   Signing in. Had the app before. Now when I try to sign in and hit forgot password ( multiple times) I never received an email to reset my password. Sent multiple messages to them and zero response. But. What do I expect from a trashy place like dollar general

   Mr Todd Vasos. Mr. Vasos, My daughter brings my groceries, I shop at my dollar general store, 3 miles away, for my extras. I’m no longer able to get deals due to my phones age. I’m 90 yrs old and don’t need another expense. I depend on the deals. Thank you, Rumpled skin

    Can’t shop app. You cannot under any circumstances just to look up something real quick it takes you five minutes just to log on you’re not allowed just for a quick peek if they have it or anything this is a joke. Phone text updates. It’s amazing. It’s just ignorant as hell to go through everything just to see if you have one item.

    Updates Don’t Update!. This app has many operating system bugs. Right now, I am dealing with an app that updated a week ago but the main system doesn’t see the update. There is no customer service to call. I will just delete the app. This is the joy of AI taking over. 🙄

    Hate it. This app is absolutely trash. The DoorDash shoppers are a disaster ! they can never find the items I ordered and constantly make substitutions. Communication is always terrible. They message you, then call you, and even after all that, they still can’t find what you’re looking for.

    Krysti. This place sucks every time I come here they’re closed. It’s a quarter till nine right now. The doors are locked. Amber said that they don’t have to unlock the doors and let us in. There’s another woman here named Savannah wanting to get in there just for something real quick but no, the doors are locked. I’m gonna just stop going to Dollar General altogether.

    Coupons don’t work. Coupons hardly ever work and when they do they choose the worst of the coupons, I’ve had no luck with customer support giving back anything, just “coupon is still there, go spend more money and it should work this time” don’t use this for coupons

    No more. Searching the app for the price of coke 12 packs right now 5-29-26 4 pm cdt App shows 3 for 16 and a 1 dollar coupon. So 5 dollars a piece. But the actual price is 33 bucks!! That is twice the advertised price on their app as I write this. After an 8.5 million dollar settlement for the exact practice! They should pass a law that if there is a second lawsuit for the same practice the amount of settlement is automatically 10 times the amount and third so on and so on. 8.5 million is pocket change but 850 million i think they would consider stop trying to screw folks!!

    Spend $30 get $10 off doesn’t ever load on your account!!!. I’ve spent $30 to get $10 off your next order three times now and it never loads on my account! I’ve asked twice now about it and I’m told that there’s nothing they can do about it…even though I show them the coupon and the receipt!!! Feels kind of like I’m intentionally getting ripped off!

    I can’t update either. I have been shopping dollar general a long time. I don’t know why everything we do has become computer oriented. Please stop with the computer oriented sales coupons. My phone says I need an update to download coupons. That’s ridiculous!!! I need to be able to buy items on sale since prices have gotten so high.

    NO UPDATE?!?!. Seriously no app update? If I can’t check for products are in stock before I make the trip to the nearest store or order delivery, I’m just gonna have to order delivery from Walmart or shop there. Not a smart business decision on your part.

    Doesn’t work. Downloaded to use a coupon in store. The QR code didn’t do anything and the clerk says they don’t bother telling him how it works or to fix it. This app was a Waste of my time and then it wants to track my location outside of the app/store? Ridiculous

    Ridiculous. Tried to set up an account and it wouldn’t let me sign in. Used forgot password thinking I may have entered it wrong. I didn’t receive an email so I tried setting up an acct. App said I couldn’t because this acct had been recently deleted and I had to wait 24 hrs. Seriously? A shopping app? As if someone would try to hack into someone’s shopping app. I’ll go back to CVS and Family Dollar.

    Disgruntled customer. I have tried to update the app multiple times & am unable to do so. My current app works to click coupons but on Saturday the app won’t load & directs me to update. I’m not sure if it is intentional or not but it sure seems so. I can’t access the DG wallet to get my cash back. I’m elderly on a very tight budget in a very small town. We only have dollar general & family dollar available to us so not a lot of affordable shopping options & the Saturday coupons are a great incentive if I could only access them. Dollar General was involved in a class action for charging more than the shelf labels indicated. I wonder if maybe there should be another suit filed for this BS…
