   Can’t filter out bad stores. There are a bunch of stores on the app that appear untrustworthy. There’s no way to easily filter them out ( you have to choose every other store!) so the app is worthless to me. Nice idea, if it worked.

   Shady and illegal tactics. If you’re in the US, don’t use this app and/or any of the links for these “amazing” discounts. They’ll process your order (e.g. Mainline in England, amongst at least one other) , take the money from your card , and then 24 hours later send you an email canceling the order without any specific or solid reason. Then, even though the money should return within 3-5 days, it will take a lot longer, many emails, also dealing with perhaps the worst customer service that side of the Atlantic, and if you’re very lucky maybe a month later you’ll have the money back. By then whatever birthday, holiday, or special date gift you were buying from these hoodlums will have come and gone. I endured this not once but TWICE, so trust me when I say: DONT waste your money or time. Online shopping has become a literal Russian roulette game as of late, but this app and its online retail links are perhaps the very worst of them all.

   Concern. I ordered a coach mini purse and a size 10 black slippers but I’m not seeing the email that it’s getting prepared or shipped. I check in the order history too and it’s not there

   Bad businesses and customer service. App said item would be delivered own certain date I was going on vacation it don’t come when suppose to and then the delivered it while I was on vacation in which they left the package in front of my door and someone took it I called the number on return it shows a USA number but when u dial it a overseas number charges me roaming charges twice $42 $ 27 then told me they would not send me the item again so o paid the charges and didn’t get the item worse customer service every talk to supervisor no help and tried to deflect everything disappointed to say the least tuning my outfit plans terrible

   Constantly Crashing. Every time I click on anything the app crashes. Every single time, I can’t look at anything without it crashing and closing out the app.

    Do not recommend. I spent $750 for 1 shoe & it canceled my order the next day & took my money! Waited for a refund but it’s been about 5-6 days. If i could give it a 0 star I would. Do not recommend 0/10!!!

    Middleman with no benefits. Don't waste your time ordering from Lyst, particularly if you live in the US. They require you to pay taxes and duties and then you never see that money again. Use the app to shop, but then order directly from the brand or a store. Lyst is a middle man and offers nothing to the process. I ordered a dress and paid $300 in duties and fees and Lyst customer service says it’s not their problem.

    Scam. This app allows sellers to scam people… I purchased a wallet through the seller Garmzsy on 2/24. It is now 3/7 and have yet to hear from them. I’ve contacted Lyst which by the way only has customer care through email that has an automatic response team that feels like an AI responded. Don’t waste your time or money. I lost $400 through Lyst that I won’t be getting back unfortunately.

    Cancelan la orden. I bought some shoes they accepted and processed the sale and the days after the money was debited they canceled the order placed because information was allegedly lacked and to this day they have not given me an answer or refunded the money a scam.

    What's wrong with all these updates. Where is the % off feature? Why the list filters always reset after checking an item? These updates make the app too inconvenient to use

    waste of time in search.. no option to select the size in filter. what a waste of time to click on every product we like only to find out that the size not available. this is just a junk waste of time app. removed after first search result no filter option for size. don’t use this useless time waste app. better go buy from amazon simple easy way to find products sort and filter base on the size you need.

    Like what’s the point.. Can’t really find many choices on my size, on the stuff I was looking to buy “bathing apparel”. Stuff that is on sale has a 19+ shipping charge unless the order is over $ 200. What’s is not on sale or over certain price point ($50 or so) has a shipping of $9. For regular brands, one can find anywhere for way less. Same exact designer or item. And even free shipping. No sure what is the advantage. 🤷🏼‍♂️

    App Glitching for days. For months my daily notifications page was notifying me a day late or sometimes not at all about sale items. Now I keep getting a message that app can’t find any updates on my tracked items right now. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. I’m still getting the same message. All of my previous saved items were deleted from my account. The same goes for my followed list of brands. Not a reliable app any longer.

    False advertising. This company will post an item for sale but when you try to check out it will not allow it saying it is sold out. I have been refreshing both the website and application and the item is available but I am unable to checkout since the company won’t allow it. Totally false advertising to get you to download the app.

    Still no - operators. The app search still doesn’t know what “-keyword” means, so you can’t even exclude anything “faux”, for example. It’s just embarrassing to have such a poor app functionality these days.

    Trash. This app is trash. Why do I have to click 8000 menus and give my personal data to shop brands I can browse Google for free. So stupid, they are just collecting personal data to make money. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
