   Can’t redownload purchased deck. Paid for the deck, have the receipt, but it’s nowhere on my new iPad and no response from customer support. Sigh

   Latest update gives blank screen. Unfortunately, I clicked on ‘update’ for some of the card decks I had purchased. This resulted in blank screens only. When I switched my iPhone off and back on again I could view the icon of the items I had purchased but no longer access them. Bad news!

   Not impressed. I purchase the full deck of both Angel feathers and Crystal winds over 5 years ago and recently the apps have stopped me from using them. I tried deleting them to reinstall and now I’m told I have to pay again after 7 days. NOT IMPRESSED.

   Can’t get the app to work. Every time I try to download a deck it either hangs or tells me there is an error and to again try later.

   Nice cards, Price point is too high.. Ultimately, there is a difference between physical cards and digital ones. I remain a little ambivalent about whether digital decks fully resonate with the user. To that end, if each deck sold for 2.99 or less, I’d have more comfort with purchasing them, and this might eventually lead to buying some of the actual decks. $6.99 for each deck, which is really b just a small collection of code, is too much for me.

   Love this App. LOVING the new Sparkle & Shine deck! I actually purchased it before my trial was up, it resonates so deeply. I do wish there was a physical deck to purchase as well. It’s great having access to these digital decks all in one app. My only suggestion is to give us a shuffle/cut option, or make it an endless circle of cards we can scroll through. I don’t like the feeling of scrolling left/right on the app since you can’t see the entire deck in one frame and you reach the end at one point. Other than that, I really enjoy the app 💫
