   Doesn’t work anymore. My app is up to date and for the last few years it does nothing when I open it. It did send me a “you’ve been clean for 12 years” (from my horrid mother) notification yesterday but then I can’t see anything but a non-functioning menu bar in the center of the screen when I try to open it up. Pretty cruddy.

   No customer service response. I tapped on clean day to see how close to 10 years I was getting. All my data ((almost 10 years of it) was gone. I contacted customer service via email five times over six days and never received a response from my email or the four follow up emails. Customer service is the reason for one star. Otherwise the app was great. But zero customer service trumps product every time.

   Horrible. App wouldn’t open for the longest time even after updating multiple times. Finally when it did, my counter is now gone. Even so the app will only let me pick a certain list of addictions and lacks the option to manually write one in.

    FIX THIS APP. PLEASE.. Every time I open the app it keeps crashing! I’ve done everything, reset my phone, delete and reinstall the app, try other devices, and update the app but nothing worked!! Please fix this bug.

    I feel scammed. This app worked perfectly until all my data was somehow erased and when trying to rebuild my profile, not only does the app itself keep crashing but I wasted money on this membership. I wish I can get a refund because this is terrible to not be able to use a product or service you paid for.

    Crash’s daily and no longer works. I’ve used this app for years and now it no longer works. Every time I try to log in, it just freezes and locks me out. I’m so disappointed. I even deleted the app and redownloaded and it still won’t work.

    Crashing. Can’t use the app. It just keeps crashing when setting up the profile. All attempts to troubleshoot failed. This app came as a recommendation and I’d love to try it but can’t get it to actually load. Using on an iPhone 12 w the latest 18.2 updates.

    Won’t load!. I’ve tried to get stared on this app 100 times! Every time I answer all the questions and then it says it is setting up my app then closes out and when I reopen it starts me over again! Very disappointed!

    Erased days. I have enjoyed this app because it was simple. All I wanted was to count the days since I quit alcohol. Today a year and two months since starting, I went on the app and nothing. I quit drinking after my father passed. This was a check in and reminder of how far I have come. I believe it’s because they want to charge me, and it was ad supported. A notification would have been nice.

    Deletes your progress and forces you to pay. The app randomly deleted my counter the day before I hit 5 years. Glad I checked a few days before or I would've forgotten the date and missed my milestone. It won't create a new counter unless I pay. In fact, it won't let me do anything (and I mean literally ANYTHING) without paying. The app is just a background with 0 counters. What a joke.
