   No help. App has no help section. Help selection is nonfunctional. It just opens a draft help email. I did that. Days later there has been no answer. Time to get Apple to refund the purchase. Some normal features need explanations and “how to”. I created two lists but they disappeared immediately and could not be retrieved. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

   Needs A Lot Of Work. This app is very basic and just not work the money that I paid. I upgraded hoping that a paid version would be better but it isn’t. The app does not have any instructions, FAQ section or help other than sending someone an email and hoping that it gets answered. I created a list and there is not way to change the name of it to identify it.

   Wiped out list. Ok, I had the app on my iPhone and so I created a new list on my Mac. I then opened the iPhone app and… poof! Gone! The list disappeared on the Mac. No list on either device. This obviously hasn’t been tested.

   In your face hard sell. I had pretty much decided to buy the premium. However, during the process of creating my first list, I got the pop-up three freaking times insisting that I buy the premium. So, instead of following through and buying the premium after I had checked it out completely, I decided to just delete the app.

   App crashes and deletes recent lists. I really appreciated this app, but there’s a now months-old issue that causes the app to crash and revert to an earlier (empty) version of the list I was working on upon reloading. So now it’s useless and was a waste of money. UPDATE: I successfully used the app another time or two after an update earlier this year, but I just lost another detailed list, and I’m done. An unreliable app is just a waste on every level.

   Crashes before it opens. Such a shame. Used to love this app. customer support seems like it’s only on Twitter which I don’t use. Hope it is fixed soon.

    Doesn’t work on iOS 17 :-(. I loved this app, but after upgrading to iOS 17 it no longer works, just crashes immediately.

    No longer supported. This app, which I used faithfully for years and even purchased premium features on, appears to no longer be supported. With the new IOS update the app will no longer open.

    Used to be great but now doesn’t open. Used to love this but now it doesn’t even open any more. Sad to see.

    App crashed and upon re-download lists home. There’s no way to create an account. The app kept crashing on iPhone. Had to delete and download again. All lists are gone - hours and hours of work…

    Won’t open. Used it for years and loved it. Recently it quit opening on both my iPhone and iPad and won’t open on my wife’s devices either. Bad update?

    Skip it if you expect developer feedback or ANY help at all. No help or developer help or features. Or even email replies. Regret paying for premium. If you’re looking for a tool that, as one example, allows you to sync lists with your spouse, family, friends, the native Reminders app meets the need, whereas this app does not. A let down. Worst of all, developer is nowhere to be found.

    Lies about backup to the Cloud. I put a lot of work into a detailed list for a trip I take by myself each year. The app said it was connected on both my iPhone and iPad. But one is completely blank. Please fix and save my list. I will alter this review!

    What Happened?. I paid for premium, but with a recent update I am not able to uncheck all or sort! This stuff worked before.

    Misleading and Dishonest. I downloaded this app to prepare for a trip I was taking that would last two weeks. I upgraded to the premium version for a supposedly $2.99 a month. The next thing I know, my bank sends me a notification that I’ve been charged $24.99. No where does it state that price and it’s not the monthly rate for the year. Seems like shady practices to me.

    iCloud sync doesn’t work!!!. This is a great app all around except massive issue the iCloud sync does not work. I paid for the premium to have that and it doesn’t work. Absolutely no settings to go to!

    $$. Don’t bother downloading unless you plan on buying. It only lets you do so much before making you purchase this simple app.
