   Recent update broke translator. All my devices are unable to translate live messages. Keeps stating unable to detect audio but when using other options it works sentence by sentence. Please restore translator using your previous build. Unable to use app.

   Worse app ever used. Unable to use it at all. Keep telling me to check my network connection while I was on WiFi. Turn off the WiFi and try to use my phone cellular and still have same error. Unable to use but this is recommended app to use in China. Prepare for my trip but disappointed and frustrated that I can’t use this app

   Issue detecting Spanish in Conversation Mode. Having issues since the last update of not working as it used to the spanish detection for different language and keep the conversation going.

   Update Broke. Update: was fixed and now broke again. Recent updates have not allowed the creation of new transcription I’ve tried this on multiple devices and it’s the same behavior on all: message reads: cannot start new conversation, please try again. I’ve been able to occasionally get a session after restarting to work, but recently even this has not worked. Please fix.

   Let me down at a critical moment. Had a moment where I really needed someone who speaks Spanish to understand what I was saying. They were not right next to me so I could not hold the phone up. I did the translation, press the “play”button… nothing. It will not play audibly the translation no matter how many times you press it and no matter how many times you reboot the app

   Don’t bother. This app worked well for several months. I was using the group translation function with my friend in a foreign country. A couple weeks ago the group translation function stopped working. None of the suggested fixes have worked and the support team does not respond. If you need a reliable translation app I suggest you look elsewhere.

    BROKEN. I’ve been trying to use the Microsoft translator conversation feature for some time now. It is not worked for years. I really don’t understand this! The features of this app are built into many Microsoft products and I even use this in my classroom with one notes, integrated feature. This is ridiculous and very frustrating!

    App does not always work. Unfortunately this app doesn’t always work. It often leads to error messages that it can’t translate at this time. Not very useful when you’re trying to communicate with ELL students.

    Fails…?. I have attempted using this multiple times, there is no other background noise, and only one person speaking. This app fails 99% of the time with audio recognition. It simply does not work. I am confident this is not a result of user error and simply trash software full of bugs because of the incessant desire for large tech to outsource programming to foreign countries such as India. In doing so they pay subpar wages and receive code riddled with bugs and errors. You get what you pay for. Maybe give Americans back their jobs. Capitalism will be the ultimate downfall of a democracy which believes unfettered capitalism is the only way to operate an economy. Failed experiments teach valuable lessons.

    Conversation mode doesn’t work. The app itself works great when it works. Unfortunately it seems the conversation mode is less than reliable. Often I when I go to start a conversation it will state that It is unable to create a conversation. I’ve tried reaching out to Microsoft support, but they are also less than helpful. Would be a great app if it worked consistently.

    Help!. Why is this no longer working to broadcast conversations during meetings? TEAMS will not work like this. This is an essential app!

    Speech rate removed !. Please reinstate the speed rates. The default is too fast. Users need to slow it down to understand the pronunciation. Why would ms remove a useful part of their translator app? My God :(

    Microsoft Translator is horrible. If you’re trying to translate a simple two person discussion, Microsoft Translator is fine. But they attempt to differentiate themselves with group chats being able to translate multiple people in multiple languages. This technology is HORRIBLE and has caused way more aggravation than the app is worth. Get used to seeing “CANNOT START A CONVERSATION, PLEASE TRY AGAIN”

    Error Messages. I continuously receive error messages when attempting to start CONVERSATIONS in the app. This happens on my iPad and my android phone. “Cannot create a new conversation, please try again”. OR “Conversation ##### could not be found. Please verify that this code is valid and try again”. I’m connected to WiFi or data and the errors still occur. Sometimes a conversation starts on the first try, other times I have to try 20 or more times until it finally begins. I use this app everyday at school (educator) to communicate with students. Yesterday I discovered that Persian has now disappeared from the language options in the app and on the web. Not good since we have a handful of students who speak Farsi/Persian in our school.

    No longer works. App used to be great but no longer works to hold a conversation and translate it. It used to work and then stopped. Frustrating. As a teacher go use Google instead. At least it’s reliable.

    Recent Update has stalled the App making it Unusable. I used to use the App in regards to characterized languages while I learned. If I had a question on what something meant or how to say it, it made it super easy and WAS the best app to help through the learning process. With the recent update, it can't even translate correctly, and it has all but broke the image to text function. Really disappointed with whoever's idea it was to promote "ease of usage" and confused that with efficiency when they added the Auto-Translate function. Not a smart move.

    Recent update seriously hurt functionality. Now it doesn’t work well and has trouble starting the voice to text function. There no longer is a meetings function with translate
