   The App is USELESS when you can’t pay!. The title says it all, you can’t pay for the App because the geniuses at apple can’t figure out how to resize the keyboard. Looks apple owes you some money for lost subscribers.

   Deleting and never using again. This app was supposed to save me time and did not. It had me bouncing around from one neighborhood to the next. Homes that needed to be delivered on the driver side, ended up on the passenger side. It is not a great app for Newspaper carriers. I did like the way I could make sure I delivered successfully by a push of a button

   JUNK. I thought circuit was bad BUT somehow those app is WORSE. no concept of right hand delivery. It insists on going too the last stop FIRST! And does this ALL DAY LONG. I had 200 stops and had to keep rezooming back to my location to choose next stop!!! AWFUL SO BAD fort my last 40 stops I rentered in circuit to complete the route

   “Free” optimization is a lie.. Description of app says you can optimize an unlimited number of routes with up to 20 stops per route with all features enabled in the free version. This is false. I was able to add 20 stops, but when I tried to optimize it forces you to subscribe or sign up for a 7 day free trial.

   Do not buy!. If you are only interested in purchasing this for a month and then canceling - it won’t let you! I purchased a monthly plan and when I canceled after 2 weeks it charged me for the YEAR! And Apple care was GARBAGE! The app won’t deal with refund issues and Apple “Care” via messaging rejected a refund for me twice. When I called and spoke to a person they said that because the “system” (as if it was g-d) has said no twice via message, even if it makes sense to refund me, they can’t. NOT okay.

   Doesn’t always work. When you need the app and all you get is, “we need a little more time” as a result of trying to optimize your route, that just isn’t going to work.

   Not as advertised. So this app works really well, but then during my busy time, I had went over :0 and paid for it. Now that my busy time has slowed down, I am less than 20 stops, it will no longer give me a free version.

    App barely functions without subscription.. This app was once super useful, now you can’t add more than a couple stops before they demand a subscription. You can do a couple stops yourself quite easily, which makes this app useless. Which is frustrating, it used to be exceptional.

    Needs live feedback. Great app easy to use but there is no live feedback. So as you drivers complete stops you can not see it. You send them the route and it’s just a copy. They is no employee employer interface. If the give live updates for route completion it would be 5 stars easily.

    Driving app. I have had the routine map for 2 years and I love it. The one thing I don’t love is that you can only have 200 stops. I would gladly pay more money to have up to 500 stops per day!! Thanks Levy Waste Services.

    Pretty good. This app does pretty well organizing stops. The things that I don’t like are: sometimes it cancels out more stops than I want it to, and that you can’t put more addresses in it. It does allow more stops than some other apps however.

    Truck setting. Being that quite often, I am driving in a 26 foot box truck that has a clearance of 13‘6“ I sometimes find myself on route where we have low bridges. We are unable to go under, and we have to seek alternate routes. It would be a very awesome setting and preference to be able to seek out alternate routes where low bridges stop us from optimizing through the route given. If we were able to seek routes that avoided low bridges, we could cut time fuel cost, and aggravation. Thank you for the app. It is nice to have.

    Great for Managing Multiple Stop Routes. Found this app to help manage increasing stops along my routes after using Google maps predominantly. MyWay is much faster and better at arranging stops in the most efficient way and includes the ability to adjust how much time is allotted for each plus any high priority or specific time-deadlines. My only wish would be that MyWay incorporates traffic patterns in more real time like Google Maps. During peak times or packed days, I tend to double check the traffic patterns on Google Maps for construction or traffic events. Thanks for everything, MyWay!

    Mileage & Fastest Route. Hi, I have been using this app for roughly 10 months 7 days a week. As far as being easy to use, it’s a 5 Star App. As far as setting the fastest route for let’s say 18 delivery stops, it’s close to a 5 Star App, it does have the occasional location that can be right next door to another location and it will put a couple stops in between them. This has happened abt 10 times out of abt 250 times that I’ve used it. I usually can spot it and that’s when I let commonsense take over and do what I have to to make it right. Where the app is a Low 1 Star is if you are gonna use this app for Tax Purposes of keeping track of mileage while working. It is NEVER Correct. If I drive 215 miles in a night, it will say my mileage is abt 80 miles. I don’t think it counts the mileage from your base to your first stop and from your last stop to base, I believe it only counts the mileage from the first stop to the last which causes it to be way off, I’m not exactly sure if this is why, but it’s off. I use to report the mileage issue all the time but I now gave up because it doesn’t get fixed. So if you are getting this app for Tax reasons, it’s not even worth any Star. So I give it a 4 overall because for the most part it does optimize my delivery stops very accurately for the most part, as long as you know to look it over quickly to spot a stop that definitely is not correct. I would still use this app over any others. For businesses, there’s a way to get signatures and exact delivery times.

    The best app by far for my company!. MyWay has been an amazing tool for creating and improving routes for my pool company. It has helped make organizing my stops much easier and more efficient. The only thing I wish the app had was a larger variety of colors and icons to choose from. Having more unique colors for different routes would make them much easier to distinguish on the map instead of having to reuse the same colors repeatedly. Overall, it’s a great app and has been extremely helpful for my business.
