   I didn't want this app. So I was getting it set up but I didn't want to pay so I deleted this app because Mom didn't want me to pay any thing on apps so I was like I just wanna have this app I'm so bored and then Mom's like now and then I'm like yes mom's like no I'm like yes Mom is like no we just do it over and over again so see ya!

   Not what it claims to be. This app says no where in its description that it is a paid subscription app! This is bull crap because you dont get to try any portion of it & therefore have no idea what it’s like. Immediately it wants money & you see nothing. Forget this one.

   SCAM. This is a total scam! Canceled but charged $86 -and they refused to give me my money back saying that my reason was not justified! I have never seen such and never got the instructions on how to cancel since you can't do it from subscription section on iPhone! I will be reporting this! They only reason there is a star is because they won't let you submit it with none! Customer service is awful!

   Worst App EVER. Do NOT purchase this app. I have been trying to cancel/get my money back since Jan. Every two months I get charge 89.99. I have call written nothing works. Last time I “canceled” I talked to Eve in there customer service department and was assured it was canceled, then like clock work July rolls around and boom I am hit with another 89.99x. Like I said don’t be stupid like me….DONT PUzrCHASE!

   CHARGED EVEN WITHOUT A SUBSCRIPTION?!?. This app is a total scam!!!!!!!! I have attempted to contact customer service numerous times the past two days. I have sent multiple emails and messages on Facebook and Instagram. Why did you take $86.99 out of my check account??? I have NEVER subscribed to this app. And even if I by chance some way some how did by mistake, why is it not showing up under my subscriptions? Why do you not have a customer service phone number anywhere on your websites/google? Why is it that all of the other apps that are from this exact same developer don’t have phone numbers and have multiple reviews of people who are having the exact same problems I am having? I have been in contact with Apple. Tomorrow I will be in contact with my bank to report fraud on my account. Luckily my father is an attorney and is able to file a lawsuit on my behalf, as he’s done in the past, if my money is not returned to me tomorrow. Why has nobody responded to my countless attempts to reach out but can respond to a review on the App Store 6 hours ago? GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

    DO NOT USE THIS APP. I downloaded the app for the free trial, wasn’t impressed with the platform, and subsequently stopped using the app. I got rid of the app, and didn’t give it another thought. Without any notification of any sort, I was charged $86 a few days ago. When I emailed them to get a refund (because I did not want the charge or the service), they responded with a standard response saying that it was non-refundable. In fact, they said that in order for me to get a refund of any sort, I would have to provide pages of evidence demonstrating that I followed the program for three weeks without fail. That means pictures of meals, proof that I did every workout, and more. Ridiculous. I don’t have time for that. Who does? This is a company that obviously makes money off of unsuspecting people who just want to “get fit”, but end up getting screwed.

    Still charges me after cancellation. I cancelled back in January after I was charged after the free trail. On March 22, I checked my bank account and I was charged 80 something dollars even though it’s been cancelled for a while. I contacted customer support so hopefully someone can help me.

    Update. I went directly to Apple to resolve my concern. They were prompt in their response time but I should have read the reviews before I purchased. Shame on me. ************************************************* Second month in a row and no help!!! Please! I no longer can afford this subscription and thought they cancelled it last month but got another $30 bill today. Help!

    Terrible and impossible to unsubscribe. I got the walking app and it started my free trial when I finished it charged around $100 I was not wanting to pay that amount so I canceled and moved on. A month later I was charged again and I have been trying to cancel for months! DO NOT USED THIS PROGRAM!!!!!!

    Robbing people. Be careful where you click on this app. They charged me $80 for a two month subscription that I did NOT do. Some how they managed to trick you... that's what I feel about this app. Not just I feel they robbed me but really??!! 80 dollars to COUNT your steps??????? Genius the person that invented this application. NOT.

    Scam. This is a poorly managed app. I had canceled my trial, thinking it was also canceling my subscription due to the “Follow this to cancel your subscription”verbiage on the app. Then, I was charged $84 two months later without any warning or notice of any kind. When I spoke with support and explained to them I do not wish to further continue use with this app and their instructions to cancel subscription were unclear they would not refund me. Very disappointing and weird a company would not want to be fair with their pulling of payment! Scam - like.

