   Not what I expected. The videos are of a woman walking in place. How do you walk in place briskly, what a joke!!! Then when you free walk its a random voice telling you how to walk! I cant! Worst part is, it says 7 days free but they charged me the $19.99 and I cancelled this within seconds of starting it. Please dont fall for this app. There are plenty of better ones that are actually worth the money! To someone here, kindly refund me the $19.99. I didnt even use this for one minute! Finally called my bank and started a fraudulent chargeback! This is false advertising and luckily I have the screen shots and emails requesting cancellation to prove it!! Galaxy their company DOES NOT REPLY TO EMAILS!! Be ware!! This is a scam!!!!

   Terrible!. Customer service is no longer active! They do not even speak English, so you may get a dumb Indian named Habib who doesn’t have brains. It took me several months to get these crooks to stop charging me! DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

   Do not buy they will not cancel. Have tried for seven months now to get them to cancel my subscription as I did not know I was buying one. I keep getting the automated answer that they have received my request but then a few months later they charge me another $85. Run!!! don’t press purchase

   RIP OFF/Deceiving. The membership process is quick & easy HOWEVER, trying to cancel is misleading and deceiving to the consumer! When you think you've canceled, you have not! It is a two step process (multi purpose link for unsubscribing/cancel) but it’s tricky because you receive an email thinking it’s done when it’s not! That’s where they get you because you’re not actually cancelled, time goes on and they charge you again!!

   Beware!. I first downloaded this app to see what was offered and signed up for the free trial in June. This app will send you an email with a link to “Complete” signing up. Once you follow the link it asks you to login or create an account. Well I tried logging in with the account I signed up for with apple. It didn’t like that so I “Finished” the sign up process and created an account. I cancelled the trial because it was very basic for such a large amount of money. There were three walking paths available that weren’t standard street walking and the other options to “create your own” didn’t seem worthy of charging me money over. Well, it turned out I would be getting charged for a yearly subscription. It charged me the annual subscription 3 times in 3 months. The first was to secure the trial in June (which was refunded by apple), the second was the same day as the first in June (which I missed because I thought it was the reversal charge apple was refunding) and the third was 2 months later as an automatic renewal in August (all annual/ yearly subscriptions. Apple will not refund as “the merchant has sufficient evidence that you made the purchases.” I reached out to the company (Galaxy Line) and the response was “we see you accidentally created two accounts but unfortunately we’re unable to offer you a refund at this time”. No need for others to manipulated into a bunch of money for a trash app. Total time app was on my phone: 20 min. Total amount paid: $173.98

    Horrible customer service. I have been in contact with this company multiple times. They keep charging my card yet I have never used this app. I ask for them to refund and they say no. I was now just charged again. I downloaded the app to see if I can cancel something somehow- and the app even says I don't have an account with the company. The next step is to cancel my CC which is a pain. But this is so frustrating

    Scam!. These people bill ANNUALLY around $82 through Apple and then two months later bill another $82. They do this every two months. When caught they claim that you signed up under multiple platforms but they will refund your money within 10 days. 6 months later and I’m still waiting on my refund. Do not sign up for this app. It’s a scam!!

I signed up for a diet/weight loss via walking app. It said it was 1999 a month which was billed and collected from my PayPal account immediately and then lo and behold it says 2999 a month starting the very next month. Lies lies lies lies lies. I don’t like being deceived. This is a very deceptive ad and app that is all

    Still charging me. This app has charged me THREE times now for $90 when I canceled my subscription before I deleted the app. The support worker refused to refund me the all three charges even though I sent a screenshot of the representative confirming and acknowledging I canceled my subscription 31July . I was charged again 29 November. I canceled my subscription three times and they continue to not give me a refund. I used the app for a day and didn’t like it. Canceled the subscription and deleted the app. They have stolen my money and it’s completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this app because they will steal your money even when you’ve canceled your subscription .

    Never even downloaded the app!. I don’t even remember getting this app but I have gotten emails saying “thank you for your purchase” to find out that it’s taking almost $100 out of my account that I did NOT approve of!! I have emailed this company a few times asking them to just take me off their list and they still have not done it. I don’t even have a subscription with this app or company?! Matter of fact, they took another payment out of my account last night!!

    Cancellation/refund issues. I have tried to cancel this app for months! Being told that they couldn’t do it for me yet I didn’t have the app available to me. They also refused to give any refund from the months of them not cancelling!! I would not recommend this company!!

    Rip off. I got charged $86 several times for this app and tried to cancel and it was almost impossible to get a refund. They ended up doing a partial refund but still kept the first $86. Cancellation is virtually impossible. Stay away!

    SCAM. Don’t even try this app. It’s not worth it. They lure you with a $1 trial and the automatically charge you $86.99 at end of trial even after you delete the app. They have horrible customer service. They don’t care if you’re not satisfied with their app/service or not, they’re all about taking your money and not your satisfaction. Total SCAM!

I was under the expression that I would be paying 9.99 after the subscription but after reading the review I went check back and it said we automatically upgraded your walking subscription to 86.99 I politely unsubscribe before it even got started 86 dollars to coins my steps when I can do that for free scammer got to come harder !

    No Stars. This app continues to charge my credit card $86.99 per month after I cancelled following the $1 trial. I’ve sent repeated requests to stop billing my account and they continue to charge me. Buyer beware - this entity will charge you for no services and continue to charge when not authorized to do so.

    Bad Company Bad App. This app doesn’t give you anything extra from the walk app you can get it for free! Also if you never use but have the free trial they will debit your account and not return your money! I just throw my money in the trash!

    Dishonest and worst business to deal with. Once you declare you don’t like the app and asked to cancel flyer subscription they will still keep the money they took from you after you fall into their tactics of free try but asking for the cc information. I’m not using even a day of the app and they still insist on keeping the $90 they stole from me doing nothing at all. This is not the way you treat customers.

    Waste of money!. I tired this app out, like many other people I didn’t like it and didn’t use it. next thing I know I’ve been charged $86… for a walking app! I understand I forgot to cancel, however I realized that I had just been charged the day before, for the coming month. I reached out to see if I could cancel that payment as I don’t plan on using this app in the next month. But they don’t allow that in their policy. I’m not asking for an old refund, I am just asking for what was changed yesterday! I don’t think that’s unreasonable.

    This app is a scam. Once you get past the free trial it charges you $86.00 per 8 week period even if you remove it from subscriptions. It’s almost impossible to reach anyone who can help. DO NOT download this app.

    SCAM stole $86 from me. Never received initial email with cancellation instructions! I cancelled as soon as I saw a charge but was told that refunds were at their discrediting and my reason wasn't valid! TOTAL scam!

    It’s a waste of money/They make it hard to cancel. It’s a waste of money. You can get a free app that works just as good or better. If you sign up for a free trial, they make it difficult to use by not providing a cancellation with the app.
