   Lots of scammers. I tried to purchase a car part. I was sent the wrong part. The buyer then said for 2 weeks that He was going to send the correct part but never did. I then asked for a refund and he said he was going to give me a refund but also never did that. I have screenshots of all of this. And I brought all of this to Alibaba attention and they refused to give me my refund. I was scammed and Alibaba did not help me.

You guys need and app upgrade to so customers can shop order like amazon and ebay this make no sense to be sending inquiry to make a purchase even afto sending texting these get other people frustrated because they dont know how to make the first step some are even afraid so please do better with alibaba in the future

    They will scam you. I purchased some items from China and when that item got to their customs port, they told me they were not able to use the platform shipping process and so they wanted to go off platform to ship my items and then charge me $50 more. I said no, so the seller took their items back and never issued me a refund. This has been happening for three months and the platform will not let me ask for a refund until a certain date because that’s the deadline for me to receive the items that never got shipped. Every time I go online to to ask for a refund. I’m told that I have to wait until a received by deadline date or that I’m not eligible for a refund. No one will give me my money back. On top of that they won’t return taxes that you supposedly paid for a product that you never got. So if by chance I’m able to get a refund, I’m not gonna get my money paid for taxes on an item I never got. Don’t use this platform.

They took the money and sealer ask the shipping cost and I pad after I placed order he ask more money for shipping and I canceled the order and know they are not giving my money back I did not get any thing not items and not money. They are saying we are reviewing your case I told them your are alibaba not a court I need my money back but no one care. What a bad site

I bought an espresso machine i recieved damaged and broken i ask for refund but the supplier didn’t accept and the customer support didn’t help despite i had proof that the machine didn’t work and I received damaged they found the supplier right and I lost all my money. Alibaba is not trustable i will never buy anything ever

    Extremely Frustrating No Product No Refund. I ordered a phone and never received the merchandise. It has been over a month, and I still do not have the product or my refund. The seller repeatedly told me to apply for a refund, but every time I contact customer service or the assurance department, I am asked for the same information over and over again, especially the order number. I provide it, then I am asked again. Nothing gets resolved. The assurance department claims a refund was issued, but the refund has never hit my bank account. When I explain this, they continue sending me in circles instead of actually investigating where the money went. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service, communication, and accountability. At this point, I have neither the phone nor my money. Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing a refund for an item they never received. I would not recommend buying from this seller unless you are willing to risk losing both your product and your money. Very frustrating and stressful experience.