    Be very careful of this company. I signed up for this Walking Tracker App for $9.99 per month after their trial period. The company charged me $86.99 (amount for 2 months) for their Home Fitness Workout app. A different app entirely. An app I’d never even see until I discovered the error and had to contact their customer service. I couldn’t access my account on the app. They won’t even entertain refunding the difference. If they had I’d have kept the walking tracker subscription. Read the other reviews and you’ll see people have issues with how they charge. Unfortunately I did not read them until after I discovered their poor customer service. I saw their ad on Instagram which seems to be a site for these dubious companies these days. Beware!

    Give me back my money. This app is a scam. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. If anybody is paying attention from the company, give me back the over $60 you’ve STOLEN from me. You have WRONGLY charged my card on multiple occasions for a subscription that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I have contacted through email support and allegedly the account has been cancelled, but now it’s not??? This app is a scam. Don’t even sign up for the free trial, if you want to save the headache.

    Do Not Get Suckered. Do not purchase any of the GetFit products. I tried the walking app & was not using it, so cancelled in the trial period. I have been charged $86.99 every single month since then & ever single month I go back on & cancel & have to dispute the charge with my bank. Last month I started saving screenshots of where it says my subscription is cancelled, but I’m still getting charged. Not worth it! Don’t get hoodwinked!

    Walk away - scammer warning. I read another review saying they had paid for the trial, then cancelled the same day but then got billed for the full membership a week later. I decided to take a chance and lo and behold, exact same experience. I cancelled through the app store, then received the “we’re sorry to see you go!” confirmation email but still got billed $30 a week later. This “company” is obviously a bunch of scammers just trying to steal your money. Don’t give them the benefit of the doubt like I did. Just walk away. Now to go call my credit card company to set up a dispute....

    Trickery. If you don’t pay attention to the seven day period of cancellation then you will be charged 86.99$ for two months and it goes Automatically. You think 1$ is cheap but there are hidden factors so be careful! Cancellation is also not that easy to spot so look out for that!!!!

    Ridiculously expensive for info you can get for free. Don’t even bother with this app. You can Google a walking program for free and get more helpful info than this app gives you. You get a “free” trial but then they automatically charge you $86 every two months. No. I can save you the time - start by walking 1 mile then gradually increase as you get stronger. They make the process to cancel needlessly complicated: “Sending us an email to cancel won’t cancel your subscription “ and you have to follow minimum of 2 links and confirm each time. If you miss a step, you’re down another $86. Do not recommend.

    careful - info about extra costs. i thought i would try out the app, $1 during 7 day trial. Don’t do it - the fees at the end of the trial are high! over 85.00 for two month subscription. Customer support wasn’t much help either. i truly thought i cancelled it on day 6. Afterwards i deted the app. To my surprise a draft hit my account and i cant get it resolved.

    Nasty scam. I got a 1$ week trial and when I made that transaction I saw no indication on that page that I would need to cancel or that I would be charged 90$ the SECOND the week ended. They are just trying to scam people for their money and won’t give refunds, even though the fault is theirs and it’s the same day of transaction. DO NOT GET THIS APP!!

    Essentially stole $90. DON’T DOWNLOAD. Horrible app, I didn’t even like the free or $1 trial and there were misleading terms when I signed up which are now not allowing me to get a refund. I feel like I’ve been tricked, which is exactly what they want to do. They probably get most their money from messed up signups, difficulty on the customer to unsubscribed since it’s not like any other app, and relying on the customer not to fight it and lose $90, keep quiet, or then throw back some confusing terms and conditions back in your face to refuse you a refund. It seems like they actually send you to a webpage but inside of the app for the free trial (so it looks like other app free trials) but it doesn’t cancel when you delete the app, and it also doesn’t show up in your App Store subscription list so it looks like you won’t be charged. THIS SUBSCRIPTION IS NOT THROUGH THE APPLE APP STORE. I was charged almost $90 for a two month subscription! It wasn’t even worth the $1 free trial. I’ve seen free apps that are better. I was expecting so much more. I may as well have hired a personal consultant for this price. I tried contacting customer service. Yes, they did get back to me, however they would not give me a refund. I was so excited to start something in the new year to get ready for my wedding and get in shape but this app was a ripoff.
