   No one wants to be tracked. There is no need to track my personal phone after I spent $10k on your bed it’s bad marketing for a great product. I hope others read that you sell their information to third party vendors.

   Junk app now. If I could give this, no stars I would. This app worked when I first got my bad. And I work I mean, I could control it with voice commands. I even had a routine that would turn the LED lights on and off. All of this is broken and it’s been broken for a long time.

   Duplicate. My wife and I have exactly the same sleep patterns which is impossible as she went to bed am hour and a half earlier than I and got up two hours before I did. Something is wrong.

   Spies and sells your personal data. Sleep tracker allows Yahoo and many other affiliates track your personal behavior and self that information. Turning this off is complicated and not straightforward. Even after turning it off, you data persists and is still sold and used to profile you. I am shocked and very disappointed to discover how intrusive this app has been and how much about me is now someone else’s intellectual property. Shame on you Tempur-Pedic and Sleeptracker-AI every single employee, for being sneaky and deceptive, and completely invading my privacy.

   Crashes and broken Alexa. Recent version 1.11 broke Alexa You can no longer ask to set bed to tv position because the skill. Open sleeptracker ai The puts a dialog with x you have close saying text that is not as helpful because you have to hit x to close. It’s not automate in the routines. And breaks the skill setup

    Crash. This app is horrible, because it’s impure get it to open and function properly. Once you’re able to get it to open and load, it does what it should. I’ve deleted it reinstall led it countless times and it will not open Just keeps on crashing over and over again very aggravating.

    Crashes on launch on iPhone Air. Worked fine on my 16 Pro but on my new iPhone Air the app crashes on launch once I’ve logged into it, rendering it unusable.

    Alexa integration doesn’t work. They sell you a $4,000 adjustable frame with “sleeptracker ai” and then don’t support their app, making it utterly worthless. I wouldn’t have paid the extra $1k for these features if I knew they were just going to let their customers hang out to dry. There should be a class action lawsuit. And how is the rating for this app 4.6 stars when almost every recent review is low. It’s all fake the ads for the beds, what the salesperson tells you, the reviews, all of it.

    Garbage app. This features and sleep tracking in this app are garbage. Plus they sell all your data and you can’t use the app if you opt out! My other main problems are that the digital remote in the app routinely disconnects, there is no integration with Apple health or any other smart home systems, and there have been no new feature updates to this app in years. When looking at similar apps from competitors, you can see tons of features that are not included here. At the end of the day it doesn’t surprise me, given how unsatisfied I am with my Tempurpedic mattress too. I equate all of this to the gimmicky marketing from Tempurpedic that I fell for and now warn everyone against.

    Needs a lot of work. The app consistently crashes since installation about four years ago. At least three phones and lots of updates and the app never send to get much attention. Now the device is saying it isn’t on the network. I really hope tempur is planning to upgrade the tech on this bed or the smart part will be bricked.

    Horrible Interface. The last time the app (set up by the delivery group) worked was August 2023!!! I have updated the firmware and it doesn’t recognize the serial number or the nature of the base. Love the bed - hate the app.

    Doesn’t work.. I tried to get this app to work when I first got the bed and stopped because I had issues and now I tried again a year later because I lost the remote so the bed is stuck in an annoying position and it will not connect to the WiFi no matter what I do. The most annoying app. Should have just bought a much cheaper no moving base.
