Cunku Turkiye numarasi girmek zorundasiniz. Ordan dogrulama kodu gelmek zorunda.. Hakikaten sozun bittigi yer.. Yillardir ayni.. Yerel pastanelerden bile Amerikadaki kartimla hic telefon vs gerekmeden siparis verebiliyorum ama Trendyol daha 2005 yilinda….

    Poor customer service and return policy. Encountered 3 problems with them 1. You get free delivery above 100 SAR but if you return an item and the total of the items you are keeping is less than 100SAR they deduct the return fee from the total refund 2. I returned items as they were different from what advertised and they decided to reject the return twice , stating either the seller didn’t receive the items or the item is different or didn’t pass quality check and you lose the money and item 3. So this time the item was rejected , it was a scarf and the colour is acru which means ivory or off white colour but I received PURE WHITE, this is not screen variation due to lighting it is very obvious pure white, i took pictures with flash and without and requested a return and I chose received wrong item and i wrote the reason. Return label was generated and the item was collected and i tracked it , it reached trendoyl aramex warehouse in saudi arabia and it is supposed to be sent back to turkey but they didn’t. The return was rejected item taken no money refunded. When I contacted customer service, they said nothing can be done it was rejected and we can’t reopen the return or refund you the money as the seller didn’t receive the item , I showed them proof it was collected from me and it was delivered to the warehouse but still they said it didn’t reach the seller it is not our problem. So order at your own RISK because return is not free and not hassle free

    تطبيق سيئ 👎🏿. هاتفي اول مره احمل فيه ترينديول وكذلك رقمي وكان عندي كود ترحيب خصم ولكن لما دخلت حسابي بهاتف اختي انحذفت كل الاكواد والخصومات لا انصح به

    Worst website ever. I have ordered and order about 1000 riyals I received a small box with on small item that I didn’t even order I don’t know what is it and it’s been 4 days no one is answering and they keep on saying it’s the shipping company from what I know shipping company ship what you give them and the box has my name and info until now not resolved no refund no items

    İptal talebine rağmen kargolanan sipariş. Trendyol uygulaması üzerinden bir sipariş oluşturdum ancak siparişi verir vermez vazgeçip hemen iptal etmek istedim. Sipariş, daha “oluşturuldu” aşamasını bile görmeden otomatik olarak “sipariş hazırlanıyor” durumuna geçti. Bu tamamen sistemin otomatik işleyişinden kaynaklandı. Durumu fark ettiğim anda canlı desteğe yazdım ve iptal talebi oluşturuldu. Buna rağmen sipariş durdurulmadı ve kargoya verildi. Yani iptal talebim sistemde mevcutken, süreç platform tarafından devam ettirildi. Canlı destekle yaptığım görüşmede durumu açıkça anlatmama rağmen, çözüm olarak sadece “iade edebilirsiniz” denildi. Ancak bu sipariş bir hediye olduğu ve ürün doğrudan başka bir kişiye gönderildiği için iade sürecini benim başlatmam fiilen mümkün değil. Buna rağmen bu durum dikkate alınmadı ve üst yetkiliye aktarılma talebim de karşılanmadı. Özetle, uygulamanın otomatik sipariş süreci nedeniyle zamanında iptal ettiğim bir sipariş durdurulmadı ve kullanıcı olarak kontrolüm dışında bir mağduriyet yaşadım. Uygulama tarafında iptal taleplerinin, özellikle sipariş anından hemen sonra iletildiğinde, gerçekten durdurulabilir şekilde ele alınması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

    سيء لا ينصح به. موقع نصاب وسيء يشحن الطلبة على اكثر من شحنة ومعك فقط مرة واحدة للاسترجاع مجانا لشحنة وحدة فقط يعني لو عندك قطعتين تحتاج ترجعهم وصلو بشحنتين مختلفات رح تضطر تدفع مبلغ مش بسيط عليها بالرغم انها طلبية واحدة وتم تجزئة ارسال الشحنة منهم
