    Kitill. I purchased this app because the advertising claims that it can translate conversations, phone calls, and provide real-time translation through headphones. Unfortunately, my experience has been very different. I use AirPods and expected the app to continuously listen to nearby English speech through my iPhone and play the Russian translation in my ear. However, this does not work as advertised. The app does not clearly explain how to set up real-time headphone translation, and there is no obvious way to keep translation running reliably while using AirPods. The advertising gives the impression that seamless real-time translation is available, but in practice it is difficult or impossible to achieve the workflow shown in the promotional materials. If there is a specific setup required, it should be explained clearly. Otherwise, the marketing is misleading and creates expectations that the app does not meet. I would appreciate a response from the developer explaining exactly how real-time headphone translation and phone call translation are supposed to work on iPhone.

    Please don’t waste your money. They don’t have a trial version but paid to check it as I was looking for a reliable translation app but it failed miserably. Please don’t waste your money on this.

    Голос в реальности не переводит, зависает. Ни чего не работает вообще тормозит так, не понимает ни меня ни собеседника. Отзывы накручены, нагоняют оленей из рекламы тик ток под видом пробный период. Приложение не отличается от обычного бесплатного в айфон встроенного.

    Horrible Misleading. The advertisement looks excellent. The first three times i used it it was a joke. I have requested a refund but haven’t see it yet. Please beware. Google Translate works so much better than this. Great idea and concept but costumer service is to be desired.

    NOT GOOD APP 4TH TIME THIS HAPPENING. I paid $39.99 for a yearly “exclusive” subscription to this translator app, and it’s been nothing but frustrating. After paying, the app suddenly stopped recognizing my subscription and keeps trying to charge me again like I never paid in the first place. This has now happened FOUR times. On top of that, the app constantly glitches and bugs out, making it unreliable to even use for basic translations. What’s the point of paying for a premium service if it doesn’t work and keeps asking for more money? This feels like a scam or, at the very least, very poor app management. I expect a refund or an immediate fix. Until then, I would not recommend this app to anyone.

    Does not work.. Like others on here. They took my money but I get errors, it won’t open, tells me to restore. DO NOT PURCHASE. My next recourse is to complain to APPLE AND dispute on my credit card.

    Poor product. I had to use my free Google Translate in Japan because this one was clumsy. Also, I couldn’t use it at all in the Philippines because it is not supported. I would like my money back.

    Does not work for real time voice. My wife is Vietnamese. Some of her family do not speak English and I don’t know any Vietnamese. I thought this might be a great tool I saw advertised on YouTube to turn your AirPods into a real time translator. Unfortunately it doesn’t work and is $14.99 wasted; just glad i bought only 1 month. 1) it doesn’t translate accurately. I had her try several times and not once, using the advanced option, did it correctly translate. She asked “what did you do tonight” it translated to “having dinner tonight” 2) it doesn’t pick up any words at times. And then it just stops working and I can’t figure out how to make it start translating again without restarting it. 3) I want it to translate Vietnamese into my AirPods, into my ear, but what’s extremely annoying is that it (tries to) translates Vietnamese to English but then when i speak in English, it picks up my words and translates them to Vietnamese in my ear or even if she talks to me in English it translates to Vietnamese in my ear. I don’t understand why the app thinks it would be helpful to translate my native language into a language I don’t understand. If I wanted the conversation translated both ways in my ear, Viennese to English and then the English to Vietnamese, I probably don’t need the translator in the first place…would be best to only translate one way…unidirectional translation…if it hears English, ignore it, and if it hears Vietnamese, translate it. Now if I was using the speaker phone to talk to someone, the two way translation might be nice, but I wanted to just listen to a conversation using my AirPods as advertised… Maybe someday as AI and processing improves, there will be real time translators that actual work and are of value, but right now, this app is unusable for my needs…

    Still had many bugs. Every time I start a new voice translation it stops the translation and says that I need to restore the app. Every freaking time!Extremely annoying. Money down the drain. Do not buy this app!

    Don’t waste your money. I purchased this thinking I would be able to translate in real time. I paid for the premium package only to learn that Google translate works better. This app couldn’t handle the speed in which the conversation was happening.

    It is not FREE. When you install it the first thing it does is ask you to pay. You have no opportunity to actually try it. When you look under the hood, you see that you are using ChatGPT Gemini, etc. it seems to be other people’s work bundled under a UI.

    Misrepresentation items aren’t free you are charged for anything you use .. The Ai translator isn’t what it’s suppose to be for a price of $59.99 . There are several things it does but you have to pay more money . Any time I try to use it it brings up a fee to use a basic service that I assumed was a part of the above fee. Think twice before purchasing
