts, jeans, a simple tank top or cami) are all 30-40 USD. just straight up insane prices for 95% polyester blends that leave dusty stains after just one wear. are they insane???? the future of online consumerism is bleak.

    Shipping. Clothes are pretty (albeit expensive and sometimes uncomfortable,) but this place has one of the slowest delivery times I’ve ever seen with lots of delays. I could order something on December 1st and it wouldn’t get here until January. I would recommend changing the people you ship with.

    Shipping takes forever. It takes months to receive your order despite them giving you an estimated shipping date. Estimated shipping date is basically useless. Customer service is no help at all. Wouldn’t recommend.

    Worst custom service. Its been 2 months my package has been delivered. The cider people are neither delivering the product nor refunding the money back. Big mistake installing this stupid app. This is scam.

    Vague cancellation reasoning and god awful customer service. Placed an order for around 50 dollars containing seven different items. Just a few hours afterwards, I received an email saying it was cancelled. When investigating the issue, I found their reasoning to be vague and suspicious, due to the fact that it mentioned my payment did not go through despite the transaction on my account. When I selected their customer service button, I found myself in a premade question selection that was completely run by AI and it did not have any question similar to the ones I had. Overall, very disappointed with the way the situation was handled, do not recommend.

    Not worth it. The clothes are cute but the shipping takes bloody ages. The date that the app tells you is a complete lie mine still haven’t come and it’s been 2-3 weeks since I was supposed to get my clothes. If you want clothing in a decent amount of time I wouldn’t recommend cider.

    Fake ai reviews and overpriced polyester. I don’t know how you didn’t expect people to notice how fake most of the reviews are. But the photos and people are literally ai generated and not even good lmaoo. Why would I buy something you guys have to fake review? Everything is always too form-fitting too. Do you have ANY clothes that aren’t skin tight or cropped ? Charging that much for 95% polyester is already laughable in itself

    Unpredictable delivery time. I have made 3 orders with this app and every time we are told it will deliver usually within a week from the date we ordered the items. Then we get an update after or purchase is made (usually a day or two later) that our delivery was delayed and the new expected delivery date is 2 weeks out from that date. Sometimes we don’t even get it within that new delivery date. It’s been a disappointment every time. Too bad because the clothes and the products we receive are always really cute.

    Do Not Purchase from this company. Was gifted a gift card from someone to purchase items from Cider. The images that are shown are not accurate representation of the items being shipped. Almost every top is a crop top whether it is supposed to be or not. If you need to process a refund they will falsely advertise a convince option and then fail to share all the requirements involved with the next purchase. When I pointed this out to customer support they acknowledge the difference from what was shown and told me 3-4 times they would correct it. I reached out to support 6 times and continued to hear you will be contacted in 24-28 hours. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else, SHEIN was better than this company and that is saying A LOT * Edit to add I will not be contacting support any more than the 5+ times I already did. I will continue to recommend people to not use this company as you only wish to save face rather than help.

    Never received order. First time using them and was excited on items ordered. I then received an email delayed shipment and I would need to wait another week only got 5% off. Time frame comes when they said expected delivery and still did not receive my order. Waited a couple days to see if anything would come in and I never received the order. Reached out to customer service and they wanted to give me store credit instead of refunding me. I understand delays but don’t understand the lack of communication on my order until I had to reach out when they missed the second time for delivery. Don’t recommend purchasing from them

    Deceptive. Loved my first order, so when I got a notification that I could get $50 to spend by referring a friend I jumped on it. The $50 is everywhere, at no point does it say you can’t use it as $50. Well, they scammed me. They have made it into a $20 coupon and 3 $10 coupons. Meaning you would have to make four orders as well as having your friend make one to get the value. To be honest it ain’t even about the coupon at this point I’m not about to pay money to a company who will literally lie to your face

    Terrible app trying to be like TikTok. I hate that I can’t select a category and go straight into its own without looking like I’m scrolling through a blog. I want to see all the clothes in the category not each individually!! If I want to see it individually I will select it. You are not TikTok!!

    Frustrating. I ordered clothes from cider for a vacation I was going on and at the latest they were scheduled to arrive 3 days before my trip. Turns out my order was delayed due to short staff and I didn’t find out until the day before I was supposed to leave since they didn’t send me any notifications (I had to dig through my emails) left me scrambling to find clothes to bring 10 hours before I’m leaving. (If I had clothes to bring I wouldn’t have bought some online) so my trip consisted of t shirts and plain jeans
