   This App sucks big. I have had nothing but problems with this app. It is the 3rd time to use and it would never load properly not worth the energy it consumes on my phone.

   Won’t Open. Forgot password. App keeps saying that it has sent me a link to resubmit a new password. But I am not getting it. And yes, I did check spam more trouble than it’s worth.

   Worst app ever. Days of port were wrong, dinner day reservations were wrong, no updates real time. Worthless.

   I’ve been submitting screenshots for several months. That the app has a bug. It’s become unreliable Itineraries won’t stay downloaded either on or off cellular or WiFi. I’ve submitted videos and screenshots. I loved the app prior to this and would have given it 5 stars. Can’t seem to gain the attention of the support team.

   What’s the point?. I prefer to enter the information I want, when I want to enter it. I don’t want to depend on my travel agent to do this. Please modify your app so I can enter my trip myself.

   Way to go…Terrible experience. Right in the middle of our trip you dump accounts and won’t reset passwords!!! What a crappy app…never again!!!

   Unavailable Trips. Automatically logged out and told trips are unavailable after clicking on trips I've made. Can't use the app with info from the site at all.

   Useless. Love the site but the app is useless. I login, click on a trip and it logs me out, telling me the trip is unavailable and to contact the trip creator. I created the trips 🙄

    Could be awesome but annoying. Only has previous trips (and a trip I wasn’t even on) loaded so I have to click a new link every single time instead of being able to navigate to my current trip in the app.

    Not Customizable. It seems that I have the choice of email notifications AND push notification or neither. Also, I don’t seem to be able to add anything myself, only my Travel Agent can add stuff. I probably wouldn’t use this app if it was not what my agent uses. It might be good for some wanting a “no touch” solution on their side and doesn’t mind excessive emails.

    Does not update / modify plans. Does not update with a cell phone . Not practical for large groups . Without a laptop you cannot update

    Needs access for individuals. Great app to. Keep all your travel information in one spot but individuals need access to be able to add items as well instead of limiting it just to TA’s

    Good app but…... Nice app with all details available at your fingertips. Unfortunately as a customer I cannot add any stuff I want. I understand that I should be able to edit stuff put in by my travel agent but I should be able to add more stuff/ notes/ documents as I need. Maybe someone is listening and put in a fix :)

    Good but.... This is a good vehicle for my travel advisor to post bookings and notes relative to my trip. It would be a fantastic app if I were able to add notes, reminders, and private arrangements. Without this capacity I need other resources to track these things.

    Lot’s of good features, but cannot see typed message on iPad. I like the way all of our travel details are readily available and findable. I also like being able to message our travel planners in the app. But I don’t like the fact that the message box is partially obscured in the iPad version (is fine in the iPhone version). And when I try to hide the list of trips to reveal the entire message box, the app crashes.

    Some problems. The app would be wonderful except when you use it with multiple travel agents and trips. We had to delete the app and start all over again. Can’t just continue with the app for new bookings.

    Great functionality but…. The app provides great usability and functionality, but I feel it gets lost when trying to share with family members not traveling, or traveling companions that are not using the same travel agency. Print functions would benefit from having a condensed itinerary available for areas where electronic access is not available.

    Poor airline database ‘pull’. Our British Airways flight on Trip Plans do not match my BA app. Our travel consultant blames such on the automated database ‘pull’ whatever that means. This is an unacceptable situation and the excuse just odd.

    Great app but could be better. I’ve found this app super helpful to easily access all the bookings my travel advisor made for us and the ability to chat within the itinerary is helpful. However, it’s annoying that I can’t add my own reservations. Example, I booked my own flights and a train segment but there is not a way from me to add this. The other thing that would be helpful calendar integrations.

    Good, not great. The one big improvement this company could make is a way to integrate or send calendar entries to outlook or some other calendar. It’s just one more thing to have to open.

    Could be more intuitive. My travel arranger uploaded my 8 week trip to this app. While it is great to have most arrangements in one place, I found it very frustrating. There is no way to scroll between days. You have to use the back button and select another date to view. Difficult when you're trying to figure out where you were on which date, or where you're headed to next. Would love if it would allow integration with TripIt.

    Good but needs more functions. The app is nice but would be much better if included the option to add events to a calendar. It would also be nice if users could add details to itineraries.

    Updates?. Excellent App. Perhaps there could be a way to add comments or update information? For example: today we had a semi-private tour of Vatican. We started 30 minutes later than scheduled and the limit was suppose to be 13 or less in group and there was 20.

    Great app for my Travel Agency. In today's market you need to be able to communicate effectively with your clients. This app has proven to be useful in quotes and giving my clients up to date informations regarding their trip with all the details of their itinerary! Love this program and the ability to email, print, and give my clients with smart phones the ability to take their itinerary on the go and know it will be current. Also great customer service by the Travefy staff!

    A Peregrinator. Three trip plans ‘on the shelf’ now. Our luxury travel designer (which, yes, she sure is) packages each travel excursion into a travel portfolio that is eminently useful during the excursion and after, as an excellent reference source.
