   Reading glasses piece of ordinary glass. I bought these glasses because they are advertised as reading glasses, but you can't read a thing with them—they're just ordinary glass. It's a scam; I paid $31 for a piece of plain glass that is completely useless. I'm posting this so no one else gets ripped off; don't buy these glasses. I tried to return them or get a refund, but they refused. What am I supposed to do with this useless piece of glass? Don't buy these glasses—you'll just be throwing your money away.

   Buyers get zero support. Ordered an item which was advertised as 7-10 day shipping, and 2 day processing. It’s been over a month and still saying order is being processed contacted seller for a refund they refused and claimed that they have expedited shipping yet no change in status. Contacted support, which doesn’t work half the time, the chat feature barely works, laggy and unresponsive and once you get in touch with a support agent they give you a BS response telling you to simply beg the seller for a refund or come back in 60 plus days and apply for a refund which is not guaranteed! Save yourself the headache and shop on AliExpress or temu this app and platform is the biggest scam not sure how Apple allows them to have an app

    Scam. I have only Received one item that I ordered the other 2 was “delivered “ to 2 different states on the east coast and I live in CA. The package pictures on the “delivered” porch show huge boxes when they were such things as a pair of shoes or a ring. These 3 items were ordered at separate times. I gave them proof and they still will not give me a refund. They send me a fictitious picture of the “mailman’s” hands holding the item. The address blurred out of course and we personally know our mailmen. We live in a small desert town. And those were not their hands. Total SCAM site. Order at your own risk.

    Louisbelt888 and site is a scam!!. Ordered and paid for a planner cover 3/29/2026 still not received in July. Little To no communication and the first tracking number was a fraud. Cannot get my money back as it is a joke and vendors are fraudulent in actually shipping.

    Horrible Customer Service. Their “team” will deny to help if you are sent an item that is broken. Will claim you damaged it. Then close any correspondence to make sure you can’t get a refund or resolve the problem. I recommend never using them.

    Don’t receive items. I didn’t receive my item which were some AirPod Max. I requested a new item. It was declined. It was set for refund only when I click the link to say I agree the link does not work then it says to do mediation. I have to wait 28 days so I pretty much have to wait 28 days for them to start a mediation which is not needed because the seller said they would refund me, but there’s no way to get a hold of DHgate. This makes no sense. Be careful this is my first time ordering and it’s a terrible experience. I also ordered a phone three weeks ago and the seller has not shipped it. I think I’m being scammed

    Terrible support. Buyer protection is a lie. Bought some products on here and the support sides with the seller even after I showed sufficient evidence of a defective product, they tell me to return the item, BUT they close my return when they provided no return address, no instructions, and even tell me I might not get my refund since customs will lose my item so I should take a 10% refund. Terrible business practice and support isn’t helpful online where contacting them seems close to impossible. AVOID DHGATE.

    Can’t complain. There is no way to complain about not receiving your items because pages that you think would be for that cause don’t exist anymore. I never received multiple items and the site states that I did and you can’t challenge that assumption. Never do business with you all again - terrible humans

    Junk. Products are absolute junk and there is no ability to rate sellers or return for a refund. App is specifically designed so that you have to confirm that you received the product and you’re happy with it before you can rate the product or the seller. Once you do that, DHgate releases the funds to the seller and you are SOL. Don’t waste your time buying anything from this terrible app. It’s basically a Chinese scam.
