   Don’t purchase. I’ve had the the app for several days. It will not let me verify my email so I can’t use the chat and there is no app support

   Not easy to update. You can not change your quit date/time easily or at all.

   It USED to be good. I’m coming up on 9 years without smoking a cigarette. Make no mistake, this app did nothing to help me, but I’ve been using it to keep track of my quit date and how much money I’ve saved. I used the “free” option of this app, because it would be stupid to pay for an “upgrade” and pay a monthly subscription, to keep track of a quit date! Now, the app tries to bully you into paying for the subscription. I don’t do subscriptions of any kind and never will! There are other apps that are free that do the same thing. Do yourself a favor, save money every month and use one of those! And good luck on quitting nicotine!

   Inaccurate. I downloaded so I could keep track of how long it’s been, how many cigs avoided, and how much money I’ve saved. Right off the bat, it told me I would be saving more than 3x the money that I will actually be saving, I am certain. How is this app going to help if I can’t trust what it’s telling me? Sure, it feels great to think I’m saving over $700 a month, but that’s just not true lol. I’m saving $200 a month. Deleting app immediately. 🤷🏼‍♀️

   Not very useful.. It isn’t made very clear when you download the app, but the only thing it actually does is create a clock that logs how long you’ve not been smoking starting from a specific quit date. There aren’t really any tools to help you quit smoking, neither is there a cigarette counter or any actual resources. It’s a rather expensive app for a singular tool. I didn’t find it very useful and it certainly hasn’t helped me quit smoking.

   Bad transition. Quit now. Please tell me how I can avoid paying for a subscription in twice just because I switch from android to iPhone please that is not good business to charge somebody twice.

    not going to help w quitting. They community is not committed to quitting smoking, they all relapse over and over and over again. and they all talk about drug use. Makes quitting worse. This app is NOT helpful.

    Used to be great. They got rid of all the important features with this last update like how long until the physical dependency for nicotine is gone and all that good stuff. Right when I was trying to get all my friends to quit because it had worked so good for me. Thanks for nothing. I won’t even be using the app anymore.

    Censorship. The moderators of the app ban people who do not agree with Ukraine conflict, but they give ukies a free ride to harras everyone else. Considering filing a lawsuit against the creators. If anyone else has experienced the same harassment by the moderators please post here for proof to take action against them. As moderators say when they ban Ukranian opposition, this is a chat for quitting smoking. I agree, but if so, why let ukies commit crimes in the Ukraine room? Hypocrites! Update after the QN response: The QN response is a lie. I have seen myself how people from Ukraine and US chat rooms hate on Russian subscribers and they have let ukies stay unaffected, but when it comes to Russians they ban them without investigation. Like I said hypocrites. I have reported hate speech and they did nothing about it. Do not trust the lies that they respond with. Bad community. Bad moderators. I'd like a refund for this garbage.

    Dumb. Lame app. Many reviews say, the pro feature is a waste-it is!!! And the supposed help live chat, lame! Everything but about smoking and if you need help or encouragement, your lucky to get one person responding. They are to busy chatting it up with the little clique circle it is. Better apps out there-not this one.

    Waste. Takes a long time to enter all the info. Has a billion misspellings and errors in the text so I can't take it seriously. After the long intro it asks you to pay and doesn't even have a free version or a free intro period. Don't waste your time.

    False information!. I’m updating my review as my previous one did no good to have you all update your app with the correct information! Because the information you have in health about Risk of Developing Lung Cancer Same as that of a Non Smoker is not accurate! Not even close, you’ve got it at 5 years but it’s actually closer to 20! The amount of a discrepancy that you are presenting as fact is absolutely unacceptable! You’re off by 15 entire years! Fix this now, you’re harming people with this misinformation! I will change my review once this problem is addressed, and I can’t believe you all haven’t done this yet. Please do better.

    Data Lost. Was on the app for 3+ years since the day I quit. Loved the reassurance this app gave me when I saw my positive data growing daily. Then one day I was unable to sign in or create a new password as the app had no record of my email. No customer support that I could find.

    Not to help quit?. I’m not sure if I’m missing something but I downloaded the app and it’s about tracking AFTER you quit rather than to help you quit. Is there in fact a place I missed that gives guidance, tips, a cutback clock or anything of the sort to get you to the quit stage rather than help you track after the fact?

    Developer response to another user. Before downloading apps I try to read some reviews. This time wasn’t any different. I read a review where a user states it’s a good app but can’t give 5 stars because you have to pay for some elements in the app....etc... The developer’s response wasn’t a professional one (in my humble opinion). Paraphrasing of course... we agree with you. But we have to pay for some things like rent, food, bills.... To the developer: A simple .....we wish we could but lots of work and time goes into the app so unfortunately we have to charge for some elements of the app to continue to make available. Something besides the we need to pay for rent and food response.
