   Absolutely terrible company. Terrible UX on the app Terrible release schedule of new colors- I’ve wanted multiple colors and versions of the puma deviate nitro elite but the color I want is “not released” for US Once I reach out to customer service they say it’s not available in US, I check again 2 days later and the color I want is actually released in US but now it’s sold out Signing in to my account is also not working, my password works on the app but not to the website? Yes I double checked my login So many other things to say about Puma - terrible company

   Bad service. My order was not delivered because they could not do their job and place my address well, the shipment was returned after taking 1 week to arrive at New York, and now I will have to wait longer for my return to be processed, I wanted to try their products and ended up disappointed without first trying them, all because their cheap shipping processes are terrible, and the only thing support told me was that it will be returned and there is nothing else they can do and closed the chat, I said thank you very much for nothing then.
